Quick one night stay. Front desk manager was friendly and nice. Basic room but nice to have a few amenities, even if older. Clean and comfortable stay. Will visit again for a brief stay.

Our room had no soap to wash our hands after using the toilet. Our toilet had a severe leak and no resolution to the issue occurred; they left us in that room. We arranged to pay on arrival, but they didn’t charge the card provided at check in that we instructed to be used; they used the separate card provided when the reservation was made. Overall the property was run down with multiple services not working and the payment was a fiascos I would not recommend

This place is actually really dirty there were massive stains on the carpet and you can tell they barely bothered to do the bare minimum. The worst thing was that they charge you a service fee and didn’t realize they did. We were told this was a deposit and realized after it was a service fee. we left the unit and when we returned we realized the sink exploded. There was sewage everywhere. All over our stuff- it was disgusting. We spoke to service and explained we lost our toiletries, hair brushes, electric tooth brush/shaver. They offered to reimburse the service fee and that’s when I realized we were even charged one. Except they didn’t reimburse us and I called and they never called me back. We lost about $45 worth of toiletries and they never even offered anything. The smell was disgusting!!! I would not recommend staying here at all! Better to pay a little more for a better option especially since they charge a resort fee and it’s clear that they don’t put the money to good use. The place is disgusting!
