The hotel ventilation is scented with an amazing scent, and this is a super plus in my opinion. The room was small, but it was clean. (They do have other room types, so I’m sure had we realized how tiny our room would be there were bigger rooms.) The sheets were made out of a material that makes you rather hot, so that was unpleasant. Our floor was very noisy, and the street noise (engines revving) disturbed us all night. I definitely would not rate the hotel well on comfort. The staff was just so so. They were supposed to give our bag to valet so it would be associated with our car while we walked around, but instead the bag didn’t make the trek home with us and that was disappointing because it was our son’s favorite bag. They expect us to send them a UPS label, which is rather tacky and not guest friendly. Oh well. The price of the room was low, so we cut our losses. I’d just say don’t expect great customer service here but consider it cheap without anything special if you are looking for budget-friendly.
