The location is good as it's close to the train station but it is a couple streets away so you do have to keep your wits about you. Area surrounding the train station is pretty dank but it is convenient. The hotel for the most part is decent enough. I wouldn't say it's a romantic hotel or good for business travel, but it's satisfactory if you just want to visit Rome. There is air conditioning and an elevator. I didn't both with the breakfast. I stayed in a single room. It felt like a college dorm, but it was fine even though the room was small.

The family rooms are not in the Hotel but a floor in another building where also other enterprices are located. The rooms were not maintained very well and we ended up with bed bugs and left 1 day early. Personal at reception was friendly but staff for breakfast were very rude.

We chose this hotel because it had easy access to the train station. However, when we asked about air conditioning, the receptionist told us it wouldn’t be turned on until Monday! Our room was on the first floor, and since it was quite warm during our stay (around 25°C), we had to open the window for some breeze. Unfortunately, there was no screen on the window, and the room quickly filled with mosquitoes—we got bitten several times. So basically, you have to choose between sleeping in 25°C with humidity or getting bitten by mosquitoes!

the place felt completely dirty. we were only there for one night and it felt so unclean and unsanitary, would not recommend. the morning after i spotted a bug on the bed i wasn't sure what it was and sure enough identified it as a bed bug. i examined by body and had bites everywhere. i had to do a deep cleaning of everything i had. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The entire family was bitten by BEDBUGS everywhere on the bodies. BEDBUGS issue is an ongoing problem at this hotel as described before by other unsuspecting guests. Also the hotel is really not a hotel. They rented a non hotel building half of a block away on the fourth floor with scary old musty entrance. This establishment should not be in business due to extreme health issues it negligently causes. A true nightmare.

Check in was simple. Booked a single room, as i only needed it for one night before my flight home. Room is run down looking. 4 of 6 towels in the bathroom were stained. Pillows don't have the sanitary cover, only a pillow case. Both pillows were stained yellow and very old and unsettling to sleep on. Not even sure if the floors were washed before my arruval as there were areas of obvious thick dust. Booked this based on the reviews, must be for the more expensive rooms. As this one was sub par

The staff here is excellent, but the food really ends there. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every guest on the floor, including someone snoring in the room just next to me. Stayed here for two nights after a cruise Pluses: Great location near the train station, easy walk to hop on hop off, decent restaurants(actually fantastic by American standards within a few blocks, easy checkin and out, breakfast was good, decent sized room for 4 people Minuses: thin walls, you can hear everything in the hall and surrounding rooms, shower was tiny with no pressure, linens and towels weren’t great Overall it was a good hotel. Met our needs for being in central Rome and had a decent price. I’d stay here again

Hotel Piemonte was perfectly located for my first stay in Rome. There are lots of restaurant options down the street, and I was able to rent a bicycle at the end of the block to do a self guided tour down the Via Appia.

4 nuits en chambre triple dans le bâtiment principal qui nous ont donné toute satisfaction : hôtel calme, au charme un peu suranné mais parfaitement propre et très bien situé juste à côté de la gare Termini et entouré de trattorias où on a très bien dîné. Seule l'étroitresse de la salle de petit-déjeuner est frustrante: un matin nous n'avons pas pu manger tous les 3 à la même table par manque de place. De plus, la responsable des petits-déjeuners n'a guère eté aimable... Néanmoins il faut préciser que pour 1 petit hôtel, le buffet est correct.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of Roma Termini. We checked in after midnight and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was in a different building but it was just across the street. Breakfast had an additional cost but it was worth it. It was varied and had great coffee, juice, bread, pastries, etc. It is an excellent place to spend the night but it may also be good for spending a few days sightseeing in the area.
