Very run down. Needed lots of repairs. Pool was dirty and started to turn green. Staff was great

There was construction going on at the hotel. Renovations. A good thing? Didn't hear much noise but there were walking detours throughout the complex. That was a month ago, could be done now. . . .

Some of the front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. Our shower only produced scalding hot water and we had to move rooms. I called in advance to confirm the pool was available and was promised it was (for the kids) however, when I arrived it was closed for several days.

They were remodeling so no free breakfast

Stay was ok. Online pics were much better looking, but for the price not too bad. Some things need to be updated or renovated. Kids wanted to go swimming but we didn’t because the pool was dirty. Only stayed for one night so it was exactly what we were looking for.

Overall, the property was fine. It's in a convenient location for the interstate, the parks west of the city, and the city center, as well as several good local restaurants. The room was basic but clean. The drawback was that the lobby area was being renovated, which meant piles of construction materials around the side and back of the property and no breakfast (which I should have been notified about before I arrived). Maybe they could have made arrangements with the Denny's next door for $5 off your meal or something of the sort. Once the renovation is over I would definitely give a higher rating.

Rooms were clean enough but the property could be in better condition. Seems like random people were coming on property to use the ice machine and vending machine. Would not swim in that pool.

Breakfast was pre-packaged muffins, etc. Building in generally in disrepair. Key cards often did not work. It was rather noisy adjacent to I-10. Not a good experience.

Room was clean adequate water pressure the only things that were negative i had to get my key card recharged everyday and the pool while beautiful had some small bird feathers floating on top

Property was clean. You couod tell the housekeep cared.

When arriving at the hotel we instantly noticed that it was ran down. Check in was easy but the moment we stepped into our room it was a total disaster. The room had a very unclean smell to it and the floors were filthy. The furniture had huge smelly stains, the sheets on both beds had holes and need to be replaced ASAP. The bathtub had mold around it and the shower was broken. The vent in the bathroom was broken and literally hanging down by a wire. The hotel did not provide enough towels for everyone during our stay. When we went to ask for towels we were told they only had drying towels. Worse hotel stay ever!!! Hotel is the biggest health hazard with all the mold in the room. Save your time and money!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Older property, seemed like it went through some renovations but work was not of the best quality. There was a couple of roaches and a fly in my room.

The room was in poor condition—dusty, with a musty, old smell. The microwave looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. To make matters worse, there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Privacy was also a major issue, as the window had only a thin, transparent blind, leaving us completely exposed to anyone outside.

Dirty and dingy rooms with mold on the shower walls. I had to move the Microwave and fridge because they put it in the vanity area blocking the sink and mirror. The only thing i was happy with was the front desk seevice was friendly and helpful but i would not stay again

We had been driving for over 20hrs and booked this room for freeway convenience however once installed in the room realized bed sheets had fleas and the room was infested with cockroaches! We left immediately and I’m expecting a refund. This place is unacceptable

The floor was dirty - my feet got dirty walking barefoot. The bathtub needed cleaning.

Liked the location. Did not like the dirty floors, the bathtub not draining, the shower not engaging completely, the moldy grout in shower, stains on sheets and towels. Comforter was ripped. For the price charged.

No tv or phone working in both rooms.

Room appeared run down

The room was very clean and the staff was kind. The beds were comfy and the fridge and tv worked. I was afraid to use the microwave in one of the rooms because it looked ancient. The walls are thin so you hear everyone coming and going. For the price it was a good deal.

The property really needs an upgrade. I couldn't get past the torn, dirty curtains, dirty and stained light lamp shades and the tile in the bathtub was pretty bad. And no coffee pot in the room was a disappointment.

The sheets were clean but the mattress was worn. The room only had 3 outlets. A mini fridge and microwave took half the space in front of the single bathroom sink. The shower tiles had mildew on a lot of the grout. The shower handles spun freely so getting a comfortable water temp was tricky. The bathroom light flickered 24x7 even when turned off. House keeping only comes every 3 days (posted at check in) - we stayed 4 days, 3 nights and they never came. Our room connected to a neighboring room which is great if you need it. However, if you don't you can still hear word for word what your neighbors are saying because there is a 2 inch gap between the door and floor. Would not recommend this location.

The restroom was not appealing. Badly stained and warn tub, door non loose and not locking. The refrigerator and microwave were in front of the bathroom sink. But it was all clean.

We stayed 3 nights. This was a very mixed bag but, overall, for the price, it was good. The room was large, clean, but showing some signs of wear. The beds were comfortable, the A/C, microwave and fridge worked well. There was no clock/radio or telephone. There was a closet, but no drawers in the clothes cabinet. The tub/shower worked well, but did not drain properly. The continental breakfast was good, but ended too early (9 a.m.). The main downsides were the check-in, which was terrible, and no housekeeping on the second night. We reserved a smoking room, but the desk clerk assigned us to a non-smoking room, without confirming what we wanted. Fortunately. I caught this before I left the office. She claimed the system stated we had requested a non-smoking room, so I showed her the printout of my reservation, which is why I always bring a copy of my reservation with me. Then she assigned us to a smoking room, but when we went there, it was already occupied. I had to go back to the office to get a different room. As mentioned above, the room was ok, but had no telephone. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a low price, need a smoking room and are not too fussy. Be sure to get a room that faces away from the freeway.

The A/C worked poorly. The refrigerator had freezer only.

