If you don’t wanna pay for parking I would highly recommend booking another place. This location now charges $10 a day to park and they do not tell you till check in. I have stayed here prior which is why I booked this place again. However I was definitely annoyed at having to pay for parking as it’s not a resort it’s a hotel that’s not even top tier. breakfast is always a plus. The team member who worked the breakfast our last two days was not welcoming. I don’t plan on staying here again due to having to pay for parking. I was also told most places are charging for parking.

Property is clean and smells good. Check in was a breeze, the gal at the front desk was very friendly. From are also clean and comfortable. Love that they offer a $50 park and fly, with shuttles to and from the airport.

Everything here was great. Friendly staff, east shuttle to/from the airport, great breakfast, 24-hour pool, and clear rooms. Only downside is that Waffle House is the only restaurant in walking distance, so if you don't have a car, you have limited options. Would definitely stay here again!

Hot tub was disgusting! Water was green and debris in it. It had obviously not been taken care of in a while. Pool water also didn’t look clean. It was so hot in the breakfast area couldn’t enjoy a cup of coffee. Would not recommend a stay at this place.

Pros: check in was fast and friendly. Asked for top floor room and got it. King bed was super comfy. Good sized refrigerator. Good tv channel selection. Good breakfast. Cons: no coffee maker in room; $10 per night parking fee. Only one elevator which can be problematic in the mornings with checkouts and housekeeping needs (however, there's only 4 floors so taking the stairs isn't an issue for us). Really nice, clean place. If we need to stay again near the airport and it's only one night, we'll be back. If our stay is for several nights, we'll stay at a property that doesn't add a parking fee for each night.

Lobby was fine. The redt of the hotel was run down. Carpets were filthy and the hotel smelled musty like a wet dog. The air conditioner was loud throughout the night.

My wife, son and I stay for five days. Staff was great, breakfast was delicious! Very clean, and in a safe convenient location. The only downside that we had, was that there were three of us with three large pieces of luggage and the room was a bit small for that. But after the first full day, we made it work and it was great.!! Definitely would stay there again.

I really liked the property and the staff were very friendly. The issues I had were that is took almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The comforter was very stained, like really funky stained and the towels were also stained and the one i ended up with smelled horrible, like dirty feet.

The property's positive are: location close to airport and safe neighborhood. I would find someplace else to stay. On arrival, we were given a key card to a room occupied by four high school students. Room we were assigned was broken down and gross. Furniture was dirty and worn out. Bathroom had mildew/mold surrounding fixtures. Lighting was dark and floors have a film of dirt on them. Cheap, one ply toilet paper and thin, scratchy towels. Trim is pulling apart from door and window frames. Blinds did not operate properly. TV remote did not work and no streaming. Analog dial microwave in room. NO coffee maker in room unless requested because hotel encourages you to "sip sustainably" and go to lobby for your morning coffee. Pool was closed when we were there and we had to go next door to a hotel to use their pool. Front desk staff annoyed/irritated about pool situation and did not want to provide towels to guests to take to other pool. Pass on this place and stay elsewhere.

Everything was fine with the room. Just other customers coming and going at all hours 12, 1, 2 and 3. Very lound in the hallways. I ONLY GOT 3 HOURS SLEEP!

There is no in room coffee machine but good fresh coffee is available in the lobby. TV in the room did not work for some channels but well for others. I couldn’t figure out the reason.

I was in town with a friend for one night only and needed a hotel close to the airport and close to my employer and this Holiday Inn was perfect. The free airport shuttle was really convenient-just call when you arrive and they send a driver, who arrived in under 10 minutes. We checked into the room early (thanks, rewards membership!) and the room was clean and comfy. However, after a mishap with the door handle when we left the room for the first time, we were quickly given a new room across the hall. Unfortunately, the key card reader wasn't working well on that room door, so then we were placed into one more room. For us this was not a big inconvenience but the staff (Mia at the front desk) was so apologetic and made things right by giving us dinner and drink vouchers for the Hilton Garden hotel (their 'sister' hotel). The hotel manager also called our room to make sure we were happy. Every staff member we saw or spoke to was so kind and helpful. The coffee brew system was a nice touch-available 24-7. Free breakfast was quite a spread, lots of options for any dietary preferences.

The shuttle driver told me the shuttle leaves in the morning for the airport on the half hour but that they would call my phone if I was not there a few minutes before departure. I was running late, but did not receive a call and missed the shuttle. The front desk clerk said that no one would have called if you’re not there. It was explained that registering for the morning shuttle was in part to enable them to call if you’re not there before the shuttle departs. Communication between the shuttle service and the front desk is muddled.

The hotel was lovely, but the shuttle drivers were not great. The lady that took us to the airport didn't give any information about how to get back to the hotel on our return. The gentleman that picked us up... wouldn't even lift our small bags and put them in the van. He was also driving for a coworker who seemed strange. The 2nd driver was not friendly or helpful. The other staff at the hotel always have seemed super nice, and that is why we returned.

The check in was inconvenient. I came for business and the room was booked with my bosses card. Although he sent copies of the card front and back and the filled out the form for incidental charges. They made my coworker and I wait about an hour to get checked in. The front desk clerk stated that they also needed copies of his ID front and back although he had already sent the front of his ID. Horrible service at the front desk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Front desk was great. Even at 4 am. Shuttle was on time and helpful. We took it twice. Both times came when they said it would. I had called and asked some questions about the shuttle and both times the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful same at check-in.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to the airport. I used the shuttle to the airport the morning I flew out and had no concerns. Locations is also easy access to the whole valley. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable. If we had on complaint, there is not much for restaurants close.

The fine staff do the best they can—no complaint with them—but Holiday Inn is typically low-class American hotel, with almost inedible food, dreadful music, and a loud TV blaring garbage pharmaceutical advertisements at high volume all through breakfast. Like I said, American.

Friendly staff at checkin Small room not nice as other holiday inn expresses i.e. oklahoma city, as reward members this was worst room. Breakfast was cold, dangerous for food safety, out of whole milk, staff daid waitimg for delivery, tried 3 non fat milks, all sour. Informed staff they double checked other cartons of milk and pulled all explained that the milk/ yogurt fridge gets stuck open and spoils the contents....so this happens often and staff continues to offer spoiled product.
