I booked online, check-in was very easy. It's next to I-10 & tucked away in a comfortable corner. When I noticed there wasn't a remote control for TV, I went to the office, she called maintenance & in less than 5mins, I had a remote control!! The pool was clean. Property looks great. I would DEFINITELY stay Again 😃

Unique thing is you can do laundry 24 hours. The pool is clean the room was immaculate...... The only thing I didn't like was the way I was treated by Expedia when I wanted to get two more days stay. I was backlogged,the virtual assistant was virtually no assistance ,and a lady who was supposed to help me never got back and touched to let me know if she had gotten the room or not I walked down the road and got bit by a dog I had to go to the hospital it sucked and it sucked bad

The property sat off the road creating its own cove which was nice. Aside of the family with loud children the area itself stayed quiet. Nothing wrong with the room. Seemed to be some mild renovation happening during the day but was respectful noise hours. Front staff were friendly and highly competent. My room key deactivated a few times i liked that they verified me as the room holder and quickly got me rekeyed. That made me feel very safe and two different staff members followed the same procedure. Thank you for ensuring my safety.

There were roaches literally inside the sheets on the bed, on the ceiling, the floor.. there were hand prints on the walls it was really dirty. Customer service was not good either. I left an item behind by mistake when i called to ask for it the lady did call back in 10 minutes an never answered again. All not be staying there again or recommending this place to anyone.

I recently stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned properly. I pulled back the top sheet to get in bed and I discovered black marks/stains and dog foot prints on the bottom sheet. Then under the bed at the corner foot there was a hair ball and a piece of dog food. The sheets MUST be changed DAILY or after EVERY stay!!! The hotel is not very big so housekeeping needs to stop being so lazy and cutting corners.

It was loud all night, the whole place reeked of weed. Theres mold in the shower stall. The toilet ran all night. No toiletries of any kind, coffee pot/no coffee. Guys working on their cars in the parking lot. Its more like cheap apartments.

The room was terrible. 3 lights were burned out! A cabinet door is hanging off its hinges and one drawer doesn’t close. No shampoo. No hairdryer. Brown stain on bathroom wall. Stains above bed on the wall. So gross. Checked in then checked out after coming back from dinner. I couldn’t stay, I didn’t feel safe. Booked a room at the Marriott. And felt a lot better.

Overall, the room was okay and it worked well for a cheap place to stay for the weekend. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and we found a couple of small cockroaches in the room the first night. There was only one shower towel in the room (that was tiny) even though our reservation was for two people. The hotel didn't provide any shampoo or toiletries except for a small bar of soap. The kitchen area is nice to have if we had stayed longer - large fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. So, not a luxurious stay by any means but not the worst I've seen either.

It took 18 min for someone to come inside to check me in the evening of my arrival. Once checked in, room was as expected given the type of establishment. Although, issues with connecting to WiFi to include very weak signal which often meant insufficient connection. Likewise, TV remote batteries were dead, however, girl at front desk eagerly replaced them for me. Beds and pillows not comfortable. Lastly, bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner because none were provided!

Excellent rooms. Very close to I-10. The only issue is the internet. The internet was way too slow on the first and second nights. There was no internet on the third and fourth nights. The internet has always been spotty and below par at all Motel 6 and Studio 6 accomodations that I had in the recent past.

Clean, friendly, loud. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The employees were all friendly and helpful. We were only provided 1 small bar of hand soap. Previous damage to room was either unrepaired or poorly repaired. Room had no USB outlet. Windows are thin, you can hear anyone talking outside. Hotel is right by the highway, a train passes nearby, and the Air Force base resulted in jets doing passes over the hotel with afterburners on. While this is pretty cool, it is also extremely loud.

This was a one night stay on a long road trip. Check in was pleasant, the girl who helped me was very nice and courteous. The room, however, had cracks in the floor, holes in the TV console, and no plates or utensils in the kitchen. I thought Studio 6 would be like Extended Stay, but besides a kitchenette setup with a fridge and microwave and a couple of kitchen towels, the cabinets were all empty. No shampoo or lotion in the bathroom either. So that was pretty disappointing, especially since I'd been on the road all day and was pretty tired when I arrived. Then around 8pm there was a knock on my door. I looked out the window and it was a homeless woman. She looked at me then turned around and walked away. Just stayed inside after that. Gave 2 stars for the friendly check in and clean sheets. Definitely wouldn't stay there again, wasn't a horrible experience but wasn't that good either.

This has been my “go to” hotel when I’ve needed one. Mainly because of the location and they’re the only hotel in town that does not charge a deposit. Recently, I’ve encountered rooms lacking cleanliness and “attention to detail”; the bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are dirty, clearly they were not changed from the previous guest. No soap bars and a trash bin were provided. In addition, the housekeepers are rude as they do not greet or even make eye contact. Rooms should be checked by a supervisor when housekeeping claims they are done with their section. Lastly, it is difficult to reach the front desk staff. I once tried to reach them for 3 hours beginning at 9:00 am and the phone rang and rang but no one answered. Eventually, a gal answered claiming she was the manager and did not hear the phone ringing.

Poor management. We arrived very late due to a major road closure and were assured by the night clerk that we could check out the next morning a couple of hours after the usual time of 11 AM, but to call the office in the morning beforehand to let them know. When I called, however, the person who answered said she was the manager and rudely insisted that, despite what we were told, we would have to be out by 11 AM. So ,we had only four hours sleep!

Person who answered claimed we did not have a reservation even after I provided them all the itinerary and booking numbers, got hung up on. Contacted Expedia, they couldn’t get through to anyone at the hotel after many attempts. Had to find other accommodations late at night!

It was a good stay. Nice staff and location is the Air space museum and near all necessary shops. I booked a deluxe room. Beds were clean and nice TV channel. My stay was peaceful. Reason for one less star: no free breakfast, no locks in the rest room, no utensils. Otherwise pretty decent for a less price. I liked several input ports for the TV as shown in the screenshot.

This hotel was a Motel 6 that has been turned into suites, by way of the worst remodel you can imagine! There was a kitchen but no plates, glasses, or cookware (the cupboards & drawers were empty!!! The person at front desk told us there was a kitchen "Package" we could get but she needed a manager to get it, as she could not leave the front desk. We ended up with 4- plastic bowls and 3 sets of plastic eating utensils and the empty promise of the kitchen package that never came. $150.00 a night - what a joke
