Staff was courteous, however room was so musty I had to crank down the a/c to help the bad smell. Also only towels for 1 person. The pool was closed but not posted due to bad liner. Breakfast was okay but at 6a.m. when it started, the eggs looked "old". I did extend the stay because the price was the lowest in the area.

While we were there, construction was ongoing on the roof, and the pool was rarely open. The room was gross bathroom issues, and there was mold on the door, dirty showers, and a generally unpleasant atmosphere. However, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was okay. I had to net the leaves out of the pool before swimming. The WiFi did not work when I arrived, later it worked. The WiFi issue potentially compromised business, so it was a bad time to flub. The error on the WiFi had to do with a “radius server”, so maybe too many cooks in the kitchen. All in all, it’s an okay place. I was not expecting silk sheets and crab dinners.

Nice pool. Nice breakfast. IHOP right on property. Wifi very inconsistent or not at all. Bus parked across closest spaces to rooms. Saturday's continental breakfast had no eggs for 10 minutes. Check in personnel could be more informative for breakfast, wifii. Need roof all around to get to front when raining (short walk in rain). Microwave not work.

This property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice even if it was too cold to go swimming. The room was very good except the door to the washroom stuck a bit. The continental breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. There were a lot of dining out options within a few miles and it was close to the highway to get to Tampa.

Unfortunately, the room was so disgusting. It smells so bad and a lot of mold in the bathroom and the window curtains and so wet carpet the best tub was a lot of dirt and stain behind the toilet was a lot of mold For 100% this room, so disgusting unsafe to anyone to stay in it I am very sorry for the truth. This is nothing but the truth you go check room 113.

Clean and friendly. Even had free breakfast and it wasn't a mini muffin with day old coffee. Eggs, sausage, cereal, Danish, waffles, juice. It was way more than I was expecting. Would definitely stay there again. Even had a pool

The room smelled wet and moist, (I was going to overlook that) . I then saw a bug on the sheets and kept looking and found two more. Took pictures went to front desk…. Was told bed bugs only come out at 3:00 am. That those was cockroaches. She moved us to another room which had knats (bugs) flying in the bathroom.

The room smelled moldy and wasn't clean. Hairs from previous occupant all over the bathroom...yuck. I didn't want to sit down in the room let alone sleep in the bed.

2nd floor room was better then last stay. Air conditioner was alright but was not over powering almost asked to see if other might be available but decided not to as it did Eventually cool down but took awhile.

We spontaneously decided to take a quick trip and go to Busch Gardens for a day. It’s only a 2 & 1/2-3 hour drive but knowing we’d be tired, we decided to spend the night and drive home fresh the next morning. The pool was just kind of refreshing after a long hot day at the park. The bed was hard but not so hard that it interrupted sleep. Amenities were about what expected. Rooms are old and in need of a refresh. Grounds were ok but had a dirty feel. Staff we encountered were all very welcoming and pleasant. For what we needed, the hotel was fine but is more of a motel vs a hotel. Any longer and we’d have stayed elsewhere.

It’s a “you get what you pay for” situation. The room was clean, but there were some cosmetic issues - broken tiles, stains on the mirrors and in the sink. The bed was comfy. The walls are thin. Overall I’d stay there again if the price was right.

Area somewhat noisy, signs everywhere about strict no smoking in. or on front of rooms, but marijuana smell and tobacco smell and cigarette butts are everywhere at night. My tub had about 1/3 of the finished cracked and chipped off, I would not have taken a bath there. Bed was fine. The shower had a very odd way to change the temperature; basically, I had to experiment until I found what I wanted. Sink drain was slow. Had to hold the toilet handle down 30 seconds for toilet to flush completely. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff very nice and professional. Towels replaced daily but bed not made up and sheets not replaced. Internet ok. Overpriced considering everything.

I have stayed here before and have enjoyed the old Ramada experience. Staff was great! Breakfast in the morning was great, just like in the Army! If you know, you know! lol! Biscuits and Gravy! There is an IHOP in the parking lot that is open 24 hours, can’t beat that! Pool was clean and inviting. Old Motel that is Biker friendly and a nice safe place to stay.

The people that work in this hotel are horrible people they're nasty they are rude. They don't even give you a chance to speak. They lie and what kind of a place has a sign that says if you curse at the staff you will be removed and you will not be refunded. Obviously that means that these people provoke people so much that they're always angry. That's a nice sign for a business that just tells you what kind of people they are.

We knew we were getting there early, so called ahead to see if we could go to the pool while waiting for check-in. It was approved. We arrived at 1pm, and Archie was behind the desk. I inquired to see if a room was possibly ready, and he curtly said no, come back at 3. I told him we had been ok'd to use the pool, and he said fine. I asked if there was a lobby bathroom where we could put our suits on, he said no. So we changed in our car, and went to the pool. No less than an hour later, we saw arrivals getting a room. I went back to the lobby, and a new person promptly gave us a room. It's obviously an old hotel, but in decent shape, bed was comfortable, room was clean. The three decafs and one regular coffee was mildly disappointing in the morning. I'd stay again, hopefully Archie has lightened his demeanor by then.

Kim, Kim, Kim. I won’t get into the details but the front desk attendant needs the recognition for doing an amazing job on making a bad situation turn around into a great stay. Location is great right off I 75. That being said this is great for a night or a few.

The hotel itself was okay—clean enough and generally what you’d expect for the price. The main issue was breakfast. The food was cold, and the sausage was sitting in oil, which wasn’t very appetizing. The one highlight was the lady working in the breakfast area; she was friendly, helpful, and really tried to make everyone’s morning better. With some improvements to the food quality, the stay would have been much better.

The room was clean , the sheets and the towels were clean and enough. The breakfast has many options such as waffles , eggs , sausage, cereal, oat meal , juices and coffe . I did my check out online which it was convenient too .in the down side I didn’t find nothing interesting on the tv , everything was sport channels .
