Red Roof Inn Rochester - Henrietta

The place needed a thorough cleaning. The bedspread and comforter had various stains all over them. Floor was sticky and the rug was gross. No soap or shampoo in bath and when filled they still didn't work. No soap at all in sink area. And the pillows were as flat as pancakes. Won't be staying here again.

This facility caters to that narrow slice of the traveling public who prefers their room smell like a pack of wet dogs, prefer a non working TV, no soap, no phone, and dirty floors. I just hope I don’t now have bedbugs.

Parking easy. Staff nice. Place really worn down and not clean.

Rooms wasn't very clean. Picture frames in the room were broken. Linens stained.
