The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again.

We have been here before for a concert at the Melody Tent. Check in is quick and easy, Owner is right at the front desk and a great guy. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on Main St within walking distance of many great restaurants. Also connected to the Duck Inn bar. You can come back from the concert have a drink ( reasonable prices ) and walk back to your room. Great!!

Great location, comfy beds, clean, friendly owners; perhaps in the midst of renovations as painting needed in many areas. Expedia should NOT use photo of attached restaurant terrace on its website because it is no longer part of the motel but rather rented for a bar - therefore, no food (breakfast) available on site - that was misleading.

It was conveniently located right on Main Street in Hyannis. The free parking is great. The rooms were small, basic and clean. The only things I can complain about were the ants in the bathroom and the lack of a “do not disturb” sign so that the housekeeping wouldn’t knock to clean the room. We were sleeping and I literally had to run to the door to make sure they didn’t barge in. Besides that, it was great for relocation and price point .

Though it is a basic hotel - nothing fancy at all - it was super clean, comfortable and so convenient. We stayed for a weekend in late September. The weather was perfect and it was wonderful to have parking in the middle of Main Street with easy access to walk everywhere. So many great dining and shopping options within a few minutes walk. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough with great fluffy pillows. There was a fridge with freezer and a coffee maker (but there is a nice coffee and bagel place next door). The water pressure in the bathroom was great! If you are ok with a clean, basic room I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location, and nice staff. Needs a top to bottom cleaning. Ceiling flaking from moisture. Had to wear flip flips in shower, tub was filthy. We would have complained but we were only there to sleep, gone from really early in the morning, back late at night.

There were ample drawers for our clothes and good counter top space in the bathroom for our toiletries. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower was enjoyable with plenty of hot water for two people to take showers back to back. Maid service was performed each day… bed made, bathroom cleaned, and enough fresh towel provided that we never ran out. The location was perfect as well… within short walking distance to the HyLine ferry as well as restaurants and shops. Our overall experience couldn’t have been better!

Thebeds are very comforatable. Staff and owners very cery nice. Room needs updated. Dreary colors, needs some pastels colors to brighten up the room. Ceiling is chipping carpet needs cleaned. Off season they will do maitenance. Loved location

The whole place is dated, but it served its purpose. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower is probably the best I’ve ever used in my life (probably because its output is 100 gallons per minute!). We did notice, like some other guests, a few ants. Only suggestion would be to have a few more electric outlets.

I might have wrongly judged this property because of the "motel" vibes. It was so clean, felt updated, and I can't speak more highly about the owners. They were patient and kind, and you can tell that they truly care about their guests' experiences there! We were able to walk to the ports, which made our day trips to the islands much easier. And, Hyannis, itself was so much fun and I will recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the cape/islands!
