The place was clean and employees were very helpful at all times. Parking was easily accessible. I only felt a little uncomfortable about being placed in a room next to a family with small children because it was meant to be a romantic weekend for myself and my partner. However, everything else was exceptional and we both enjoyed our stay. I was very surprised to see what appeared to be a massage table in the room. That really made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this Hotel any day.

Great front desk. House keeping needs major work. They do not wipe surfaces down in the rooms or bathrooms as they should. I can see past guest’s marks on the surfaces. House keeping also leaves crumbs in the hallways for multiple days. If the property operates like this already, hoo boy.

Toilet did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Room temp did not go below 81. Thermostat light was bright and could not be turned off - kept room lit all night. Had to hand a dark shirt over it. Was given a second room at 2:30 am and second room air-conditioner did not work either. Miserable night!

The ac system is set up horribly. Blows directly on you because a bench covers the top of the ac. The thermostat in every room glows extremely bright blue and does NOT EVER shut off and has to be covered. And the ac would either have me soaked in sweat or freezing cold at night set at 72. Didn’t sleep well.

very clean hotel, however, no closet to put your clothes in. there was some "Thing" to hang your clothes on but the top ones break off easily and the bottom one is so close to the floor you cannot hang anything on it . Not sure what they were thinking when they designed it. Will not stay there again. It is designed for people who only carry backpacks.

Awesome stay. I was there for one night and it couldn’t have been better. Arrived Friday and asked for an early check in and was promptly accommodated. It was great to get this as I’d been on the road for nine hours. The only thing they may need to improve is their breakfast offerings. They left a bit to be desired.

A special shoutout to Chelsi for her outstanding customer service when I had an issue with the heat in my room, she patiently helped me upgrade to a more comfortable space. She was kind, attentive, and truly made my stay stress-free. Beyond the great service, the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. It’s very nice and exceptionally clean, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are top-tier beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hot and fresh breakfast bar was a perfect start to my day, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Check in was smooth (although if booking through Expedia they will also hold the same amount charged if using debit card, no biggie). Big & tall, but small, but just enough in one space! The room I had was very clean, smelled nice. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but spacious and big for a King size. The shower floor was nice and clean, great pressure on the water system. The food was the average kind. I didn't eat the breakfast but I could have as it was appealing enough. Check out was also a smooth process. No fuss. It satisfied my needs for my stay and I'm sure it will yours as well. I would stay again because staying in Memphis, is not an option anymore as those options are slim pickings for safety concerns and that's my#1 priority.

This is a new hotel so overall it was clean, our room the deadbolt didn't line up with the latch and it being a microtel it had a bunch of wooden pegs that were not installed properly and fell off. Breakfast was ok, but still getting use to number of items to have, seemed everything was a bit old or watered down Juice, waffle mix and cereals. Breakfast definitely a 2 out of 5.
