This property is less than a year old and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was included. The only thing I would change is the Bar/food menu. Of course you can always go to one of the local restaurants. We arrived close to 9pm and we just wanted to grab something at the hotel for dinner. Very small bar food menu.

We used the Hyatt House for our park sleep fly drop off. Very happy with hotel, staff and breakfast . What we weren't aware of was that the airport shuttle service ended at 11:00 . We ended up getting a taxi instead but this detracted from the convenience we thought we were getting.

Property is clean but they don’t change bedding or provide new towels during our stay. They do it if you stay 3/4 days or longer. Breakfast was bad. Felt eating plastic scrambled eggs. Fruits are not fresh. Better not serve any breakfast. Charged $4.50 for small bottle of water. I was told we get 2 bottles free every day but on last day charged $9 for 2 bottles of water.

The property was clean, and quiet. It was centrally located to the airport and a lot of attractions and restaurants! The room was spacious and clean. Our tv did not work, and the staff quickly gave us a new room without issue. Overall a wonderful stay!

I came here due to work. My room was SUPER clean, the staffs were friendly and acknowledged you every time they see you, even if I was on the elevator they would speak to me. The gentleman that checked me in he was super professional and has great customer service. I wish I remember his name but I don’t ( he was an African American gentleman) the lobby was clean, dining area clean. My only wish is that the hotel provides waffles or pancakes for breakfast, other than that my experience was EXCEPTIONALLY FANTASTIC. Keep up the amazing work. I will definitely visit again.

We were able to check in an hour early which we appreciated. The hotel room in general was clean. It just had a few things that were broken (toilet paper holder, mini fridge door, and blinds). But it wasn’t a big deal

Out room was beautiful and clean. We loved thr black out shades too. The bathroom was gorgeous and large! The woman who checked us in at like twelve thirty a m, which was when we arrived at the hotel due to conflict on time in arriving, was amazing! She could tell we were both completely exhausted but was still so welcoming and patient. Can't wait for another stay!

Apartment quality for a hotel stay. Separate kitchen and living room space allowed the family to really spread out. Staff is courteous and attentive. This will be our spot next time around again.

Overall, the room is lovely. We love how modern and new things are, except for the missing usb outlets. The AC was very loud, like a train and the window was very small, the smallest window I’ve seen in any hotel rooms I’ve been: Rm. 411. The hotel and our room were clean. But coming from Hilton Homesuites, there was a big contrast with the breakfast. We got spoiled at the Hilton with their food and drinks. Where Hilton is a 5, this one is a 2.5. Would we stay at a Hyatt house again? For sure, but depends on which one. The one we srayed at in Oregon before was great.

Checked in about 6 hours early, and the front desk couldnt have been nicer. Paid for early check in - but it was nice to not have to deal with any issues or challanges. Room was nice and cool, which was great. Wonderful night sleep!

I arrived at the hotel at 1am and they told me they had no room for me and that Expedia overbooked their rooms. They didn’t even offer me a ride to the airport or to stay in the lobby while I figured out where I was going to go. I’m not sure if it was a mistake on their end or Expedia but either way they did not help me when I was in need of a place to stay. It was snowing outside and they left me out to dry.

This is the friendliest vibe I’ve ever experienced in all my travels! The energetic, helpful and kindness. Staff will make your stay memorable. Of course the rooms are great too! Everything about this hotel was great as far as location, cleanliness, rooms were nice size and convenient, great walk in shower, but was a little disappointed in the breakfast for a full hot breakfast seemed a little lacking in taste, and wasn’t that hot the time I went through the line, so we went somewhere else the last morning of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures, very clean and spacious and most importantly QUIET at night (other than the occasional plane flying overhead). Justin at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired but the staff were very attentive to making sure all items were stocked throughout the morning. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I liked this property as a staycation or a place to stay if you have to see family in the area. It is extremely new and close to the airport. The only hiccup was the breakfast. The options were not many and the torillas with salsa/cheese station didn't come with directions and seemed to be not well patronized by most customers. Perhaps something else should be there. However, the kitchenette was the highlight for me. It had everything and was so well laid out. Thanks to the housekeeping department for having our rooms both weekends sparkly clean. TV screen nice and big and trolleys were usually available even though there were only 2 for such a large new hotel. Front desk staff very pleasant too. I didn't visit the bar nor the gym but they are both well equipped. Thanks.
