Standard 4 star hotel, clean and quiet, very close to the bus stop. nice staff. There are shuttle buses for airport and rome city, very convenient. There should have had more electric outlets in the rooms and swimming pool is closed at 7 pm, couldn't use for us. Receiption is always busy, takes time to check in and check out. Generally, good hotel.

A very nice hotel with everything you can ask for for a family vacation. Nice restaurant (good breakfast), good bar. The pool is very nice (but unfortunately only open 09-19 which makes it difficult to combine with a trip to center Rome). The hotel is on the "outskirts" of Rome. 1.5 Km walk to nearest Metro + 20 min Metro ride. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood, though. Really enjoyed the spa as well.

I have mixed feelings about the hotel. The pool is large, but not heated. Great for laps, but not to enjoy being in the water, even in summer. After a brief thunderstorm, they closed it for the day although the sky had cleared. As a result, there was 10-15 clients back into the pool without life guard supervision. Showers were not working in the pool area, and you cannot use it anymore after check out, which I think is disappointing when you have a late outbound flight. The AC in our room was malfunctioning, making it very difficult to stay in the room and sleep. They changed our room after two nights and, after we asked, offered us free breakfast on that day. On the other hand, the restaurant is very good and the pricing is reasonable. The location is quite isolated, but it’s quiet and bus run frequently towards/from city center. Overall, the amenities are fine but their management is a bit disappointing. Staff was very nice overall.

Great hotel, loved the peace being just outside the main attractions. The shuttle bus was good and the local bus stop just outside the hotel was very useful once we found our way around. Loved the spa and had a fantastic treatment, thank you Julia! Breakfast very good, lots of choice and fresh. The room and bathroom were large and functional. Huge bed! It was nice having a balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza, Rome. Though the hotel is a little older, our family was comfortable and we enjoyed the facilities, the hospitality of staff and the generous breakfast buffet. The outdoor pool is not heated but is large and the pool area is very nice. Would recommend this property!

I am not going to stay there again for some little reasons that made our stay uncomfortable together. First, rooms are old, the pies were clogged and service needed to come and work on it. Second the house keeping was not good, they keep forgetting to replace the sheets they taken, they didn’t refill the soap for 2 consecutive days, and room molding had a sharp pin that torn our clothes. The breakfast was good, also liked the free and easy access parking.

The room at this hotel was larger than typical European hotel rooms. Rooms were clean. Two free bottles of water. Free parking was one of the main reason I picked this hotel. Easy to get to city center by bus and Metro. It took us less than 30 minutes. The tickets were sold at the hotel, so you do not have go through hassle buying tickets . Very professional and polite staffs. I loved staying in this hotel for my first Rome trip.

I liked the convenience of a gift shop on site. The rooms were large but were in need of some update. I stayed in room 411 and the wallpaper was peeling and the furniture was very old and worn. The carpet was ok. The A/C was not working properly and the room was very warm. The bathroom was nice. The staff was helpful.

Arrived early, and reception got us into the room as soon as they could. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Great location outside the city, particularly if you are driving. They have a regular minibus to/from Rome for EUR5 per person. The breakfast was vast with so much choice. Would definitely stay again.

I would say that overall the hotel was fine. The hotel is a little outdated. It’s about 20 mins from the city but there were plenty of transportation options. The restaurant in the hotel was really good. The staff treated me good. Check in and check out was pretty seamless.

Our flight got in early and they said we could check in early, the room should be ready in an hour. Three hours later, AFTER official check-in time, our room was still being cleaned. Everyone else that was waiting for rooms were gone before our room was ready. By then, there was no space at the pool to lay out. We couldn’t order take out food at the restaurant and eat outside at the bar for some reason. When we finally went to bed after traveling all day, our air conditioning did not work in one of our rooms. By far, the worst hotel experience ever.

