Everything is close to needing up grades. Rooms and bathrooms are small. AC units are VERY noisy; loud to the point of ear plugs still can’t block it out. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and nice. Staff were efficient and friendly. Felt like staying in. 1970s motel. Adequate barely.

We arrived to Mariposa early and even though it was 3 HOURS early, we were able to check in! The staff were friendly and pleasant. Parking was not a problem. The breakfast was okay (really the only downfall). It just didn’t offer much. However, I don’t judge a place by the free breakfast. The room was a nice size; the water was hot, and the bed wasn’t too bad. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely choose this place again when we are in the area.

There is no lift/elevator to access to the rooms, there is no shuttle service offered, the hotel is positioned atop a hill, so you would need to lug luggage up a big hill to arrive at the hotel (downhill when checking out). The hotel itself is near the main street, bus stop - (5-10 minutes), as well as local stores, restaurants (5 minutes), and walkable to the nearest supermarket (10-15 minutes). The staff are helpful, and offer their assistance with all your enquiries, and with a pleasant and helpful approach. I did not take breakfast so I cannot comment. The location generally felt pretty safe.
