Pool was empty.

The pool and mountains were beautiful. However the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back. On check out date I was pressured by two house keepers to be out at 10:30am. The website says 11, and I needed to use the bathroom in my room before checking out. So that stressed me out and put a damper on things.

Stayed at the Rhodeway because it was significantly cheaper than the all the other local hotels. It was nice for what it is. By that I mean it was a clean, no cockroaches. It is a bit outdated older bedding a/c barely worked and beds were very firm. Pool stayed open pretty late. I’d stay here again

Our room itself was ok as far as cleanliness, but the area with the ice machine and microwave for guests was disgusting. More than a couple of days worth of dirt and dust. Microwave, stand and floor filthy. Hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while, probably weeks. Chairs were so bad with sticky food I would not sit down. Trash shoved inside detergent vending machine. Popcorn had exploding everywhere with butter like material all over the microwave and floor. Not a great way to give a new guest a great impression.

There was poison ivy soap in bath tub, we found after frost night. There was no one at desk at time to complain. The pool which was advertised in picture had no water.

photos are totally misleading. i never saw any pool, the staff said it was not filled yet although their description said it was open in may (when we were travelling). the place is old and run down, though they do seem to have done work on the bathrooms which were quiet clean and updated. the carpets, curtains and bedding are old, i'm talking maybe 1960-70s old, and most likely have not been washed in just as long. Although the sheets were clean, the spreads on the bed stunk of smoke and i hate to think what else. there was also some powder placed around the door jams, which may have been some sort of insecticide. I was definitely was afraid I'd catch bedbugs there. I took the precautions of bagging all my things after the stay before loading into the car and put everything straight into the dryer when i arrived home just to be safe. if you're looking for the bare minimum to crash the price can't be beat. otherwise spend the extra to stay elsewhere. i understand the business maybe can't do a full renovation, or maybe even replace all the old furniture and bedroom sets, but at least wash ALL the bedding and clean the carpets!

The light outside of our hotel was out. Had to ask for it to be fixed when we checked in. Also no extra lock on the door like a chain or deadbolt. Hotel is exposed to outside/parkinglot. Inside was disrepaird and the bedding looked like it was from the 70s.

Had to go down some sketchy ass steps and around the office then up another set of steps to get to it. Bathroom was the only good thing about this place. It was surprisingly new and updated

Property was clean my room was also clean. Convenient to shopping and dinning. Also good no noise at night after after a long day of hiking.

Dirty, smelly and shredded towels

When we complained about the first room having vomit stains on the mattress cover she told us it was only on the cover. Got another room, after being in for a few turned the comforter back and it had blood stains on it to which we were told it was the red color of the comforter coming through after being washed. Color only came through in that smear huh?? Chairs haven’t been deep cleaned since the 70’s

Not very clean , was left over food on floor from previous person , blankets were stained & beds were really uncomfortable

Very bad and worst experience. It’s not ideal for human living, It smelled of rodent. The room was set to 80F There is no option for cooling. Even after we turn off the heating the room was still in 80 degrees. The blanks had stains and holes. I don’t recommend for anyone even for one night. N

The room need a little updating. There was a smell that we could not get rid of even if we went and bought an air freshener. It took a really long time to get heat.

I liked that it was central to everything I wanted to do, close to places to eat and it was clean. I disliked that the part of the hotel I stayed in had a step to get into the room. You have to step up to get onto the step and then step up into the room. I found this challenging with luggage and was worried I'd fall off the step at some point and hurt myself. However, the offset to being away from the main building is that it was quieter and only one floor. Also, the hair dryer in my room didn't work. I was going to mention it when I checked out but the office was locked. There is a note on the door with a number to call if you need assistance but I didn't bother calling, just left the keycards in the box.

Refrigerator and an outlet in the room were not working. Outlets are limited for charging purposes. Bathrooms are newer and updated and were quite nice actually.