Front desk were not friendly. Make sure you take the Renovated rooms. The standard rooms are terrible. Continental breakfast was excellent variety but with very limited and awkward sitting area for a typical breakfast area. You can pay $30 for early check-in but at the same time knowingly they will make you pay even if it's 2 hours ahead of check-in time.

Very noisy as it is right by freeway and we can hear trailers and trains the entire night. There is only a smoking room left and the smell on the bedding and furnitures was unbearable.

Everything was good until the morning interactions with desk/breakfast attendant. She was rude, inattentive and dismissive, obviously more interested in her phone screen than with me as a customer and guest. She absolutely ruined the morning and my intention to start my day there with coffee and some sustenance. Went next door to Denny’s instead.

I have been a travel vlogger 12 years now & share my experiences. I don’t think I’ve ever given anywhere this poor of a rating, but the staff was actually terrible. The front desk person was wearing a Playboy sweatshirt, (exceedingly professional,) & had such a rude attitude, trying to charge me twice for something I already paid for on Orbitz & wouldn’t accept me showing the receipts of payment. I’m a platinum member; I’ve been doing this a long time. I explained I paid, it went through & showed my bank account, even! The person rudely gave attitude and their father, (manager?) stepped in and said ‘no, it’s fine’ & paid & moved on. The room itself wasn’t in the best shape, but wasn’t horrible. It had what appeared to be old blood staining on the bed, closet door working work properly & broken. The ‘included breakfast’ apparently stopped since COVID & they don’t offer it, (even though Orbitz says they do.) I won’t be returning, but do suggest they change their staff or attitude, because most guests drive far & are tired, spend our money to stay at their facilities & don’t expect this type of disheartening interaction.

The staff was excellent at check-in and helped us in a pinch when we traveled from our of town and couldn't find any other place that could get us in to rest before my husband's surgery. Thank you. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and breakfast and morning staff very friendly.

I reserved a room for a UofA graduation so I got there prior to 3pm check in, but room wasn't ready and I wasn't able to Check In until 5pm and had to be at the stadium at 6pm. THAT WAS NOT GOOD.

We were disappointed in DaYS Inn. The place was not very family friendly kind of run down. We didn't feel very safe, the staff seemed to be doing the best they could but I'm guessing not getting much help from corporate. When we got there their computer system was down. We got a knock at our door around 9:30pm. When my family and I were all in bed with the lights out and it was a staff person who said that they thought the room was empty because their computer systems were down. It seems like they could use some help. The breakfast was ok not much to it, but the staff were very helpful in making sure things were stocked and everyone had something to eat.

Stay was comfortable. The first room I was put in, the AC wasn't working. I called front desk and they immediately changed my room. Front desk was very helpful.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not stay here. The security guard broke into our room while we were sleeping at midnight demanding we leave. Claimed we hadn’t paid. Was screaming at us and tried to get past me to my daughter. Was aggressive and intimidating. Turns out he was in the wrong room. He did not call, did not knock, just basically broke the door down. It was locked AND latched. He shoved his way so hard into the room that he broke the door. The lady at the front desk was apologetic but it didn’t matter. This was traumatizing and scary. It was just me and my daughter, 2 women, and this man broke in screaming. We called Tucson PD and contacted corporate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

Housekeepers and the front desk staff all are amazing people they all deserve to be recognized for their service they deserve a raise

The staff worked hard to correct some issues that were going on during check-in when a computer system was down. The room itself was very clean and nice, however, the outside of the building looked worn, and the hotel is located near a Freeway, which made it feel somewhat and safe due to a lot of traffic and homeless people.

We went to Tucson for work, and our belongings were stolen from our car. They told us they weren't responsible and didn't have security. The following nights, we stayed at the nearby Country Inn and Suites. They have security in the parking lot and their rooms were in better condition.

It is right off the highway, next to denny's, by a gas station/ convenience store, and across the street from burger king. The breakfast is great. Pancakes, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit bars, bagel, cereal. Short of eggs pretty much everything else. The place is kept very clean. Not walkable but downtown is 8 minutes in a car plus lots of mexican food places and a super market driving down the side road. Saguaro np is not far so you can get dark skies a short drive away. I wouldn't walk at night since there are some homeless hanging around the back of the gas station. But on and all a good place to stay.

The property was mostly vacant and poorly lit. There were homeless people in the parking lot, across the street and on the stairwell at the property. We witnessed a drug deal right outside our room. The security lock on the door was broken. There were several rooms that had yellow caution tape across the doors. We felt unsafe and left after 15 minutes at the property. We had to check into another property. We would like a refund

The hotel is located just off the highway and there was noise of traffic all night long.

The hotel was close to the freeway which was very convenient. There were unhoused people in the area. One of them was screaming nonsense words. Other people were also walking in the parking lot area. Made us feel unsafe.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. First time staying at this property and I will be returning in the future due to the price and convenience of it’s location next to the freeway and close to downtown.

Great stay enjoyed basic breakfast

The faucet to the bathroom tub had a water leak and it made a lot of noise, it was annoying and also at breakfast, the person in charge in that shift is not attentive to set what ends up at breakfast and some guests are left without eating something.

Breakfast was reasonable for two days then there was no milk or cereal. No hairdryer available. Denny's is next door and has a bright illuminated sign - however it was closed as a major reconstruction renovation is taking place.

We had been stayed many times in days inn hotels in differents locations and they were very nice but this one was not, for the breakfast the food runs out and the staff didn’t put more food.
