Expensive for what we received. The breakfast wasn’t the best for vegetarians egg had ham. There was a power surge and we couldn’t get into our rooms without constant assistance. The pool is way too small for the slide some kids were injured using the slide as they entered the pool.

The room was a good size and very clean. The pool is great for kids but not for swimming or adults as it is only 3 ft in the area aside from the slide. There are two hot tubs that needed chemicals and they foamed up very badly. The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent and the coffee is amazing!

Fitness room need better equipment. There was no wipes to wipe down equipment. Fitness room was not clean. Needs daily maintenance. Breakfast needs needs more variety. Over priced for an old hotel.

We picked this property for the waterslide and it did not disappoint! I’d like a freezer in my room fridge as i had to put ice packs in the hotel staff freezer but the staff were very helpful.

Frustratingly, having packed “light” because we could use the laundry at this hotel, we were more than a little disappointed that it was closed and we had not been notified. The helpful reception team told us where the local launderettes were. Wi-Fi was good. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly & helpful staff, with good recommendations for dinner. Would I stay here again? Without a shadow of doubt, yes.

We were pleased with our room which seemed to be newly renovated. It was quiet and felt so comfortable to be in. The buffet provides so many options and lots to choose from before starting a busy day in the park. Really made use of the hot tub and pool after a long day of walking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

On the emails sent to me after my reservation it stated that every day dirty towles and garbage would be picked up but room cleaned by request. Very disappointed that the garbage and towels were never picked up. We have a 1 year old in diapers everyday I had to take diapers out and find a garbage can for them. The hall garbage wasn’t emptied either so after 3 days that was full to. The pool was great my kids loved it!!! Morning breakfast was ok. Food was not amazing but there was a good variety. Parking was easy and check in went great.

We chose this hotel for our family Yellowstone trip based on the fun pool pictured. Our kids did enjoy the pool and slide. However, our first room was so dirty we had to ask to be moved. The front desk did accommodate our request. Our first room smelled so bad musty and b.o. i didn't even want to put my suitcase down. I noticed hairs in the sink and bathtub. Visible dirt on the floor indicated the room had not been cleaned properly. We noticed the common areas weren't vacuumed for our entire 3 day stay. The price was inexpensive and our kids enjoyed the pool.

The room was ok, but most of the towels were old and falling apart. The trash cans by the elevator and lobby were overflowing and only got emptied once in our 4 day stay. The breakfast was ok. Not really a good value for the price.

The carpet was filthy. The linens on the bed were clean but minimal. They use the old-fashioned comforter with no cover on, so who knows when they were last washed. The bedspread had stain marks on it and was disgusting. It is an old hotel that badly needs an update. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was about what you expect.

Crumbs in the hall way, elevator, and public areas, oubic hairs on the bathroom floor. This could be a top rated hotel, however very poorly rated as a result of the filth! Cleanthis place up!

This hotel was renovated from a budget hotel platform and opened mid-August, about a month before our stay. Everything was brand new and not in a good way: - Staff not that well trained and could not find my Hilton Honors number in their system. - Bar in the dining area only sells wine and beer but is not well stocked. - The coffee maker could not be plugged in due to the placements of the plugs. Probably from the budget hotel origins. - The room safe did not work. Probably a leftover from the budget hotel days. - The air-conditioner was very loud and kept us awake. It drowned out the TV sound. Maybe they used the old ones. - The new carpet smell in the hallways gave us headaches. - We specifically requested a king bed, but was given two queen beds. Maybe because the receptionist could not find out HH number. - There were no Do Not Disturb hangers in the room. - There were more, but I am running out of characters. Not up to the Hilton standards we are used to and the hotel's budget roots were very evident, yet we paid Hilton prices - around $400 per night. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. Our suggestion is to stay away for the time being until they have sorted out what they want to be. There are other options in West Yellowstone.

The room with two queen beds was the perfect size for us. The room itself was a little outdated, but it was very clean. The breakfast buffet was perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before heading into Yellowstone National Park. The location in town was very walkable too. We can see how the pool would be really fun for families with children too. We would highly recommend this affordable hotel. If you like things quiet, be sure to ask for a room on the third floor too. Fun vacation!!!

Checkin was a little crazy as when we arrived we were told they were oversold and had no room for us. We waited approx 30 min for a mgr who was able to find us a room. We paid alot for the room and we were disappointed in the quality of the room for the price.

The lady at the front counter kept telling everyone she was very ill, had been ill going on 28 days. There was a couple in front of us that had been attempting to check in for 15 mins. We walked in, the desk lady disappeared for 10 solid minutes and came back asking the lady ahead of us how she could help them as if she had never seen them. She was very incoherent and seemed under the influence and truly not stable. It left all of us very uncomfortable. We got inside our room to have the bathroom light not working, no bathroom fan and only 1 towel for 3 people. We requested additional towels from front desk, never got them. We won’t return to this particular location.

When we arrived, they were having technical issues with key cards that ended up lasting almost our entire stay but the staff was very very good at accommodating and special shoutout to the employee running around to unlock doors for all guests. The conditions of hotel were also very good, would recommend!

It was a very busy check in with several people in line, and only one desk person working, he could multitask like I’ve never seen. He was kind and did his job very well. Also, the lady working at the breakfast at 6:00 am was cheerful and refilled our coffee..She was a breath of fresh air!!definitely recommend this stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and West Yellowstone. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in West Yellowstone. Close to the western entrance to Yellowstone park. Friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend the hotel!!

There was an error in booking. But the hotel charged us for a stay we didn’t use. There was no understanding/compromise on the part of the manager Tiffany. She would not even apply it towards a future booking. Expedia showed no responsibility in handling the situation. Very disappointed with Expedia too. In future I would think twice about using Expedia.

This property is showing it's age and in need of serious cleaning and maintenance. Upon check in, we were told by shift manager (Tiffany) that their house keeping was short staffed and there would be no housekeeping services. She said if we needed clean towels, we would need to bring the dirty towels to the desk and they would try to get us clean ones. When entering the room, we noticed a dingy smell. This room was filthy! The carpet was full of stains, mildew in the bathroom, drywall around tub was wet and soggy, bathroom floor and grout was disgusting, sink faucet loose and wobbly. Common area has broken window that has been scotch taped to hold in place (clearly been this way for a while). You had to exit a door that goes through the breezeway to get to the parking lot. EVERYTIME we walked through this area, we had to walk through a wall of cigarette smoke as this was the smoking area. It was always the same 3-4 people (that are staff) that were there smoking. Maybe move the smoking area so guest don't have to walk through this to get to their cars? This hotel was a complete disappointment. I expected better from a Wyndham property. We stayed 3 nights and paid $1036 and should have gotten better. The hotel was fully booked per Tiffany. On a brighter side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast/kitchen staff were nice and worked very hard. You can do better Wyndham. Maintain this property!!
