Loved the outdoor hot tub and heated pool, dry sauna, and convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. One minor complaint: the toilet is an old, slow-flushing model that could be replaced. Also the bathroom is quite small but whatever. Fitness center looked nice but we didn’t use it. Parking was pricey at $40 a day but it was convenient and available. It is a true “ski-in” hotel and *almost* a true “ski-out” hotel - due to the way they groom the slopes around the gondola, you have to walk a short distance up the hill before putting on your skis. Not a deal breaker for us and we would love to stay here again!

Rooms for two need two relaxing, sitting chairs, not just one. Heat was not always adjustable but opening the outside door a crack at night helped. Extra charge for limited exercise facility is excessive. Reading lighting at bedside needs a switch closer to bed to alleviate getting out of bed to turn light on and off.

I stayed at the Gravity Haus (Steamboat) while visiting with some friends after a wedding. The hotel is very nice and modern. It also feels like more of an inviting hotel relative to typical chain hotels. The room pricing is very reasonable for the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was awesome. I didn't have enough time to check out the pool. My only complaint is: For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to divert the water from the tub faucet to the shower head - ha ha!

Hotel was somewhat difficult to find as it is tucked in towards thw slopes away from the road. Once we got there, check-in was smooth and staff friendly. Liked the ski valet, but didn't care for it being in the "basement". The Sauna didn't work when we were there and the Hot Tub was also acting up and not working well. Our club arranged a private dinner event, but left it open for all of the hotel guests to attend resulting in running out of food and our club members not getting any or scraps. Rooms were somewhat uncomfortable as we couldn't control the heat/cold. Hotel had plenty of parking.

The towels in the bathroom were never fresh and clean. I was also disappointed that the ski lockers that were littered around the entire hotel were not available to guests. You needed a membership to access this. I find this very strange that guests at a ski in ski out hotel didn't have direct access to ski lockers. This made me feel unwelcome. Overall, the hotel and rooms seemed very old and out of date.

This place is great for a quick ski trip! Location is the best at the base of Steamboat, the hot tub and pool were awesome for a post ski dip, and the bar and patio were comfortable. We were there in April for spring skiing and the rate was low and no crowds. We’ll be back for sure!

Clean. Appears to have been recently renovated. Like many ski lodges, it is built on multiple levels, so expect to have to lug your luggage up and down stairs. Restaurant was great.

When skiing Winterpark I always stay GH. This was my 1st @ Steamboat GH. Excellent ski in/out location. Rooms very small, no hooks/storage for ski cloths. When checked out we forgot swimsuits, 4 hrs later came back and they were gone (?!). Bar/coffee great, but there is constant absence of coffee personel and bartenders are not barista (therefore can’t make cappuccino!?!)

The convenience and location are great but I’ve never stayed in a more filthy hotel. Room was barely cleaned. Sheets and towels were stained. Dirty towels left on the floor were folded and hung back up instead of swapping out for clean ones. Really disappointed in the accommodations.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was nothing special about this hotel. It was no better than a standard low/mid-range hotel but was the price of a fancy boutique hotel. I asked for hot tub towels to be put in the room since the night before we went to the hot tub and all the towels were gone. No towels were delivered so we had to use our bath towels and then had to ask for more both towels. The room/bathroom was not totally clean when we arrived and it did not improve during our stay. We came off the mountain at closing time, 4:15 pm, to find that the room was open and housekeeping was working on the room. Really bad timing for a slopeside hotel. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The housekeeping did not restock the in-room mini fridge during our 3 night stay. Had to go to the lobby to get our own drinks. This hotel was not worth the high price we paid. It was Motel 6 service for Sheraton prices. Other than the location, there was nothing special about this hotel. Next time I will just stay at the Sheraton if I am going to pay that much.

It was dirty, there was like a wristband from a club in the trash like they didn’t take the garbage out and hairs in the bed. But that’s the least of my concerns. The people in the room next to me were blasting music and loudly singing along with the door open. What is this? A dorm? On top of that the gondola thing has a loud alarm directly outside. This is all going on from like 10pm to idek very late on a Thursday. I didn’t sleep I feel horrible today

First time coming to Steamboat Springs. It is so beautiful up here. Staying at Gravity Haus feels like a home away from home. It's nice and cozy inside and the rooms are big and super clean. The only downside is being woken up by doors slamming shut throughout the night. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this property a few times and have had good experiences. When I checked into my room, there was black hair in my bathtub as well as my toilet seat so that did not make me very happy. Couple of the pillowcases were torn. Nothing awful happened. However, combine that with the property looking more and more rundown, chipping paint everywhere they need new pool towels, The towels were the size of a hand towel. It makes you feel like it’s not very clean. This hotel needs a facelift externally for sure. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful as well as the cleaning lady she was awesome. Had coffee in the morning upstairs of the new restaurant. They were an organized, there wasn’t sugar either day. She had to find sugar somewhere else so that was weird the coffee tasted a little burnt and bitter. They did not have half-and-half. They only had some heavy whipping cream. with not having a very busy hotel, It shouldn’t be too hard to take care of these things I would think. I’m a stickler for customer service!