The day staff is excellent . Very helpful, but the night shift just want to lay back. When arrived at the hotel before check in time and we wanted to go sight seeing, so we checked our luggage. When we got back to the hotel later that day around 11 pm they had placed us in a room that we had to carry our 6 pieces of luggage up stairs. I requested a different room they said they would help us to the room. Did it ourselves. then when we got in the room the air conditioning was not working. we called them they told us we just didn't know how to work it, but would send someone. 30 minutes later someone cane to the room and confirmed that the air-conditioning was not working. We request another room. They said there were none, but would give us a fan (the air conditioning was working every were else bar, restaurant gym, lobby, etc.) The room was miserably hot I could not go to see, so I spent the night any were, but in there (went and hung out at the bar (where I learned that there were empty rooms-there was a man there that was part of a group and informed me that several members of there group where unable to attend the conference,. So there rooms are not being used). When the bar closed I went to the gym and worked out (I should not have been there. Was feeling no pain, but they had a/c) By 6 am my luggage was again checked in and I headed out to have breakfast and go site seeing before picking my bags up and to a different hotel.

O hotel é espaçoso e confortável, café da manhã bom até às 10hs, depois disso a reposição é limitada.O atendimento da equipe precisa de muita melhoria, principalmente da recepção e transfer. O restaurante para o jantar é caro e razoável. Foi o quinto hotel, que ficamos em viagem da europa, e foi a pior estadia, no.quesito serviço. A distância do centro histórico, para esse tipo de turismo, não vale a pena, pois é distante de tudo, inclusive de mercado, restaurantes, transporte público, etc. Taxi fica caro, de 12 a 25 euros, por trajeto, e do Vaticano, pelo menos 35 euros por trajeto. Não voltaria a me hsopedar.

The property reminded me of an all inclusive resort without the amenities and food being included. Nice set up with many places to sit and relax around the property like the lobby restaurant sitting area and outdoor bar and pool area. Wellness centre was great. Carpet in lobby seems shabby and rooms could use updating and feel more upscale and appealing for the price. Restaurant and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. Front desk staff were cold and unfriendly. Upon our morning arrival there were only 2 front desk staff greeting a huge lineup of guests from the airport and they did not call anyone else to help out which resulted in a long wait. Whenever you approach the front desk with a question they are not ready to greet you and have their heads down. At one point I had to approach the gentleman at the front desk and yell out ciao to get him to serve me. No smiles on their faces. No thanks for your business or asking how our stay was. It would be helpful if they had literature im the room with information about how to get to places around the city and how to use the different methods of transportation. We figured out how the bus system worked from speaking to other tourists at the bus stop. Shuttle and taxi service from the hotel was fast and efficient which was great. If you’re looking to be situated near and within walking distance of the sights anytime of the day this is not the hotel for you.

Property is okay. Moving around was via Uber. There is a restaurant in hotel that opens at 6p and a next door restaurant opens at 7p. Considering our time was 6 hours difference, this was not convenient. The hotel is good, but it is 40 mins away on Uber from Vatican.

The property was clean however it’s a long ways from the city center. Because it’s called the Saint Peter‘s. I thought that it would be close to Saint Peter Basilica. It’s about a 30 minute taxi ride.

Our second time here. It was clean but room could use a refresh, we were in a room over one area of the roof so there were bars on the balcony - didn’t make for an aesthetic view but truthfully we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter. The shower head was grungy / that needed to be changed! Otherwise good hotel! Just far enough outside of the city center to be quiet but close enough for a cab ride in at around $30 euro - the hotel has shuttles but with travelling with 2 teenage girls on their own schedule the shuttle didn’t work for us. The pool area is great! But be aware if you want food by the pool bar - they are shut down for good service for a few hours in the afternoon. So don’t get caught hungry in the afternoon by the pool. Drinks are available though throughout the day. Breakfast is awesome! The best we had our entire trip.

The restaurants were fabulous. The staff was amazing. Whenever I wanted something, the staff would take care of it right away. Most all of the staff spoke English. The only drawback would be the massage because the therapist only spoke Italian, communication problem between the two of us.

Very pleasant staff and very accommodating. Was only there for 2 nights so can’t comment on much else. We paid the the breakfast options but it wasn’t worth the cost in my opinion. No one came to clear our dishes or offer coffee as other tables. The hot breakfast options were minimal and not very nice.
