The property was clean new and modern they just recently renovated, it was away from the hustle and bustle but so easily walkable, there was a great breakfast, bar and lunch and dinner along with other great restraunt s around the area and with shops, I highly recommend families and just a nice couples or friends! Staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again

The pizza crust made by the Chef is by far the best in Rome and Florence. The staffs are all very friendly and informative. Love all the staffs including the front desk, dinning room and house keeping. I will definitely be back and stay in this hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at the Hotel Imperiale in Rome. The hotel personnel were amazing! Nayrouz and the rest of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (and all spoke english). When we booked, we added the breakfast option and were surprised at how good the offerings were. Mimmo and the others working in the restaurant were great! The hotel is located within walking distance of many of the amazing historical sites in Rome - the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, St. Mary Major and St. John Lantern churches. Highly recommended!

I was greeted in a very friendly manner. Very kind to check into the hotel. Front desk staff recommended the hotel's restaurant. The food was amazing, and better yet, the young lady who took my order at the table was extremely nice. The room was outstanding!!

This hotel was a great location for us. It was 10 minutes from Roma Termini and walking distance from major destinations (Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Villa Borghese and many other places). We took the train to the Vatican, super quick and easy. The hotel itself is a lovely property. The WiFi was great. The lounge downstairs was a nice space for quick recharge. Checking in and out was super easy. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Great location: 5 mins from Spanish Steps and 10 mins from Trevi Fountain (walking). Hotel is recently renovated and spotless. Breakfast selection is great.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Perfect location to walk to tons of restaurants and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Vatican. The only con is the parking is challenging if you have a car.

The property is in a great location for walking and experiencing many of the sites. There were some issues with light bulbs in our room not working and the shower adjustment button needing to be attached. We did make the front desk aware and we were told on a few occasions that someone would be up to take a look and adjust. No one ever came. The front desk staff was for the most part very helpful and friendly but there was one person that was confrontational and argumentative which truly didn't make us feel very welcome. We were overtired and needed some answers and this one staff member was quite rude. We don't want the other staff members to be put in the same category as her as they were much more welcoming. Unfortunately we weren't able to get any service at the bar a couple of times either. We don't generally complain because let's face it we are grateful to be able to travel and enjoy the beauty of the world. Rome was amazing.

Pre- arrival: after booking, the hotel provided seamless, efficient and rapid communication with any questions and concerns that I had. In terms of airport pickups, tours, and personal experience. Arrival: we did airport pickup via the hotel and the driver Sandro was wonderful providing clear directions to our meeting point. Hotel appearance was clean, staff approachable and ready to serve . We traveled for a birthday celebration and informed the staff prior. On site they provided us with welcome drinks of choice. (It’s the small things). Rooms: appeared cleaned even smelled clean , however, on further inspection the bathroom was dirty. The bathtub had a long streak of pee stained streaked down the middle for whatever reason. As an housekeeping manager I was very displeased to see that. Front desk was speedy enough to send a houseman to clean it but no sanitizing was done just plain water. Room comfort: room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I prefer my room to be pitch black but did not get that even though there were black out blinders. The smoke detector had a blue hue to it which made sleep a bit difficult along with a flashing light in bed and bathroom. (For people who suffers with seizures can be very concerning). Surroundings: Perfect location of this property it’s within the hustle and bustle of the city but nestled away perfectly and provided quiet. There are a multitude of restaurants done the path. Would recommend.

Hotel ristrutturato da poco. Molto bello e curato. La camera ampia e molto pulita con letto molto comodo. Bagno pulito e funzionale, doccia molto ampia.

Á primeira vista parece bonito, mas o banheiro fede a urina como se fosse banheiro de escritório, pedimos expressamente para limpar, e continuou igual. Ducha dentro da banheira desconfortável, e cheio de vazamentos (pedimos pra consertar, mas ainda assim não deu pra usar a banheira). Café da manhã com poucas opções, todas ruins.

the reception staff were outstanding. But the room was cold and housekeeping didn't clean the cups after use or replenish the tea/coffee sachets. The 'hot' food ordered in the restaurant was cold when it arrived. Paying £65 for a meal that was cold does not sit well with me. I sent 2 emails to the hotel requesting information but neither were replied to. Overall not a good experience

I got many bed bug bites at one one nights stay in this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights during one of the hotter times of the year in Rome. The AC is our room did not work and we asked to get another room. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke and we asked them to remove the curtains, which helped some but not completely. The bed mattress was not overly comfortable. The front desk staff were great about helping to find us a doctor who could visit the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was good and location was nice.

A short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, taxi stands close by, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. We loved staying here and recommend it highly!

Room was spacious and updated. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Good location, very walkable to sights and cafes etc.

Very good location. Just one minute from Barberini station. Room is small. Bathroom sink does not have any table top so placing your toiletries may be a problem.

Everything was wonderful, but the water in the shower was a bit slow to drain.

Everything was great .. newly renovated. Our only issue was that the internet was not working in our room. The response was that probably it’s your phone, while we didn’t have this issue anywhere else.

Clean room well stocked bar. Air conditioning was good. Bathtub and shower could be improved by adding a door and extending a shower head that has more reach over the tub. Providing a bathrobe would improve comfort

Beautiful hotel, however construction nearby going on and it’s dark walking to restaurants nearby felt a little unsafe. Also there is a nightclub nearby they kept me up until 1am every night make sure you don’t get a room facing street. Very expensive too but we couldn’t find much with a one bedroom so our adult daughter and us could have some privacy.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. We walked to all the main attractions and our room for 3 of us was huge.Staff were great apart from check in when there was only one person at the front desk.

Quartos e equipe excelentes. Estávamos em um quarto quádruplo, tivemos um problema no banheiro e nos alocaram em um novo quarto sem qualquer custo. Sempre dispostos a nos dar dicas e informações.

A beautiful hotel with accommodating staff! They held our bags until we were able to check in (early). They arranged pickups for us from a cruise and to the airport. A great location in Rome on a quiet street but close to landmarks!

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at the Hotel Imperiale. Staff were friendly and helpful and made it easy for two non-Italian speakers. The room was spacious and clean. Espresso and water replenished daily. And the location could not be beat!

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't of been more happy with our choice. It was our first time in Rome and this hotel is in a perfect location. The area felt super safe, always lots of people out walking about. Short walk to the Trevi fountain, many restaurants around, Spanish steps not to far. Most days we would cab to wherever we were going then walk back to the hotel which worked perfectly. The staff were great. Our room was clean, perfect size, the hotel overall just felt so fresh and clean. My only complaint would be for stronger air conditioning but coming from Canada I think we are just accustomed to super strong AC so this is probably more a me problem not the hotel. That being said it was still great to come back to a cool refreshing room after walking in the heat all day. Overall we couldn't of asked for a better hotel and I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a newly renovated hotel, the rooms were beautiful, the washrooms were big, the lobby is beautiful, the staff was very nice and very helpful. Francesca at the front desk was top notch, she went above and beyond!! The young boy working in the breakfast always had a smile and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is close to the Spanish steps and not too far from Termini station. The metro is also a few feet away. Excellent hotel.

This property is in a great location walking distance from the Trevi fountain and the pantheon great restaurants and shops around it too very good transport links two stops from the train that takes you to the airport

Location was excellent to walk to many sites of interest in Roma! I would definitely stay there again!

hotel is newly renovated, nice rooms and bathroom, big nice shower. not really happy with house keeping, room at checkin was not properly cleaned (bathroom was dirty). Breakfast was underwehlmig, terrible service, very limited food offer. overall good option to stay at. good location and newly renovated trumps the sloppy house keeping and bad breakfast experiences.
