Good stay but no shuttle bus to the airport on weekends. We were not told about this. Extra 10.92 Uber to the airport $24 taxi from the airport to the hotel. Ripped off!! This is not good business

It was nice to have breakfast every morning. I was disappointed about the hot tub not working the whole time I was there. The shuttle availability was also inconvenient. If you have an early departure to the airport and need a shuttle ride before 8am, good luck. Overall, our room was clean and a nice stay.

The elevator was not working 5 out of the 8 days that we stayed there. We had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs to our room without the offer of help from the incompetent staff. On our last day of checking out the elevator was again down. On our first day of checking in, a guest was trying to check in but the staff couldn't find his reservation even though he had a print out and confirmation number. The gentleman was a wounded veteran and wasn't able to climb stairs. When they finally found his reservation, after 2 hours, he was told that he would have to walk up the 4 flights of stairs to his room. He spent the night in the lobby and then decided to go to another hotel since the elevator was not working. They didn't offer him another room on the first floor or do anything to help him out. I called their corporate offices to complain and they had the manager Chris call me to offer his apology. Chris lied to the corporate office and to us, stated that the elevator was back in working condition but it was not. The manager nor the staff cared about any of the guests and the fact that the elevator was not working. I would never stay there again and would not recommend anyone to stay there. Worst experience ever!

The elevator was broken when we got there and had alot of equipment for an event we had. It was supposed to be fixed by 0800 the next morning but wasnt fixed till the day we were leaving.Check in was at 3 and we got there at 3:30 and they didnt have a room ready.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was terrible. There were black hairs in bathroom sink and on outside of bedding. There was a water bottle cap left on a shelf on check in. There was no mattress protector on the bed, there was a thin fabric layer between the top sheet and mattress but it was smaller than the bed size. Breakfast was okay but they had small flimsy styrofoam cups for coffee with no lids and I prefer coffee to go. Biggest complaint is there was a 3+ inch gap between the bottom of my door and the floor, a hand could fit under it easy and it allowed a lot of light in.

It is a good hotel for quick stays. The facilities are nice. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was nice and clean but cramped. Barely enough room to walk between bed and dresser/tv thing. More room on the sides of bed. If you wont spend much time in your room, its excellent. It seemed about 1/3 less space than typical hotel rooms. Bathroom, same cramped feeling, shower is narrow little space between counter, toilet, shower. Everything was so nice, just wished it had more space.

The staff was very nice, the outside was average. The room was supposed to be 2 queens but the beds seemed smaller than a queen and the walking area around the beds was pretty tight, not much room to mover around the room. Definitely not worth the room cost of $200+. The outside traffic noise was unfiltered.

The stay was horrible do not stay in room 313, we felt the vibration of the washers in our bed for the first few hrs of sleep, could have swapped rooms but it was too much of a hassle at that point and figured it would stop eventually. The pool was extremely cold for being enclosed. The maids were extremely loud starting at 7am on a sunday morning and had no care for guest trying to sleep. First and last stay at this hotel.

Older property with some serious cosmetic issues. The older AC unit ran constantly making it difficult to hear the TV or sleep sound. The buffet breakfast was decent, and you cant go wrong with fresh baked cookies at night.

Room was great, service was great. However, our first night, we started smelling cigarette smoke, and an overwhelming amount of it, not like it wafted up to the room through the window. When you went in the hallway, it was even worse. I called the desk because my daughter is allergic and they said they would look into it. Couple of hours go by, and it still smells horrible. Finally, it goes away and then the sudden smell of marijuana comes through, which happened the rest of the night. If staff had actually come up, they would have been able to tell which room it was coming from because the door was propped open. When I checked in, I was notified that it was a 100% no smoking property, so it was kind of frustrating that this occurred and not rectified. However, our second night there was great! Calm and relaxing! Still love Holiday Inn Express!

This is an older Holiday Inn Express. It is quite worn and dingy looking. Desk staff were barely welcoming. Breakfast staff were warmer and working hard to keep food out. The area the hotel is in feels industrial, though the noise in the room was tolerable. There are limited "close" decent food options. We are a fan of this brand, but not this particular hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The room and other areas were clean. Complimentary breakfast was great, lots of choices. Wi-fi was great. We had one issue with the heating element going out on our heater. We notified the front desk staff and someone from maintenance was there to fix it within 30 minutes.

Everything was exceptional here. I've paid twice the rate for a quarter of the quality of this Holiday Inn. Staff was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional, from the comfort of the bed to the cleanliness of everything. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. It wasn't just donuts, cereal and juice. They provided hot breakfast, including a station to make your own fresh pancakes. I had the biscuits and gravy and an herb and veggie omelet which was perfection after having traveled for over 24 hours. I would recommend to anyone. Great job Holiday Inn. Keep up the fantastic work.

Overall, very good! Hotel, and rooms were very clean, and well kept up. I felt safe staying there, and it was always quiet. Only thing that wasn’t that great, was the morning breakfast. There use to be more choices/selections of eggs, omelettes, and other items. I did choose this hotel for that reason. I guess that Covid may have changed things? But all was good!

No restaurant at this facility, but the free breakfast was excellent. The food options, cleanliness and service were top notch! The only problem we had were noisy guests above us that kept us awake most of our first night, but the front desk informed us they were checking out and they would leave that room open for the remainder of out stay. That was very much appreciated!!!

The bathroom is tiny, the toilet bowl is directly in front of the only sink basin. I am only 68" and I could reach the sink faucet while sitting on the toilet. The breakfast area needs serviceable equipment. The pancake machine was broken and the toaster looked like it was made in the 1920's and at the lowest setting burnt the toast and set off the fire alarm.
