This is definitely right in the middle of Restaurants, Night Life and across the street from Opryland. We booked this to have walkability to these things, It is 14 minute drive to get to Downtown areas and all things Nashville. It was clean, fridge and microwave were nice to have. Bed was good. Reason for the 4 stars is it is Noisy on the backside of the Hotel. This faces the Nightlife bars (3am) and Mornings there are delivery trucks, etc starting at 6am. Swimming pool is not really on the Hotel property, it appears to be on the Scoreboard Bar/Restaurant property. It was being filled when we were there and we did not use it, nor was it offered at Check In.

Noisy area … no elevator for getting to second floor with luggage. Room was okay … bed okay. Had plugs for charging phones. Shower okay. The morning breakfast … eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, etc. Coffee … no lids to take it with you, Orange juice was more like colored water, and to top it off … no forks. When I asked for forks, was told they didn’t have any. Would not stay there again.

This place is run down. The bottom of the bathroom door is completely rotted away from water damage. The room felt dirty, and tub looked like it had not been cleaned. We checked out after less than 2 hours and stayed at a different hotel.

Perfect location for us. Room was decent - lacked on cleanliness, especially the bathroom and sink area. Bathroom door did not shut. Damaged wall and door. Prepare yourself to get like ZERO sleep. There is a band/bar that plays until 2:00 AM - It’s so loud and no matter how you try to cannot sleep with the loud music. You can hear EVERY drum beat, base guitar and vocals to the point of making you absolutely crazy. If you’re lucky you will get to sleep around 3 AM after the band and crowd ends for the day. Will never stay here again - there should be a notice to tell you the band is there LIVE until 2:00 AM. Would never have rented the room. Bed linens were nice and TV and internet were good.

Wanted a ground floor. Only pet friendly left ( we have no pets). Wall torn up by door, holes in sheets and floor not clean. Air conditioning not working great so husband checked filter and it was filthy so he cleaned it.

Exhaust fan on wall could look into hallway on other side. 2nd day, maintenance working on fan that’s located in bathroom with no notice. When went to use bathroom saw the man through the vent. Told front desk, apology but no action. Scared to use bathroom after this, no offer to change our room. Later found bugs in the bed, left at 1030pm and check out. Told front desk, no offer for resolution. Never in many years of travel experienced this. I can say will be a while before I do! Privacy in the bathroom is expected not an option, a bug free room is expected not a request.

For the most part, the hotel was a no-frills stay that did the basics well. The bed was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was #56 and I would recommend not staying in 54,55,56, or 57 because the curtains did not protect us from the overpowering outside lights that lit up the entrance to the hotel. I think these are the only rooms that are right outside the hotel entrance. We were too tired to ask for a room change, but we probably should have. We used chip clips and towels to try to keep the lights out. The other thing was that the breakfast was cold one morning (the sausage), and I was like, maybe I shouldn't eat this. So we made waffles, which were fine. I would not pay extra for breakfast if you are comparing hotels. Additionally, they did not charge for parking during our stay, which was a nice perk for us.

Pros- walking distance to opryland convention center, clean, affordable Cons- noisy (2 nearby bars, poor sound proofing between rooms), curtains did not even start to block out the security lighting on the sidewalk outside. In need of repairs, the latch inside the room was broken. Hole in bathroom wall.

The photos are all photoshopped, it is a rundown motel. Front desk staff were unfriendly, bed sheets had stains on them, towels had holes, the bathroom doorknob was falling off and there was a hole in the wall. Breakfast was mediocre, the juice was never working. One morning I had waffles and the mix had a dirty grey water in it. I went to tell the front desk staff who was FaceTiming someone and she was rude, then I thanked her for changing it and she completely ignored me with a sore look and went back to FaceTiming. We stayed for five nights and had to get new keys 3 times because they didn't work. Staff came into our room when we put on the sign that said quality time please. Would not recommend this place

Management and staff were friendly and courteous, the room was clean and well equipped (I was so relieved to see an iron and ironing board!) and the breakfast offered protein and carb options so, that plus a good cup of coffee, got me off to a great start.

Great location, 10 min walk to opryland & opry mills. Bus stop (WeGo) right out front, so it was very easy and inexpensive to go downtown and the airport. It is next to the Dukes of Hazzard Museum, and Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans and McDonald’s were just a short walk to get something to eat. Convenient location. Rooms were clean and nice.

Great location near Opryland with a $10 shuttle (roundtrip) to get you to evening performances there. Area bit rundown but safe with things to do. Everything worked, was clean, and felt safe--and the bed was good enough not to give us a backache. It did not disappointment us, esp for the price!

We booked with Hotels.com but was told later we could have gotten a AAA discount if we booked directly. The room and queen beds were comfortable and clean, staff was cooperative and responsive. BTW- that location is ideal if you would like to take a 10 minute walk over to the free tour of Opryland gardens, without having to pay to park.

The location was awesome if you are going to the Grand Ole Opry or General Jackson Riverboat. The mall is also very close for shopping or food. The breakfast was just OK, no bread for toast, eggs were watery, bagles were small. There were 2 old soap bars left in the shower and hair in the fridge of all places. We were in the second building, across from the bars and we were warned it was loud at night. I wouldn’t say loud, you could hear it, but it was more background and I was asleep in minutes each night. The only drawback I would point to is their breakfast. It’s wedged into their tiny lobby.

I loved staying here. All of the staff were most pleasant and friendly, the bedding was really comfortable, and I felt safe as there had staff walking around the buildings. Breakfast was a disappointment. Overall, I would probably come to stay here again if I were back in the area. Thank you!
