Would stay here again. The staff was nice and helpful. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The hotel seems to share a pool with the duplexes next door and was kind of dirty. It was nice but we couldn’t smell chlorine in the pool so it doesn’t to be kept up.

The owner and staff were so sweet, nice and polite. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The view from our room was amazing. Plus the little beach area with chairs and umbrellas was great for an evening relaxation with grandchildren.

The property is on the water with a little beach behind it. Their profile shows a pier but there was none. The building I stayed in ice machine was broken the whole weekend. The room walls were so thin you could hear the other quest as if they were in the room with you. The building didn't have a elevator you had to carry your things up stairs.

May not be for everyone. Parking lot has a lot of traffic from Boat rental business. I never had any trouble getting a spot close to door. No elevator,steps only. Not room darking shades. Great view of waterway. Great nicely shaded pool. Breakfast ok but not always tended, but did get refilled after sometime.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Large clean rooms. Great location with a small beach on the bay. Huge 9ft deep pool, which my kids loved. Decent breakfast. We would recommend to others and plan on returning soon.

The actual rooms have been redone very nicely. The surrounding area and the crowd staying in this hotel are slightly scary for lack of better words. The pool is also completely out of service and half empty. The little interaction we had with staff was positive but when checking in, we walked up on a guest, quite aggressively yelling at the front desk staff and it speaks to the nature of the folks who stay here, Not family-friendly, but very convenient drive to the beach

Very surprised with this property, although an old property it has been updated. The amenities such as the private beach and water rentals was a plus. All staff was polite and friendly. One disappointment was not being able to apply my stay for choice awards eventhough it was a choice property. It was booked through this site.

The king room is a nice size. We checked into one room and it had hair on the bathroom floor, dirty desk area and asked to be moved to a second room. The second room; same issues dirty shower, hair on the floor and even an old blood stain underneath the bed comforter (which we didn’t even discover until the morning of check-out). Hotels wash the sheets but do not wash or switch the bedspread after each visit. It’s terrible! The sign out front of this property boasts “new management” but maybe they need a new housekeeping manager.

Our first room had only cold water and a really dirty bathroom floor. In our second room they only had two full beds left, and no king, and both beds had dirty linens. They had no bottom sheet seperating you from the duvet. Housekeepers got lazy. The room also had a broken tv, dirty floors, greasy counters, and pretty much everything was filthy and very dusty. We were exhausted from a long drive and just gave up and stayed. We will never stay here again. We are planning to request a full refund.

This property leaves a little to be desired. The pictures make it appear nicer than it is. The location is great & the bed was comfy. Those are the pluses. Room smelled very musty. Bought a candle to improve the room smell. Cleanliness was just ok. I did find someone elses drawers (undies) in the wardrobe so I definitely didnt use that! Its an older building with consmetic updates. It worked for my stay but would not stay again. The price was cheap so there ya go!

The only good thing about this property is the location. It’s right on the bay. There are chairs for you to sit at the water. There’s also rentals to go to places like Crab island (which by the way 10/10 MUST DO). The room was very big but not clean. There’s mold you can smell it as soon as you walk in the room & it’s hard to breathe. I asked for a new room but was told there’s nothing they can do because I booked through a 3rd party app. The floors were dirty we worse shoes the entire time we had to be up. It was also dirty, ran out of toilet paper called front desk was told to come and get it. No one came to replace towels or make beds entire time there. Could feel the dirt and sand under our feet in room. Floor hadn’t been mopped in a while. Pretty strong for in room -musty. No light for entire trip in elevator. Hall floors not mopped often as spills were there for days. Had to get towels every day. Despite asking for towel service. Staff at front desk super friendly though!!

The staff was friendly. And breakfast was ok but the ladies had trouble keeping up with the demand of people. The walk in showers were extremely dangerous due to how slippery it was. We had to use a towel on the shower floor in order not to slip and fall. Also, our room floors were filthy! Right after showering and walking on them my feet would be dirty. Asked them if they would mop it but when we came back they weren’t done. We stayed a week and didn’t think that was too much to ask.

Room was bigger than we expected! More than enough space for just me and my boyfriend. Breakfast was subpar and there’s limited seating. Location of the hotel is great. If you’re going to be out and about all day and just need an affordable hotel to sleep and get ready in, this is place is a great option!

Window shade was broken. My credit card was attempted to run 6 times for the 2nd half of my stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a joke - Apple juice and orange juice that was watered down. If you got there after 7 AM there was hardly anything left. We were told not to park on the back side of the hotel because cars have been being broken into.

The new pool area was great but the hours were terrible. Room was nice but to pay extra for the “bay view” was not worth it because it looks out to a parking lot and everyone can see in when they are parking. Breakfast was not great.

Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel has a low rating—our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There’s a nice outdoor pool and even a pizza restaurant right next door, which was super convenient. One of our favorite features was the small private beach with a dock, beach chairs, and picnic tables. Every evening, we brought our dinner back to the hotel and had a relaxing picnic on the beach while watching the sunset over the water. Our kids absolutely loved it—they said it was their favorite part of the trip! After dinner, they enjoyed playing in the sand and water while we relaxed. The room was surprisingly nice for the proce we paid. Continental beakfast was decent. My only complaint is that the thermostat in the room had a lock code on it so we weren't able to adjust the temperature in our room.

I stayed for one overnight on business. First time staying at Quality Inn & was very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good!!! The general manager, Handan checked me in what a great welcoming person. I'd gladly stay again.
I stayed for one overnight on business. First time staying at Quality Inn & was very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good!!! The general manager, Handan checked me in what a great welcoming person. I'd gladly stay again.

This place could have made things better, all kins of help walking around but no one working. Rooms were nasty had to get towels from office daily, no housekeeping done, ice machine worked 1 day out of 6, housekeeping 1 day out of 6. Pool was not kept up.

I liked the location and staff in front office very friendly .I didn't like the fact that we had NO room service the whole 4 days we were there. No one even knocked on my door to ask if I needed towels or anything. I had to go to front desk and get my own towels.

We checked in on 2/20/25 around 7pm, notified staff that we had no tissue or towels. Then proceeded to check the room the linen was dirty, notifies staff again 2 of the young ladies was really nice. Night front desk rep was so rude and instead of wanting to assist shs offers a refund smh. I didnt ask for a refund i ask for a different room or fresh li en. Nightn manager made sure we got what aas needed but had to wait tol 12am to get fresh linen. Was not accommodated for the inconvenience, will not come back.

Could feel the dirt and sand under our feet in room. Floor hadn’t been mopped in a while. Pretty strong for in room -musty. No light for entire trip in elevator. Hall floors not mopped often as spills were there for days. Had to get towels every day. Despite asking for towel service. Staff at front desk super friendly though!!

The staff at Quality Inn was so nice, and very helpful. I had to stay overnight at the airport, due to lost luggage. After finally getting my luggage, I booked the 1st hotel I could find. I called and Jazz the front desk representative took my call. I explained my situation and asked for an early checkin. What I asked for was what I got. She heard the urgency in my voice and took action. My room was clean, breakfast was great, friendly conversation. I can’t thank you guys enough! Best Customer service I’ve had in a long time!!

This definitely could have been a five-star experience if it weren’t for the breakfast. Am I saying this is a five-star hotel? Absolutely not—but I base my rating on my personal experience, not just appearances. From the start, the staff was incredible. We were in town for a birthday party. The hotel was at a great location near restaurants and other places we were going to while in town. Nice big spacious room. Overall the hotel was clean but the floors alwys felt a bit gritty which is to be expected for a hotel at the beach. The staff was constantly cleaning the public areas so that's a plus. Only thing I would note for management is if the front desk is 24hrs., ensure that somone is there or not away from the desk for an extended amount of time. We went to the front desk around 5am to check out and get our $100 cash deposit back, but there was a note to ring the bell for service. There was no bell on the desk so we figured out they were talking about the doorbell outside at the hotel entrance. When we rang it and waited for 5-10 minutes, no one came. We ended up waiting a total of 25 minutes for assistance and ended up calling the hotel while standing at the front desk to get someone to come assist us. Overall good stay and would stay again for a short weekend trip.

May not be for everyone. Parking lot has a lot of traffic from Boat rental business. I never had any trouble getting a spot close to door. No elevator,steps only. Not room darking shades. Great view of waterway. Great nicely shaded pool. Breakfast ok but not always tended, but did get refilled after sometime.

Window shade was broken. My credit card was attempted to run 6 times for the 2nd half of my stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a joke - Apple juice and orange juice that was watered down. If you got there after 7 AM there was hardly anything left. We were told not to park on the back side of the hotel because cars have been being broken into.

The new pool area was great but the hours were terrible. Room was nice but to pay extra for the “bay view” was not worth it because it looks out to a parking lot and everyone can see in when they are parking. Breakfast was not great.

Everything was awesome clean big room, big pool. Only the continental breakfast food was laking all supplies and being refilled as needed. The African American lady was in no way in a hurry to refill amy items from utensil, to the food itself. Until an older Male came and assisted her or got her moving seemed to be the manager.

If you're looking for an affordable and clean place to sleep, this is it. We arrived around 12am and we're greeted by the owner(?). After telling him that we were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary, we were graciously given a bottle of champagne along with congratulations. Not only are they the nicest people you will ever meet, but they clearly take pride in their establishment. The breakfast was delicious ( biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs ). Our king size bed was super comfy. Will definitely be back and plan on staying there in the future me

The staff was friendly. And breakfast was ok but the ladies had trouble keeping up with the demand of people. The walk in showers were extremely dangerous due to how slippery it was. We had to use a towel on the shower floor in order not to slip and fall. Also, our room floors were filthy! Right after showering and walking on them my feet would be dirty. Asked them if they would mop it but when we came back they weren’t done. We stayed a week and didn’t think that was too much to ask.
