The hotel is located in a very convenient area. It is in a large and prestigious building with a lovely entrance. The breakfast room looks terrible the impression is of a bar in a railway station (breakfast is good though) I would like to meet the architect...

Medianamente aceptable, las habitaciones no están actualizadas, con pocos contactos y nula señal de internet. La caja de seguridad de la habitación no funcionaba. La atención del personal y servicios buenos pero la calidad de las instalaciones bastante malas, con mobiliario desgastado y viejísimo, no hay un solo sillón o silla ni en las habitaciones ni en las áreas comunes en buen estado, todos rotos o ya sin comfort.

The hotel have some issues with the elevators but not a big thing. The staff is great. The location is excellent, just take around 10-15 minutes walking to Trevi Fountain and the Colesseum.

They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

Hotel situato in posizione centrale, ma dotato di scarse facilità per chi viaggia per lavoro: business center piccolo e scomodo, linea internet da terzo mondo.

Vi booker et 4 stjernet hotel med tagterrasse, bar og restaurant - Vi bliver mødt af et opslag, at der grundet tekniske problemer, ikke var adgang til nogle af disse faciliteter. Adgangs-/flugtvej var blokeret af rengøringsvogn, så man skulle snog sig, for at kunne komme frem til sit værelse. Så til en pris af kr. 7200 for 4 overnatninger uden morgemad. ( Morgenmad var tilgængeligt på en restaurant et stykke fra hotellet). Så bedste råd er at vælge et andet hotel. Ved udtjekning havde de ikke en gang format til at spørge, om det havde været et godt ophold, men forståeligt i forhold til, hvilket svar de ville få. Men Rom var en dejlig by. Nice hotel in a nice area , loved the old style which matches the area .

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff at desk were always polite and helpful. The daily breakfast was a great way to start our day. Location was very convenient to train and historic sites. There were numerous cafes in the area, and nearby Ambrosia restaurant is recommended, especially their heavenly lemon dessert!

We stayed in one of the suites for a birthday weekend in Rome. The room was spacious and the terrace was a great bonus space. A little dated and the A/C didn't work very well. The bed was very firm, but we didn't mind. Overall we had a great stay as the location was perfect. Within walking distance to all the Rome attractions we wanted to see and a supermarket across the street for everything we needed. I would recommend getting coffee and breakfast at Dovalu Restaurant across the street. Clean hotel and convenient was exactly what we needed!

Old - musty - dank- loud. Just awful. Wallpaper must of been in its prime in 1920’s. Musty smelling room. Carpet was threadbare and stained. So loud I couldn’t sleep on ANY of the three nights we stayed. Just no no no. Awful awful awful

Lo que salvó la estadía es el personal, después puedo decir que fué una mala experiencia. Habitación superior que lo único superior era el tamaño. Roma es caro, pero este hotel no merece serlo. La cadena Iberostar que siga trabajando en el Caribe pero no en las grandes ciudades. La habitación solo hacían la cama y vaciaban los cestos. Un trapo humedo de casualidad al segundo día. No reponían papel higienico, tuve que pedir en recepción. Habitación oscura con vista a otras habitaciones puesto que era interno y en primer piso (sólo cómodo para salir). Baño MAS que incómodo para ducharse y encima era mas agua ña que salia de la ducha que la que te lavaba. Con manchas extrañas en el piso delismo (y no era que fuese de mármol...). Un convento franciscano tiene mas vida y está mas sano que este supuesto hotel de 4 estrellas. Me cobraron por una semana casi €4500 por dos habitaciones, repito, oscuras, en 1er piso, internas ambas y antiguas. Elijan otro hotel

I didnt like that the shower drained very slowly and our room was close to the elevator, so it gets noisy most times

Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

Good central location . Easy access to train and subway system. Good buffet breakfast ,A very tiny room as expected in Europe. Needs fine tuning as bathroom door would not stay closed and shower head very harsh. Kleenex in bathroom was never replaced. Room was extremely hot and leaving window open throughout the night was too noisy air conditioner was not on. Was the most expensive throughout our stay Italy. Not worth the cost.

