The hotel and room filthy, very bad smelling. Sheets were very old and have dirt marks. Chair in the room was dirty and had stains on it. Doors to premises were not working with the room keys so they were left open without any security. I was surprised this hotel is in Wyndham chain and that much expensive. Not recommended.

I got an accessible room. It stunk was filthy and the board I mean bed was horrible. I did not realize that the rooms did not have their own entrance, this makes it so much harder for me and not really accessible the handicapped parking spots are way away from the rooms. No staff offered to help me they were busy standing at the counter talking. But one told me if I looked at the website better I’d know there was no outside access. Then in the morning when I was leaving they made me go out thru the lobby I couldn’t use the door closest to my car. I’m disabled and walk with a walker falling is a problem. That staff is clueless. Worse place I’ve ever stayed.

Stayed 1 night

We stopped here after traveling all day and needed a place to rest. The staff were very nice however the room we were in had a VERY strong urine smell and I attribute that to the old carpet in the room- perhaps an animal previously stayed in our room?. The bedding was VERY thin as well so it was a pretty chilly sleeping experience and the tv did not work. Overall, it served its purpose ( a place to rest our head for a few hours) but I would recommend staying for more than a few hours to a day.
