Hotel was great but they are not cleaning the pools… too many bugs floating, cloudy water for the entire weekend… had to step over the same band aid for 2 days on the pool entry steps…as a pool owner it was just disgusting!…I won’t even get into the drink costs… just absurd.

The hotel was nice but old. The staff were fantastic. When I checked in there was a scorpion in my room on the curtains)!!! Though they immediately changed my room, but I kept feeling unsafe throughout my stay because of the scorpion experience. But aside from that the property was nice with excellent amenities (fitness classes were the best). I also loved the pool. Specifically the deeper ones.

The property was pretty nice considering it was remodeled not too long ago. The lobby area was really nicely decorated and felt inviting. However one of the hot tubs on the property was quite dirty and the jets didn't work, also the shower heads aren't detachable so it makes washing yourself fully more difficult. We also felt like the food and drink prices didn’t really reflect the quality of the things we ordered. Lastly the “Fitness Center” not having showers was a big letdown.

I have stayed at Arizona Biltmore many times, but I think this will be my last. The staff is great, but the rooms are small for the price. Some newer properties in the area are much better. It also is just not as well maintained anymore, the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was stained.

I didn’t like that our TV lost reception the whole visit! We couldn’t watch the college games without completely loosing the signal. We didn’t like engineering in our room many times and not correcting the problem. 150.00 credit to go to the bar and watch wasn’t much considering one drink is at least 22-25.00. The whole visit and nothing was done! Very disappointed in this aspect of our trip and their ability to correct it.

The resort is beautiful, but to be honest the room felt super underwhelming- especially for $500 a night. The bathroom was nice but the rooms definitely need renovating for those kind of prices. I’m not sure if it was just the location I was in, but I heard people talking ALL night outside. Also, that was probably the warmest hotel room I’ve slept in. It felt muggy and was hard to sleep. Friendly staff, beautiful entry, but I’d give the actual room a 4/10.

Very nice area. Be prepared to walk long distances for self-parking and areas inside. Lobby, restaurants and bars are very nice. You can get the sense of history behind the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC could be better.

The hotel is too spread out and parking is too far away from the rooms, so you have to give the car to the attendant to park. Rooms are old, windows are not opening, go other place for the money you spend.

The Arizona Biltmore was nice. However, my room was so hot. I don’t know if it’s due to the heat outside but if finally cooled down at 2am. The room itself was humongous. The shower pressure was good. The resort itself was beautiful. I had a EV and it was difficult to charge there. Room service for quick and the food was delicious. Get valet or it’s a nice walk to the parking garage. I will most likely try this resort again with a different room type, since they have several options for stay.

Very clean. The service is hit or miss. We requested turn down service in the evenings and we never got it. Pretty pricey. We paid $54 for 2 virgin piña coladas and one old fashioned, and we added a generous tip on top of that. Beautiful clean grounds, but the service could be kicked up a notch.

John, the concierge was very helpful with arranging for our tour. Robert E. Claire the tour guide was very informative. Jordan, another front desk clerk, was also very helpful in getting our keys for our room. The only problem was our rooms weren’t ready when we got here.

The check in was horrendous! There was a line of about 14 people while the check in crew chatted it up! The concierge counter had 4 people just talking, nobody had the initiative to come over and help. Get the people checked in and if they need more service that is what the concierge is for!

The staff and facility was wonderful. They treated us like royalty. The fact that the facility is incased in a hatred community is fine but isolating. But if you're looking for Arizona nature you will need to look elsewhere. You can't get to mate easily without traveling from the property. Rent a car and drive for 20 min.

Nice property. Very expensive to eat or drink at their restaurants. There was a Nee Years Eve event but when we got there all the tables and seating were all reserved. There were not enough places set up to accommodate the crowd. Big disappointment! We did like the fire pit that was on our balcony. We ended up Ubering to eat and have beverages since nothing is in walking distance. Not sure I would stay here again considering the price and it’s location.

Loved this property so much. Wonderful pools, comfortable beds and pillows. Easy town to navigate, close to the Sky Harbor Airport, only 20 minute drive. I would not recommend visiting Old Town Scottsdale, not much to see there, too many galleries.

We would love to come back here for a longer stay. The resort is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurants inside the hotel are pricey but the food is delicious. For some reason, we were given an accessible room so it wasn’t the usual bathroom, and I wish we had a regular room. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay.

WOW! I could write a novel about how incredible this place is but I'll keep it short and sweet. The amenities, environment, staff, food, pools, spa, gym... I mean literally everything was top knotch. What an experience. Very puppy friendly, everybody loved our dogs. The New Years party was so fun and they gave us a free glass of champagne at the restaurant for a toast. Free water bottles everywhere, and in our room. Most places charge extra for every step of the way. I felt like this place is an amazing deal. Will definitely be returning.

The propane was out in the fire pit. Outlet didnt work for the coffee pot. Renatas restaurant food was spectacular and service was excellent.

Our first night we were in the Garden wing. The AC noise kept us from sleeping, sounding like a motorcycle accelerating and slowing down. Not an exageration. Ask me for sound clips. Then, no hot water, and brown water from the taps. Again not exaggerating. Ask me for videos. We asked to change rooms, and were moved to the Valley wing, in an updated and renovated room, very nice. We requested that the first night be comped, as the room was not habitable. We were instead offered a breakfast credit.

We paid top price for a one‑night stay because we were driving through and wanted to experience what this hotel advertises as a “plush” property. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but. Our first room was mediocre, and to our shock, the bed was full of ants—even though it was on the second floor. I requested a room change, hoping for something cleaner and pest‑free, but the second room was even worse: unattractive, uncomfortable, and frankly unbearable. We were exhausted and had no other option at that point. Dinner at the hotel’s only “fine dining” restaurant was pleasant, but breakfast the next morning was disappointing. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. We will not be returning.
