For a budget friendly hotel this is it. Close beach access all rooms are ocean view (10 floors). We reserved the king and balcony room. Amazing expresso machine in lobby 24/7. Only complaint are the walls are paper thin you can hear you neighbors in the room over. But overall we had an amazing stay staff was super and rooms were tidy. Very clean. A tad small for space but you really only sleep there with all the activities near by. Also have a parking garage (tight spacing)with a gate that shuts at 11 which we appreciated for the car’s safety. But you are able to come and go as needed. Would stay again.

Stayed here for years and this was one of the worst sadly. The internet was down for 3 days. The pool heater wasn't working or on. The door to the boardwalk wasn't working several times. They tried to check us out early because of office miscommunication. Witnessed people checking into a room that was already occupied. Plts, there was a whole party in the top of the Parking garage one night too with loud music and drinking. Other than those things, beds were comfy and the room was clean and the staff was very helpful!

Can be long wait times for the one elevator. The hallways did not have AC . We were drenched in sweat trying to navigate around the building. Our room was clean with no bugs!. It could use a remodel though.

The only good things I have to say about this property is that it had Ocean Front rooms and we didn't see any bugs. Otherwise, there was no internet service. We were told they had a work order in, but it never worked. The phone in the room didn't work. We were told the phone cables were old. The rug was all chewed up and coming off the edges of our door and the sliding glass door. There were overflowing trash cans on every floor. The dumpsters located at the front of the hotel were overflowing with bags of garbage, even into the parking space next to it. The indoor pool was not heated and was colder than the ocean. They offered coffee and flavored water in the lobby, but they were out of cups. There was one elevator and we had to share it with the cleaning staff and their carts so it took forever. We came back to our room late one night and our key cards didn't work. A couple of times we went to the front desk and there was no one around working. The entire building was in disarray. Thumbs down.

The hotel lobby was nice, clean, and remodeled. They have coffee, tea, and lemonade all day. The staff was friendly and responsive. The indoor pool is on the small side but hey they have a pool. They have plenty of parking in the garage but it is a bit tight. The room we stayed in was in need of a remodeling. It was on the dark side and it was hard to tell how clean it was. The paint color was too dark as well as the carpets. The bed was comfortable but you could tell it was on the older side. The view was awesome and the balcony had ok chairs. The bathroom was a bit dated as well. The water pressures was good. I do not think we will stay here again. It just wasn't for us.

Property needs serious upgrades. It smelled and looked unclean. Cracks, cobwebs, dust, you name it. The WiFi was out in rooms. The only good thing was the convenience of the beach which was literally in our “backyard”

FILTHY. There was beard trimmings in the sink. Hair in the shower. The sheets were dirty. The corners of the bathroom had dirt. It was disgusting. The beds are SMALL. The rooms are SMALL. When we went to check in there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. No one answered the phone. And the parking garage could barely fit our midsize SUV. 10/10 do not recommend.

Found two cockroaches in our room at 11:30 at night, moved to a new room and discovered black mold in the new rooms bathroom the following morning. Immediately had to find a last minute hotel for two days to try and salvage what was left of my birthday trip. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very dirty and gross. Every piece of bedding from bedspread to pillowcase had some kind of stain on it, some small, some large, varying colors and sizes and there was crusty residue on parts of the bedspread and all over the upholstered chair. There were also dead bugs in between the sheets that we found when we stripped the bed. The kitchen faucet hot water knob leaked if turned on. The hair dryer did not work. The phone did not work. Overall bad smell in the room and in the hallway. Front desk at check-in and check-out were both courteous and professional. Room was disgusting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the phone didn't work, the balcony floor was not sweep. The elevator was broke had to walk down the nasty filthy stair wells which was dark. The parking garage was dark and unsafe. Please reimburse me.

This property was not with the price at all!!! I paid almost $700 for 2 nights and the place was equivalent to a motel! The rooms and building is very outdated, pool was dirty, the bathroom looked dirty and old, mold and rust everywhere and big roaches in the room! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Check in took a minute and the guy didn’t give me any details about the hotel or my stay I had to ask a few questions. Phone in room didn’t work and we requested a king bed and he gave us a double tried calling desk no one would answer. The bed slept okay and the door to the outside balcony wouldn’t lock. Parking was horrible very small garage and our f150 barely made it. Hotel was older and rooms didn’t look as good as pictures advertised online. While waiting on elevator to take us to 5th floor there was a cockroach crawling up wall. Hotel is on strip close to shops and bars. People above us was very loud with there music. Went to check out and no one at the desk. Honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again I would choose another one and pay a little more.

Couple's trip to celebrate a birthday and get a "beach-fix" that we both needed. View of ocean partially blocked by wall of next hotel. Spacious king-bed room recently refurbished and clean but no frills. Refrigerator made annoying noise all night but that was the only noise.... hotel was very quiet. A/C went out, workers weren’t able to fix it. I spent a night without A/C. Me and My family were very upset and uncomfortable. Balcony door was stuck & hard to open. TV said no internet connection even when it was connected to wifi. Was not able to view TV on my last night at the hotel. I don’t think that I will be staying here again.