Stayed at the Rhodeway because it was significantly cheaper than the all the other local hotels. It was nice for what it is. By that I mean it was a clean, no cockroaches. The hotel was very clean and the desk clerk was very enjoyable to talk to. The only downside was that the deadbolt didn’t work. Easily fixable , I’m sure they fix it soon. Highly recommended!!!!

I felt the room was cold and I couldn't get it warmer. Also, I assumed that the fridge was working like most hotels|motels. My food and drinks were warm. Turns out the fridge wasn't plugged in. Staff should inform guests during check in about that if they want to save on electricity like that. I also wished they had a computer to use. Other than that, it was good.

Checkin person was nasty. Room was filthy and falling apart. It was threatened with a $300 fee for a pet I did not have. Coffee pot in room did not work. Shower head leaked, spraying the ceiling and making a very large mess.

Lady at front desk conveniently moved us to another room that was not upstairs. Wife could not climb stairs due to injury…

After the eclipse we were caught in the worst traffic I have ever seen. At one point, on an interstate highway, in one hour forty minutes we made less than 10 miles. It became apparent that we could not get the the Rodeway Inn before the scheduled closing of the office at midnight. We called ahead, and the clerk remained on duty until we arrived at about 12:10AM. I could not explain how grateful we were.

The facility itself was okay. Unfortunately, my reservation was duplicated. Several weeks in advance, when the issue was identified, I attempted to cancel one of the duplicate reservations. They refused. So, I ended up paying for two rooms instead on only the one that I used.

Not sure if its tuff times for this property but the lady at desk accused me of smoking when i dont smoke saying i left the windows open and it was cold out, not sure whata going on but i been booking eith expedia and this is the first time ever i seen this

it was fine for a couple of nights to ski at Loon.

The hotel is in a great area. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms were clean which i care about that more than anything. I will say our experience was good and had no issues. Beds were comfortable too and the room has a mini fridge which was great for us because we brought some snacks

The Rodeway Inn of Lincoln, NH allowed us the ability to stay at a very reasonable price well below $200 during the July 4, 2024 weekend, while many in the area were twice the cost or more. While there are fewer available services, you are getting a great value for what you get, clean rooms, and you are not far from down town while close to the Franconia State Park.

It was such a warm and toasty place for our family to sleep during the snowstorm after visiting the ice castles. The area really needs to establish a food delivery presence though.

False advertisement that's a good word for it it's all false there is no free breakfast either the rooms were clean but very old and outdated they had nothing to offer nothing for the price I paid it is a disappointment I wouldn't go back

When we got there, they ran out of heating fuel so our room we requested (downstairs as we have kids) wasn't avail until later as they were getting oil delivered as i got there, so they moved us to another room which was upstairs and the room was clean the wallpaper and curtains were very old but the rest was updated and a good size room and the location and mountain view's were nice from the front window and porch That's all the good unfortunately. There were no towels (they did bring some without asking so that's a pass) , there was no hand soap avail, at all. They had one shampoo and a men's only pack of body wash, shampoo and deodorant. I travelled with my gf and kids and we forgot shampoo and didn't have soap and had to go get some as when asked they did not provide it... only had shampoo. They had a coffee machine but no cups, no sugar, nor cream .... one packet of reg coffee and one decaf. The bathroom door sticks and couldn't close or you would have been locked inside the damn bathroom. The walls are thin and you hear everything. The outside needs to be updated and the stairs we have to use were slippery and very small only enough for half of my foot and my daughter almost fell from slipping off the stair. The people at office were nice but i wouldn't stay here again ... the price was 100-125 more than all others compared in the area and i pre booked and couldn't cancel .. and wasn't happy the same place was 100.00 cheaper the same night day of as it wasn't even close

I liked the location, overall it was good for just one night sleep. AC and heater was not working, but management took care of heater. As per Expedia booking, breakfast was included but I didn't see any during actual visit.
