Loved the kids had an ice cream social, and things to do. Loved the live music and the transportation to and from the ice castles. Outdoor pool and hot tub aswell as indoor are good. Overall, great.

The indoor pool/hot tub contained excessive chlorine levels, rendering it unusable due to severe eye irritation. Only drinks allowed at the pool if you purchased at bar and bar was closed 2 days of our stay. Bed in room was very hard and checkout we had no hot water

our stay was ok......the outdoor pool was fun.....in the snow. indoor pool was very cloudy as was the hot tub. the roof was leaking at the side of the inside pool/outdoor wall side ( dangerously in need of repair !!! Staff was very friendly....disappointed our room was across the street from the 2nd room we booked.....unable to get rooms in same building,,,let alone on same floor (we had grandchildren with us. Rooms were dark and dingy.....bathrooms not super clean. We used to bring our children here every Summer for years.....appears there have been very little if any updates to the rooms. We came and stayed .....going to Ice Castle (which were wonderful....no disappointments) Fortunately, our Grandchildren (the 2 youngest ones did not notice our disappointment and they want to come and stay in the Spring/Summer. We didn't promise !!! Said "maybe" This is constructive criticism. Thank you for the opportunity to review.

We loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Ping pong was fun as well! Very convenient to Loon and Cannon Mountain.

Many black hairs in bathtub and on floor in bathroom. I folded the sheets back to find 3 more same color and thickness as those found in the bathroom. The doors are rotted at the bottoms. I have stayed with you folks in past, but I am glad there are a miriad of choices in the area. My plus for the property, the night and food was handled very well, hats off to that team.

The view and feel of the resort was wonderful…an older resort with a mountain retro vibe but the cleanliness and condition of our room was disappointing. Black hairs on our bed in multiple spots (but they gladly brought us new sheets)…soiled ceiling tiles in bathroom and overall in clean feeling. Needs updating badly. Room was spacious and had a fun flip switch fireplace. Nice balcony overlooking water/mountain. Very close to Franconia flume gorge…few minutes.

It was a last minute booking so we were excited. At first glance the room looked good but as we settled we found clothes left from the last guest on the floor. The bath tub had some random hair left behind. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower and the closet sliding door was off the track and not easily moveable and the mirror on it was broken. Overall the property was very nice, the staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. The pool area was nice. Beautiful location.

Location is fabulous with the pemi running right behind it & the Mountain View’s from personal deck. Outdated and dirty rooms, ie 204 king w/ lakeview had food/crumbson carpet, toilet was quickly cleaned, dust bunnies in light fixtures to outlets. Open Tissue box appearred to have someone’s leftover bodily fluids/drainage all over it. 419 was spotless with more uodated furnishings (double/king mtn view) and air conditioning worked great! no outside alcohol on grounds /pool informed has to be purchased there but bar didn’t open until 4 some days :/ Paddle boats were unusable day after rainfall, filthy and full of water, land mines of goose droppings left untouched all over beautiful lawn.

Staff was great anenities are always great but the room had black mold in my shower so we never used it had to shower in a family members room. Like i said staff and amenities are always great. We are just not down with the lack of sanitation.

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night for a spontaneous trip and we absolutely loved it! Devin was super nice and helpful when we were checking in. He gave us a free room upgrade since they weren’t very busy, and he gave us a late checkout the following day so we could enjoy the pool! We had a balcony lake front room and the view was beautiful! The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and definitely our favorite part! My only complaint would be the beds. They are definitely on the very uncomfortable side and could use an update. Other than that everything was fantastic!

The location was very convenient to the water park as well as Santa’s Village and easy to get to from the highway. The staff was also extremely friendly. The rooms overall are OK, but dated and the beds were not very comfortable. But convenience wise, it was great. The outdoor pool was also very nice.

It's basically a glorified motel. Not worth the price at all. They had an ice cream social for the kids, which was pathetic. They served these tiny cups, only one flavor and like 3 toppings. The room was fine. It was clean, but super basic for the price. The AC barely worked. The TV was literally the same one I got about 20 years ago as my first flat screen TV.