The front desk staff were lovely. Very helpful and reacted well when I raised some issues with the room with them. Sadly the airconditioner in the room was so loud that we had to switch it off as it disturbed our sleep. When we asked maintenance to look at it because the filter clean light came on they did, but nothing changed with the volume output. I’m unsure if this is because of the age of the unit or that it was malfunctioning. Sadly, they said they could do nothing more to help. There was also a light on our balcony which stayed on all night and because the curtains did not reach the floor or the edge of the window (I don’t know why) the light streamed in. Again, I asked maintenance to turn off the light and was told that it was on a timer and could not be changed. I don’t know why, I was in a corner unit and no one was benefiting or requiring my balcony light to be on at 1am!

I would rate this place greater but two things were really disappointing for this trip: 1) 90+F…you should be able to control the temp in the room and unfortunately you can’t. It was so hot and uncomfortable, didn’t sleep…had to take a cold shower and stand in front of the 76degree fan to attempt to cool and catch a nap essentially 2) the parking…there isn’t enough space and no really great options. Very inconvenient but many ppl still parked in unmarked spots and the hotel didn’t tow any of us, so thank you. Most stays are great but it’s my first time staying here in the summer season vs the winter…think I’ll stick to it for winter only.

This was a last minute booking and one of the only places available. I have stayed here in the past. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The water pressure isn’t too strong but fine. Common areas are a nice with sitting areas and work spaces but the hallways are a little dated and confusing. The proximity to the mountain is awesome if you’re there to recreate. We were working down the road. Parking is limited and an extra charge. There is a restaurant/bar. The menu is limited and expensive but you are on the mountain so to be expected. The coffee in the morning was really not good. I would stay here again

The check in was not great. We got the card key and opened the door to a room that was occupied by other people. It was fixable, thankfully but after a long day of travel, having to walk back and forth around the hotel was frustrating. The beds were really comfortable, but the room and bathroom felt very small

Didn't stay the night! It was so noisy with partying and very loud music we asked one of the front desk staff get us a room elsewhere! The staff that checked us in was not very helpful and didn't explain where amenities were, kind of rude too. One of the front desk staff was nice and found us th room at the Sheraton after they couldn't control the other guests that were being loud and obnoxious.

This hotel is in a great location and is undergoing renovations to modernize. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The staff is willing to check you in and check you out and that is about it. They are not rude but if you need any other help or have any questions about the area, food, the bar in the lobby, etc..., you might as well just do your own research or stay somewhere else.

The Stay was terrible. -the check in process at 1130 pm took 45 minutes and not help with luggage and had broken carts -there was a fire evacuation at 130pm. the staff did not even bother to offer free coffee in the morning. -Coffee at 615am was bitter and cold, ended up getting Cafe Americno.

The check in was not great. We got the card key and opened the door to a room that was occupied by other people. It was fixable, thankfully but after a long day of travel, having to walk back and forth around the hotel was frustrating. The beds were really comfortable, but the room and bathroom felt very small

If you want to be on the mountain, this location can't be beat! Steps from the gondola and the ski village. Rooms are tastefully decorated with a fridge, mini bar, coffee and white noise machine. Onsite restaurant with bar and coffee bar. Super close in parking, but adds a $40 nightly parking fee. Is a bit loud with ski boots always walking down the hallway and snow machines outside your window, but with earplugs and the white noise machine, we had a good night sleep. It's a fair trade off to be so close to everything.

Awesome spot right on the mountain! Wish we could have stayed longer. Parking was a little tricky for some of our party that arrived later, but the front desk were very helpful in accommodating. Had a dog along and the ground floor room near the exit was ideal! Just wish our tiny patio had access to the yard.

The property is a vintage mid-mod ski chalet in a prime location next to the Gondola in the heart of the ski resort. The main lobby was nicely set up with privacy pods that backed a loungy area around a stone fireplace and opened onto a nice, sunny deck overlooking the pool courtyard. It was very quiet since it was off-season but very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The room, elevators, and hallways were small and the bathrooms could use a renovation. There didn't seem to be any connectivity to the TV in the room. Just basic cable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was a really great gathering space with really good food and the staff was friendly and attentive regardless of how busy it was or the time of day. They were open in the morning and evening but not for lunch though, however there was a lovely market a short walk away that served lunch and had a great selection of curated grocery items, and a small wine shop. It was a short- easy drive into town where there was a TON of great shops and good restaurants! The whole town was so charming and everyone we met was authentically friendly. It was announced in the news while we were staying there the property had been purchased by the resort. I hope that means more money for upgrades without sacrificing the charm and accessibility of this place. Overall it was a really great value and I would highly recommend it for a cozy fall weekend!

When skiing Winterpark I always stay GH. This was my 1st @ Steamboat GH. Excellent ski in/out location. Rooms very small, no hooks/storage for ski cloths. When checked out we forgot swimsuits, 4 hrs later came back and they were gone (?!). Bar/coffee great, but there is constant absence of coffee personel and bartenders are not barista (therefore can’t make cappuccino!?!)
