The property is beautiful for the price that I had purchased through Expedia, however, I went to book it again a month later for the same amount of days and the pricing to double which is unfortunate. The rooftop amenities are some of the best that I have encountered my hats off to the sky six personnel For doing such a great job.

Before you head to the property, you need to call them for parking because we had a lot of issue with parking. We were not aware of it and also they had a big event so there was four blocks blocked so we needed to park far. But overall, the location was perfect and beautiful.

We got a key that opened the garage so we thought it was OK to park in the garage yet we were towed out of the garage that we had a key for. It became a nightmare getting our rental back out of the tow yard. You guys need to be a lot clear on whether or not you’re allowed to park in the garage.

The rooftop pool and balcony at the top were phenomenal! Wonderful amenities! Everything we needed for a peenomenal, relaxing, enjoyable weekend! Definately recommend to anyone! Clean, good vibes and easy chrck in and out !

I loved the pool area and the secure entrance to the property. The carpet in the hallways need to be updated. The room set up and size was great. Washer and dryer was excellent surprise.

I don't like air b and b's. When booking this place i thought i was booking a hotel for the wknd. Its more like an air b and b. Nice apartment but like i said not my cup of tea. The parking was terrible and the run down houses and buildings around the surrounding area was quite the eye sore.

Easy to access, spacious apartment and ideally located with short walk to bars/restaurants, walking distance to convention center. Rooms and linens were clean, spotless I would say. The balcony windows could do with a clean but the great views were unimpeded. washer, drier, dishwasher and gas stove equipped if you need it (i did not. The kettle is flimsy and rusted in the inside so deferred using it but otherwise everything else seemed good). a bedroom and living room TV, fast wifi. Well temperature controlled, more than adequate lighting, day or night. towels and linens were of good quality, the supplied toiletries not so much so bring your own. Was a great place to come back to after a long day. Very comfortable stay, I would definitely stay again if I came back to Phoenix!

This was a really lovely complex! The pool is fantastic, gym, essentially the entire 25th floor! Absolutely lovely. Close to really good restaurants and the Phoenix farmers market! The only thing was that there was no hand soap or body soap in the condo! Otherwise, this was an absolute perfect spot for a quick getaway— 10 minutes from the airport as well!

Such a beautiful property. It is a huge building but well insulated as I only ever heard neighbors from the Hallway. The apartment itself is really nice and updated. Beautiful views from the balcony! Security also enforces excessive crowds at the pool, which is nice. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The check-in process is absolutely awful. Do NOT give them your credit card information. I called customer service to avoid having to do this. Once I checked in the experience was great. It's an apartment building with excellent amenities on the top floor. Great option for a work trip

Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10.

The check in process was terrible. It was giving scammer. They demanded I provide copies of my credit card online when I booked through Expedia which obviously already has my card info on file. The keyless check in app was terrible. Customer service through global was awful and ruined what would have been a nice stay.

Every guest I met thought they were coming to a hotel, including me. Warning there is no reception. You have to down load an app and read check in instructions carefully. Not the greatest start after an 11-hr flight. Hotel for me when I return.
