The rooms needed some updating. My room had a large wooden cupboard that I did not have access to, and that took up a decent amount of space in the room. Also, the AC did not work well enough. I set it to 22 degrees - and it never got close to that temperature.

The hotel air conditioning was very faulty. They were very accommodating however. Very close to public transportation. Breakfast was ok at best.

The room was nice and clean however, there’s no iron provided in the room, so make sure you have your clothes already pressed before you travel the food. The breakfast was almost the same every day. I think they need to change the menu so people have a variety of options. This staff is very helpful in the beginning. We have trouble with our air-conditioning however they fixed it when we reported the issue.

The staff were not cooperative and lacked responsiveness to guest concerns. The bathtub stopper provided was too small and did not fit properly. Breakfast did not meet expectations of a continental spread and was of poor quality. The property showed signs of poor maintenance, including old and broken furniture and a damaged gate. Insects were present inside the room, affecting comfort and hygiene. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and did not respond effectively to requests for temperature adjustment. Overall, the stay did not justify the price charged per night.