It's an older property that definitely needs updates. We were disappointed to find out the resort is actually separate- one section of rooms is across the street from the Main resort that has the pools and hot tubs. There is a small arcade, the indoor and outdoor pools and hotubs were nice and it was fun to sit in the hot tub while it snowed on us. The Ice Castles are 9 minutes away and other places to visit are close by as well. It is a very convenient location and we were there to ski Loon. We were disappointed that there were 2 very different sized beds.in our room..one King and one Full. The sinks had cracks in them..worked fine but aged. Housekeeping didn't even show up until 3:15pm at that point we turned them away since we were just back to our room after a long day. There was no buffering of sound from the rooms above anytime someone walked or ran and you could hear neighbors to one side of us. It was reasonably priced, we had fun just not sure if we'd stay here again. The restaurant was ok for dinner food was meh we didn't bother trying the bar or going there for breakfast; lots of local choices minutes away that are better.

Stayed for just a night so we could visit the Ice Castles. Didn’t realize there were rooms across the street from the resort. Didn’t take advantage of the year round outdoor pool as it entailed walking across the street. Anyway. Nice stay, skipped the breakfast buffet but we’re weee offered the breakfast menu, which was very accommodating. Our room was no frill, dated, but clean and comfortable. (Loved the electric fireplace) definitely worth the affordable price and may be back as the array of accommodations was impressive. Cottages, houses… lots to do up here!!!

Had to wait for 15-20 minutes to check in. Seemed understaffed for time of day. Clerks mentioned that computer was running slow, which caused some of the delay. We were given a room across the street from the main facility. Room was nice, but could clearly and loudly hear probably kids jumping or running in room above us. Sound reduction between floors was poor. Sounded like wrestling match or a cattle roundup was going on.

I loved staying here. Good central location to hikes, WiFi worked well, heated pool and jacuzzi with those Mountain View’s rly can’t go wrong! Got a room with a view which was phenomenal. Seemed cleanly. This was a hidden gem and I will def be back someday.

Resort wasn’t as “fancy” as I expected. But was very down to earth and great for my two sons. We would have been out of place in a fancy spa resort. Room was clean and great. Aged, but everything was fine. Tv for example was very dated, didn’t have an hdmi input for a mobile device/streaming app on a laptop, since it didn’t have apps. Restaurant was very nice. Food very good. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hot weekend and very crowded at the outside pool, inside pool was very chlorinated, arcade machines ate our credits and the vending machine ate our money! Didn’t like having to cross the main highway to get from our room block to the main resort. No crossing, busy road. Didn’t like that smokers only went to an area 20 feet from the main pool, they should have been over the road. Fun place to stay for a couple of nights though.

We stayed for one night this past weekend (02/08-02/09) and had the most wonderful time! The staff was welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant and all the way to checkout. The outdoor pool options on a cold day was super fun. Food and drinks were great. Atmosphere for dinner was awesome with a solo guitarist playing. The view from our room (across the street) was absolutely stunning. Will be back!

I tell you great place. The problem was showed up at 250pm. .an hour early told to come back at 4 fine we could of checked i. Ate at thier restaurant or waited at bar bar.but no come back at 4. .we went done the street spent. They’re understaffed for the evening rush at the restaurant even with only six tables. There’s only one server and manager gets in a bad mood if he has to help. The total opposite friendly attitude with the breakfast team. We love the property was like stepping back in time it would be recommended to change the music of the restaurant, 80s & 90’s mainstream boring rock album was repeating on replay = bad choice. There’s a better concept needed for this retro feeling establishment like music from the 40s or 50s but a variety of songs not just one album, restaurant manager does not seem to care. The rooms are nice and clean, the view is incredible.

We had a great stay at Indian Head! We went up late in the ski season and it was perfect. Only a very short drive to Loon. Clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was super nice. The gift store was a great surprise. There was even a little simple breakfast that I wasn't expecting. Also the view is gorgeous! Bonus for the official state historical marker on the edge of the parking lot that commemorates the first publicized Alien Abduction (lots of cool alien stuff in the gift shop! Check it out).

Nice location with things to do. It is a really popular resort near I-93. It is a little crowed at the amenities. Room is big and comfy. Sound proof is so-so. Overall, it is great resort to have a good time.

The restaurant i think should be open later. Also you need to have more waiting staff ! 1 waitress is not enough when i had to get up and leave where we were waiting for 25 minutes ! its busy ! Was very disappointed..that we didnt receive amenu and she never came over . Not her fault its lack off help . Th8s needs to be addressed!!

I think we should have been alerted that dining room was closed. Whole reason to get that place was not to drink and drive. Night front desk lady was rude. Nobody cared about inconvenience