The best aspect of my experience staying at Exe was being greeted by the warm smile and friendly disposition of one staff member-Rene at breakfast. The location was also fine. The rest of the stay was mediocre and unsatisfactory. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable and since I required a reliable internet service for work, this was unacceptable. There were also not enough power sockets available, so this was inconvenient. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also, it was the first hotel I ever stayed where the basics were not provided-these include a kettle, with tea/coffee and no ironing board. This is unusual since even 2 star hotels provide this. Also expedia advertised that the hotel provides laundry which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel but there were no laundry facilities. The breakfast itself was ok but the bread offered was stale. I would seriously advise expedia to review it's 4 star rating as the hotel is definitely not 4 star-a very weak 3 star is the best I can say.

The location of the hotel is in a pretty good spot within the city, not overwhelmingly far from any of the well-known attractions. The rooms are smaller than expected, however, and the ACs are horrible. With Rome’s heat and humidity, the room felt warm and humid all the time. Sometimes it felt better to be outside than in the room. The breakfast was very good. Overall, I would say the hotel deserves 3 stars. The hotel itself is very condensed, but there are some nice aspects to it. Not bad experience but I expected better considering what we paid for. After all I am from the US where I’m used to top-quality hotels and service, so I don’t know what’s actually top notch in Rome, but this hotel is pretty decent at best. No major complaints other than the AC situation though.

The staff at this hotel are the best I have ever met. Our plane arrived early, we were exhausted, they quickly put together our room and without even asking created early check in. The property is minutes from everything. The room was fantastic.

Hotel were not full booked and reception not give us a late check out.

Air conditioning was controlled from the hotel and they turned it off in the evening and we were boiling in the room. I had to go down to reception to check about it because no answer to my calls from the room. I’m not recommending this property to anyone and I won’t be back again.

The first day, the staff came to our room without knocking while we were napping. then the shower sink was clogged up notified front desk in the morning on the second day but didn’t fix it until second notification at night.

Travelling from Venice to Rome on the overnight InterCity train; I was exhausted in the early hours of the morning and was hoping to offload my luggage at the hotel before exploring. The reception staff were exceptional in allocating me a room to check into straight away. This allowed me to get a short nap for an hour, a shower and to get changed before exploring Rome on my first day. A shout out to Edoardo who is a great asset to the team but all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I got to the hotel late at 10 pm and the night clerk wasn’t helpful. Especially when I said what time is breakfast which is included in my stay. He said no it’s not included and you have to pay 12 euros a day extra if you eat there. He didn’t even want to see my reservation, he said I don’t show it on my end. The room first he gave me was not air conditioned so I had to go back down and tell him we need to change the room after him saying I don’t have anymore room and me saying I will contact Expedia, finally he said I have a room and that’s the only one. The room was very small, the bed wasn’t comfortable, and was covered just with one sheet not comforter, in the bathroom there was just a face towel and one for body and they were both very thin and rough. I will never go back there again . On the last day when I was checking out in the morning, the front desk lady asked if I was satisfied? I laughed and said apparently you guys don’t talk to each other and I told her about breakfast. She said I am so sorry, it doesn’t show on our reservation that breakfast was included but when I go to Expedia, it shows that breakfast is included. I told her how unsatisfied I have been and I am happy I am leaving. Good bye Sherry

Location, location, location!!! The hotel is located downtown at a very convenient location with most major attractions being 10-20 min away walking distance. About 6-7 min walk from Roma Termini. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. Definitely will book again next time I'm in Rome

Fantastic stay at EXE International Palace. Very centrally located by all sights in Rome. Easily walkable to Rome Termini. Breakfast had an absolutely fantastic spread! Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Rome.

Last minute accommodations, and the staff was extremely friendly, but thats where the nice experience ends. No clue how this place has any good reviews. The more expensive room must be better. My wife and i stayed in the basic room, and the value was terrible. The room was small. The shower was claustrophobic. The water in the shower was constantly changing temperature. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows were paper thin. We both work up sore everyday. The bed had to be many years old. It had a hump in the middle of the bed, which implies to me that its FAR past needing to be replaced. The breakfast buffet cost 12€, it had bordeline raw bacon and hot dogs for 'breakfast sausages'. I hate to write a review like this, but the reviews we read did not prepare us for this place.

Great location right on one of the shopping street, easy 15 minutes walk to the Trevi Foneton. Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and quiet area. Nice breakfast with variety selections. The bed is a bit soft, but the room is at very good size, like the timber floor inside the room and the little balcony with some breeze. Like the hotel lobby with all the Italy painting. The bathroom is clean. Overall like this hotel with location, breakfast and very friendly staff
