The location was great. The lobby is small and crowded. The staff was nice. The food a lot of stuff and variety but not that much for western foreigners. The room little outdated. The cons. There are so many Holiday INNS around the area, taxis kept taking us to the wrong one and as consequence I had to pay more. The Hotel was not listed on the taxis GPS'S. It was weird.

All fine. Washing machine isn’t easy to use if you don’t have a Chinese phone number. The staff at breakfast clear away plates/cups etc far too quickly. I left to go to get more coffee & came back to my plate/knife/fork etc was gone. I wasn’t anywhere near finished. Gym is super basic. Lots of water in the room etc.

The location is very good, in a quiet residential neighborhood, with walking distance to metro station to famous sightseeing places. There are convenient store and several restaurants within 1 mins walk. The hotel’s free breakfast has many selections, in a sunny dinning room. Has lunch service but not dinner. The room is comfy but stained on the carpet, and hallway smell smoke to me. Overall it’s a good place to stay for 3 nights.

I stayed in a non-smoking room and floor, but the entire hall way was full with smoke and even my room had smoke come in through the AC vent. It was terrible and triggered my asthma and I had to go to hospital for treatment. This was unacceptable. The bathroom in my room had watermarks on the ceiling, the toilet bowl had yellow marks on it, very unpleasant.

O unico ponto que não nos faz recomendar o hotel é o carpete no quarto e corredor. O quarto fede a mofo e o corredor fede a cigarro. We ended up leaving the property 4 nights early. The noise on the floor was intense with a lot of people leaving their doors open since they were traveling in groups. I was told at the front desk when I checked out to let Expedia know I had checked out early, and would receive a refund for the days. Of course that wasn't the response I received after speaking to Expedia. I was asked to provide proof of being told I could have a refund, after I was checked out, and already in a different country. As a platinum member, who paid for insurance for this booking, I would expect a little different of an outcome.

We only stayed overnight to get a morning railway trip to Shanghai. The service at checkin and checkout was exceptional. The staff arranged a taxi for us in the morning. The room was clean and fairly comfortable - my only complaint was the bed was a bit hard. But we were only there one night. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety.

Room otsel f was nice however the beds were horrible. You coukd feel the strings though the cover. I am a side sleeper and i even piled the bedding from the other bed on top but they still stuck through. The very purpose ofva hotel room is to have a conphy place to sleep sadly that goal was missed. Breakfast buffet was great.

Air-conditioning is not turned on through out the day. Cooling is only operated in the evenings. On the 1st day we complained about the warm temperature in the room. Receptionist claimed that they will send someone to check. But after 30-45 mins, no one arrived. Later on, they admitted that the air-conditioning was not turned on and couldn't give a clear time on when it will operate. Front desk is not properly trained to address customer complaints. When we asked if we could move to another hotel, the girl said ok but no refund will be given. No apologies given on the lack of air-conditioning. This kind of attitude is not acceptable for a service oriented business.

The stay in general was ok. The hotel needs a good revamp. Instayed there for few days and i haven noticed that the cleaning staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good. Bitnother thba that the hotel and the rooms are aged. Finally after i left i tried to get in touch with the hotel for something i left behind andngot no response. This is my go-to hotel in Beijing. It has western standards, but at the same time very local. It's 10 minutes walking from the Metro line 8, which in my opinion connects the most interesting parts of Beijing. The staff was very nice, kind and helpful.

Der gesamte Flur trotz ausgewiesenem Nichtraucherbereich hat nach kaltem Rauch gestunken, das gebucht Nichtraucherzimmer ebenfalls. Zimmer sind von der Austattung her OK und sauber. Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Betten komfortabel und bequem. Lediglich das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr auf westliche Gäste gerichtet sein. Typisch chinesisches Frühstück, aber auch chinesische Speisen lauwarm und schlecht dargeboten.
