Clean room with hardwood floor and modern decor. Staffs are friendly and prompt on fixing a small shower issue. Breakfast is good(standard Italian type, adding fruit will be a plus). Communication before the stay is quick and clear. Luggage storage before the check-in and after the checkout is a big plus.

For us, this situation is unacceptable. We are talking about a basic comfort feature, especially considering that temperatures in Rome are currently around 25°C. We expect an urgent response.

On the plus side the Piemonte Hotel is conveniently close to Roma Termini, nice restaurants and bars, my room clean, the bed comfortable. O On the minus side, the room I was in (220) could do with quite a bit of updating and needs general maintenance ie light switch plate hanging off the wall, evidence of rust in the bathroom towel rail, overflow unit in the bath missing etc

I stayed at the hotel for two nights in a comfortable room in what the hotel calls its Annex. It's a separate building across the street from the hotel's main building. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a desk with a built-in fridge, and an armoire with a safe. The mini-split heating/cooling unit did not work. Thankfully, it was neither too hot nor too cold in the room. One of the ceiling lights over the desk also did not work. Breakfast needed to be purchased purchased at an additional Euro 5.00 per day, since it was not included in my room rate, and was served in the main building. The breakfast buffet was Italian/continental style and was quite decently stocked. I would consider the hotel again when I will be back in Rome.

Firstly the good, The location is very good near to the main termini from there you can get anywhere pretty much in italy not just rome. Value for money is good too with the breakfast available a nice bonus if not very limited choice. The staff were all polite friendly and booking in was seemless and quick. The bad The hotel is very tired years ago im sure it was very nice with art deco touches now just tired, ( there is building working going on as they refurb which woke us at 7am). The room was an ok size and the beds clean but again walls grubby. The bathroom needs special mention as it hD all you need even if the shower cubicle was very small.(i had to open doors to wash). I woul say it is currently worthy of maybe a two star. It did what we needed and gave us safe dry accomodation but i wouldnt stay again. If all you want is good value basic accomodation then dont be put off.
