Front desk staff was excellent even though maintenance did not fit our broken drain or replace our AC filter. Cafe manager was rude to her employees causing a scene. Room was fine but no elevator to third floor. Needs better signage to find lobby. Buildings are separate and is confusing especially at night.

Great location to walk to restaurants and just outside Yellowstone. Cute affordable good breakfast spot attached. They did warn us that we would hear noise from the room above and asked if we wanted third floor. No elevator so we passed after long day, didn't want to drag luggage up stairs. But it wasn't too bad.

Be aware there is not a pool, my kids were disappointed and I thought for sure there was one as other pictures doing different searches show a pool. Also breakfast is muffins and juice. Otherwise it’s a great location when visiting Yellowstone. Definitely the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip with none of the great amenities.

The Super 8 sign was easy to see from the road. Checking in was a challenge. There is a separate building next door for the lobby office. The signage for this is small and difficult to see. There was no elevator. The room doors we old and didn’t latch easily. The sink and tub had slow drains. Unlike other Super 8 hotels, this didn’t have a breakfast. Apparently they do offer a muffin and coffee.

It was a place to sleep, but really needed some updating. No elevator, no luggage trolley, had to carry everything up the stairs and down to the end of the hallway. Breakfast was coffee and a muffin so want really a breakfast.

We loved this hotel. It had a 3 queen room available which worked perfectly for our family. The room was big and spacious. They do not have breakfast but did provide muffins and juice. There is a cafe attached to the lobby. We ate breakfast there and the food was really good but we waited an hour for our food. The area was really fun and there were elk wandering all over the place. You could walk right by them and they didn’t even care.

The only thing that could be improved is the parking. The parking lot is very small and there are limited handicapped parking. The hotel is very close to the Yellowstone North entrance. Wildlife can be seen on the property. Overall a wonderful time.

Property is in a great location, plenty of dining options close by, grocery store across the street. Only complaint would be that none of the ice machines seem to be working. I asked the front desk person about it and she said to try again in 30 min to an hour and there might be some.

Room very clean, just old and could use upgrades. AC unit loud and could not maintain temperature, ran all the time. Window was not locked, security concern. Pet friendly, however I would not have vinyl covered chairs in a room for pets. We used towels to protect the seats which we should not have to do.

Ants were in room, trash was left by previous occupants, only had 2 bath towels in a double queen room, shower was old and shower faucet was loose and “free breakfast” was coffee, juice and a selection of 3 muffins - this was a false description from what was advertised on your website.

The room was okay; the door didn’t seal unless you pulled it shut. We could hear every person walk by. Cleanliness was okay. My child dropped something behind the bed and when I went to grab it I got a handful of dust bunnies or cobwebs. Great things about this property are the lobby, the free coffee and muffins (which were both delicious), and the great food options nearby. The cafe attached to the lobby was alright. The biscuits and gravy had very little meat, so I wouldn’t recommend that. Staff was super friendly. We also had dinner at Wonderland Cafe in town. Exceptional food!

Older property. Smelled like cigarettes. House keeping entered my room with the do not disturb sign on. The breakfast is not a breakfast and should not be listed as soon it’s crappy little muffins and orange juice and apple juice nothing else. Well coffee but I didn’t try that. Not worth the price by any means. Black mold in bathrooms on floor.

Location was a basic Super 8 layout. However the floors in our room were dirty, even after requesting an additional cleaning. Air conditioner worked, but not well, as the room felt a little damp. Rate is too high for what you receive.

I did not like anything about it. This was during the bison hunt, and there was blood on my floor, the sheets obviously had not been washed as there was fresh dried blood on them in numerous places, there were multiple lengths of different colored hair and an excessive amount of bison fur IN BETWEEN THE SHEETS. This is the most disgusting hotel experience that I have ever had.

The hotel is convenient to all of Gardiner. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are muffins, juice and coffee in the morning. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch on premises. I was not crazy about our room. It is basically a basement room. The window looks out directly into the parking lot. There are no sheers on the windows. It is either open up the certain and let everyone see inside your room or close the room darkening curtains and sit in a dungeoness room. The ceilings are also very low. This hotel does not appear to be handicapped accessible. I felt the room should have been cleaner. The floors left my socks and feet dirty. The box spring covers were dirty with obvious nasty spills on one bed. The towels, top bed linens seemed clean, as well as, the bathroom. On the plus side, this hotel does accept pets. We were traveling with a small dog.

Beautiful view. Close walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops! The room was clean which is the most important thing. My only complaint was the bed was a tad uncomfortable but I still got good sleep, the pillows were ok though

It did have three sleeping areas, but the fold out couch smelled and the floor was sticky. There was a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which was nice for a group of 6. Near the Yellowstone entrance. Staff were friendly. Nearby dining options and some grocery options for fresh fruit across the street. The morning coffee/tea/juice and muffins were nice to have. There was a very loud family next door and you could hear them easily from one of the rooms.

The hotel is NOT sound proofed - ask for a top floor room as we listened to the people walked around each time they took a step. Breakfast is advertised, but mini-muffins do not qualify as a breakfast.

The entire team was amazing—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. Special shoutout to Martin, who went above and beyond for us! The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute drive to Yellowstone’s entrance, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and right across from a convenience store. The room was clean and very comfortable. It came with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There’s no housekeeping during the stay, but parking is right out front which was super convenient. It’s not a luxury hotel, but if you’re spending your days in the park, it’s a perfect base. They have a laundry room on the floor. Only two downsides: • The shower curtain had a bad smell and definitely needs replacing. • If you’re a light sleeper, be warned—walls are thin. I heard a dog barking all night from the next room. And probably they heard my 5 months old during the night .

Customer Service is great. We came late around 11:30pm, Tyler Wilson was super helpful, he tried hard to give us a room on the ground floor due to my parents can't walk , he made hot water for us, he was very kind and friendly. Thank you very much to Tyler ! The hotel is on the main street, very close to many restaurants, market..., very quiet, safe. We definitely coming back when we visit Yellowstone again. 10 stars to Tyler !

Trying to check in was difficult. The front desk was vacant. After 10+ minutes of waiting I called the motel to let them know I was there and needed checked in. The associate eventually showed up and was not rude but was obviously irritated. After beginning our check in he gave extra attention to the lady behind us and was extremely kind to her calling her darling and made us wait while he checked her in and then finished our check in. Very unprofessional and obviously like the ladies. If I decide to stay there again I hope this associate is not who I have to deal with again. Shampoo and Conditioner were empty, Not a big deal but irritating.

Just needed a comfortable bed for a night during our winter visit to Yellowstone. The room served our purpose. It was clean and the shower worked nice. No complaints, would stay there again. The small market across the street had premade sandwiches that were good for our trip into the park. On might want to curb their expectations re: the "continental" breakfast.

Decent hotel but nothing special. There is no pool. The breakfast was grab and go muffins. The coffee was weak. The area is dull but extremely close to the north entrance of YNP. The room is clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, for the price, I would probably stay here again for the location.

There are charger stations all over the room, which was in stark contrast to our previous night elsewhere. A wonderful variety of free coffee and tea at the drink station in the lobby. There is also a cute cafe just off the lobby with delicious meals and baked goods. The bummer....the room door to the hallway needs to be WAY more sound proof.

Great place to stay as a home base for exploring Yellowstone. Wi-fi is a bit fussy, and no continental breakfast, but still a nice place. Room was comfortable and clean. Gardiner was a cute town and so close to the park.
