Travelodge by Wyndham Merritt

Great desk staff. She walked back to my room to tutor me on tv remotes. Owners are trying hard to update motel. Unfortunately, inconsiderate guests are damaging new door casing and locks. One guest from a work crew smoked a cigar 2 doors down. Yuck! Just wish breakfast was bit bigger. Will return.

Parking was very tight as most vehicles were trucks. Big dog poop all over & front of the doors to rooms. ( Clean up after your dogs!!) Only one washer & dryer, and there was a line up. First load didnt rinse, had to pay to do it again. Dryer didnt fully dry & vent was so dirty. It even had cigarettes butts in it.

The pillows are not great and could use a deep clean throughout

Was what was expected from a cheap hotel. Plumbing was a bit janky, hot water was inconsistent with what mode you were in and if someone else near turned stuff on itd get hot or cold. Room was overly hot despite turning off the thermostat. Fine for the $60 odd bucks for a single night stay.
