I visited for business and was excited to come back for pleasure. The rooms are large and well appointed, especially the bathrooms with the huge tub and multi-jet shower. We stayed on Wednesday evening and were able to take advantage of the “date night” special at Zin, just a short walk away. My one complaint is that I had to use a towel to block the hallway light shining through the bottom of the room door. Not a big deal for people who don’t need total darkness. It would also be nice if they provided more details on the gym and its facilities - we had no idea if there was a hot tub or other similar amenities and how to take advantage of the various classes offered.

The Delafield Hotel is lovely. The showers are great, with multiple shower heads and good smelling bath products. The rooms are dark. I wish there was an overhead light. We also had access to the gym next door. Bring your workout clothes!

This hotel is one of our favorites! It’s absolutely the best place to stay in Delafield Wisconsin. It is beautiful and the rooms are super posh. Lovely bar and restaurant.

We have gone to Delafield Hotel at least six times in the last four years as a couples getaway. We love going here however, with recent changes it’s starting to become a disappointment based on what we’ve experienced from the past I’ll list out a couple things and give you a quick list as I tried to give a more detailed overview but I ran out of room. Pros: Pillows, different types of coffee (but downstairs), big showers with rainfalls and body jets, big soaking tub, extra toiletries that are not the norm, large rooms, big couch, snacks and beverages (Extra Coast), restaurant on site, gym use, large mirror, well decorated. Cons: Firm Mattress, (They use to have big plush beds), No jacuzzi tubs (they used to have them), They had an amazing bathroom line called ROME that was super luxurious, smelling) and now all the stuff they switched to smells like bug repellent (citronella scented) they put us above the ballroom that had a wedding so music was bumping until midnight. After we specifically told them, we were looking for a quiet area to reconnect and actually get good sleep since we have small children at home we don’t get that great sleep right now, not enough enough staff working, hardly any parking spots, there was quite a bit of things that were broken like the shower handle was broken. It wasn’t even attached to the shower in general. Not well cared for as far as cleanliness. Overall, enjoyed going here, but they’ve definitely gone cheaply for more $ in the pocket.

It was an absolute lovely hotel with great staff, awesome interior and beautiful views of Delafield. The room was very clean and chic. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The soak tub was perfect and the rain shower was great! I came on a solo trip to unwind and relax and it was perfect!

Amazing experience!! I got one of the cheaper suites and it was still so luxurious! Definitely worth the price. Staff was friendly, place was clean and room was very comfortable. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the Id restaurant but always smelled amazing!

Such a neat hotel in a great little town. The inside was modern and cozy. The room was large and the bed was comfortable- it is rare to find a hotel with a comfy bed anymore. The tub was large and comfortable. Mini bar in the room made for a quick and easy snack if wanted one and they had black out shades to keep the room dark while sleeping. I definitely recommend staying here and look forward to a future trip to stay again!

Made us wait over an hour for check in while we watched numerous other guests arrive before official check in time and go straight up. No one else was turned away. Confirmed my phone number and said they would call when the room was ready, but did not do so. At 3 pm, we asked again to check in and alas, the room was ready! Hotels.com rate was lower than the rate they quoted on their website. Does the lower rate come with lesser service?

This is by far the best hotel in the area & one of my all-time favs. Classy & modern. Don’t even question booking this property. There are a ton of great shops, restaurants & bars within walking distance. Revere’s for a great pub & Giuseppe's for pizza are a few of my go to places. 6 stars out of 5.