I booked a room through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was told they were overbooked and had no room for me. This was extremely disappointing, especially after a long journey and having a confirmed reservation. There was no prior notice or communication from the hotel, and no immediate solution offered. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute, which was stressful and inconvenient. I couldn't find any hotel. since i couldn't find a hotel that l drove back with two kids. The people on the reception is the best this place has… they are very friendly, professional and they know how to treat people, I want to recognize MYKIA and WEST, my nice dropped her cell phone at the ladies restroom and one of them found it and immediately gave it back to my nice , very appreciative. I liked every worker there, all were friendly and professional. I did not like the condition of the hotel in general or especially the rooms. One of the rooms we had was 1/3 wet. I mean the floor (carpet) was so wet you almost splashed walking on it lol (room 601) we rented 2 other rooms, neither balcony door worked on them, they literally fell apart in our hands (101 & 204) one of the rooms shower didn't work, sink leaked, bathroom door didn't lock, no plug in sink and no soap at sink. The other room the bathroom door got stuck each time, I thought I was going to get locked in a couple of times lol it was hit and miss with the plug ins and chargers ports in every room. Everything was so bad in the rooms by the end of the stay it just became comical LOL the people, location and parking was the ONLY good things about this hotel. It ALL needs updated...from the wall pulling away from the baseboards to the bathroom doors not locking. I definitely would NOT recommend to anyone....unless I hated them 😆😆

During check-in, another guest and Our family waited over 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. We actually found the front desk attendant asleep in a neighboring office and wearing a heavy coat. When he tried to check them in, he could not figure out how to check them in. Another employee who was not working arrived at the front desk and helped immensely with our check-in. Our room felt damp during the first two days of our stay. We also had difficulty finding a comfortable temperature setting for the a/c unit. The refrigerator in the room was damaged and the freezer section was encrusted in several inches of ice. We asked to have it replaced, but that did not happen. The tub drained very slowly and accumulated several inches of water when showering. The exhaust vent in the bathroom did not appear to be moving any moist or odorous air out of the bathroom. Tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and loose. At times, when the a/c unit was on, an odor of Marijuana filled the room. The electrical switch next to the room's door was not working properly. It would not stay in the on position. We were locked out of the hotel's front door on Saturday evening around 11 PM. We tried knocking on the door, but the front desk staff did not hear or see us. We had to walk into the parking garage to gain access to our room. Not sure why there was not a card reader at the front door. We enjoyed our stay at the Seaview Hotel. Parking was convenient and was included in the price. Our room was clean and in good repair. The view of the ocean from our balcony was wonderful. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

It was nice to have a place to park my car undercover away from the sun. It’s perfect for a view of the beach in the middle of the boardwalk ,great for walking. Great restaurants nearby. This was not high-end, but you pay for high-end. I did not need it.

I stayed on this property for 3 nights. Check-in and parking were easy. the hotel was located right in the middle of all the activity. Waking to the sound of the waves, watching the surf and dolphins from your own balcony and quiet nights were some of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend.

First of all it's a motel not a hotel. Hotels have a place for dining. No food offered onsite besides a popcorn maker that had the same popcorn all weekend. I asked for a handicap accessible room . They put me on the 10th floor, the shower head was broken and was improperly hung. The water pressure in a drinking fountain has more pressure. I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair. Bedding had stains, the vents had a inch of dust. I would compare.this property to a Motel 6. No frills. OH and the pool is the size of a of a 2 car driveway. It was 3 feet deep. Pictures are deceiving .

The Seaview Hotel was a great oceanfront stay for the weekend. It’s conveniently located on the boardwalk and every room has an ocean view. The staff was very kind and accommodating, providing extra towels even outside of cleaning service. The room was on the smaller side but did come with mini fridge, microwave, desk, wall mounted tv and balcony. They conveniently have a parking deck attached to the property and it’s secured by a locked gate each night. This property offers 24hrs coffee bar and fresh popped popcorn, however, there is no continental breakfast option. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance though. Only down side for my stay is that our AC unfortunately went out on night one of our stay. The electrician was out so it couldn’t be fixed during our stay but they tried to accommodate us as best as they could providing fans and additionally the management discounted our stay for the inconvenience. Overall, I would stay again for a weekend getaway.

You walk in and smell popcorn.. Yes! They have a popcorn machine in the lobby and lemonade and coffee. It felt very welcoming. New remodeling looks fabulous too. New furniture and carpeting and upgrades galore. It looks great! The front desk clerk Mykia was so nice!! From check-in to popping popcorn upon request to checkout she was so sweet! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful too. We've stayed here several times and will continue coming back.
