Wir haben auf der Durchreise nach Italien zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und großzügig gestaltet. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Uns hat zudem der sehr moderne Spa-Bereich gefallen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ein Minuspunkt ist die sehr schlechte Umgebung zwischen Lidl-Supermarkt und Bahnstrecke. Immerhin wurde für das Parken nichts berechnet. Der Preis für die Übernachtung ist in Anbetracht der schlechten Lage relativ hoch. Ansonsten hat uns aber alles gut gefallen.

Ein sehr neues Hotel. Sehr stylische Einrichtung der öffentlichen Bereiche und auch der Zimmer. Auch im Badebereich hat man ganz kreativ gearbeitet. Aber nicht nur beim Ankommen, sondern auch am Schwimmbad spürt man überdeutlich, dass das Hotel in einer unfassbar schlechten Lage ist. Mitten im Gewerbegebiet nahe der Eingangsstrasse Richtung Locarno, direkt neben dem LIDL und anderen Läden, mit denen man sich im Grunde auch den Parkplatz teilt. Und in die Regale von den Läden schaut man auch wenn man beim Schwimmbad mal hinter die Liegen / durch die Trennwände guckt. Zum Urlaub machen nicht zu empfehlen, eine Nacht war ok.

Ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Zimmer. Leider war im Spa-Bereich das türkische Dampfbad praktisch kalt und die Dusche funktionierte dort nicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. Insgesamt jedoch tolles Hotel und zu empfehlen.

The hotel looks nice and modern, especially the lobby and rooms. However, calling it a “spa hotel” is misleading. The spa area consists of a small whirlpool on a balcony and two saunas; far too limited to justify the label. The relaxation room has very few loungers, which are often blocked by towels for long periods. The billiard table in the lobby was occupied by guests attending an external event, and when we asked staff for assistance, we were told to handle it ourselves — not very professional. Breakfast was included, but when we asked to reserve a table for our daughter’s birthday, we were told “first come, first served.” Overall, nice design, but limited facilities, unhelpful service, and significantly overpriced for what you get. Very weak wifi at the hotel.

neues modernes hotel mit grosszügigem zimmer. die klimaanlage scheint eher eine turbine, womöglich brauchts noch die eine oder andere feineinstellung. parkplatz vor dem hotel tiptop. bar & restaurant bereich gemütlich, absolut ausreichende auswahl an speisen und getränken. die ständige zugluft im bar & restaurant bereich ist ungemütlich, das wird noch bisschen eingestellt werden müssen. die direktion sei bereits im bilde und die ausarbeitung einer lösung im gange. die mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. das frühstück ist wunderbar. komme bestimmt wieder mal.

It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing.

Nyt hotel beliggende lidt sjovt i et industriområde. Lækkert værelse med kæmpe bruser og flot udsigt. Dog var det en underlig lugt på toilettet. Der var dejligt stille og det var lækkert med vand og kaffe på værelset. Sengen var temmelig hård, men alt var nyt og fint. Vi brugte ikke pool og spa. Morgenmaden var god. Der er en togstation 2 min. gang fra hotellet og det tager 10 min at komme direkte til centrum. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Dies war unser 3. Aufenthalt im Dorint. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es nun ein „grünes“ Hotel sei. Die Zimmer würden nicht mehr täglich gereinigt, die Handtücher nicht mehr täglich gewechselt. Dagegen ist absolut nichts einzuwenden. Dass wir dann aber die Betten umgemacht vorgefunden haben als wir vom Tagesausflug zurückgekehrt sind, fanden wir in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse unpassend. Dass in allen Bereichen Personal eingespart wurde, war augenfällig und leider auch bemerkbar.

Super Familienzimmer! Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, zu viert (mit 2 Kinder, 8 und 10 Jahre), es hat uns aber super gefallen. Im Familienzimmer gibt es ein Nebenzimmer mit einem grosszügigen Doppelstockbett. Frühstück war auchsuoer!

Wir haben 6 tolle, erholsame Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank möchten wir an Michelle (Step1/Step2 😉) und das restliche Team im Restaurant aussprechen, die uns jeden Abend bedient haben. Bezüglich einer Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit, konnte uns schnell eine Alternative angeboten werden. Hier auch ein großes Lob an den Koch, den das Essen war immer sehr gut. An Fata die jeden Morgen einen mit ihrer herzlichen Art zum Frühstück empfangen hat und an Melissa an der Reception. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal am Locarno See Urlaub machen.

The spa area consists of a small whirlpool on a balcony and two saunas; far too limited to justify the label. The billiard table in the lobby was occupied by guests attending an external event, and when we asked staff for assistance, we were told to handle it ourselves — not very professional. Wir haben auf der Durchreise nach Italien zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und großzügig gestaltet. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Ein sehr neues Hotel. Sehr stylische Einrichtung der öffentlichen Bereiche und auch der Zimmer. Auch im Badebereich hat man ganz kreativ gearbeitet. Aber nicht nur beim Ankommen, sondern auch am Schwimmbad spürt man überdeutlich, dass das Hotel in einer unfassbar schlechten Lage ist. Mitten im Gewerbegebiet nahe der Eingangsstrasse Richtung Locarno, direkt neben dem LIDL und anderen Läden, mit denen man sich im Grunde auch den Parkplatz teilt. Und in die Regale von den Läden schaut man auch wenn man beim Schwimmbad mal hinter die Liegen / durch die Trennwände guckt. Zum Urlaub machen nicht zu empfehlen, eine Nacht war ok.

Nyt hotel beliggende lidt sjovt i et industriområde. Lækkert værelse med kæmpe bruser og flot udsigt. Dog var det en underlig lugt på toilettet. Der var dejligt stille og det var lækkert med vand og kaffe på værelset. Sengen var temmelig hård, men alt var nyt og fint. Vi brugte ikke pool og spa. Morgenmaden var god. Der er en togstation 2 min. gang fra hotellet og det tager 10 min at komme direkte til centrum. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing.

Super Familienzimmer! Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, zu viert (mit 2 Kinder, 8 und 10 Jahre), es hat uns aber super gefallen. Im Familienzimmer gibt es ein Nebenzimmer mit einem grosszügigen Doppelstockbett. Frühstück war auchsuoer!

It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place.

The hotel was lovely as were the staff. The breakfast was lovely, I ate in the wonderful outdoor bar. I also ate dinner in the restaurant and that was good too. Great facilities, very clean and beautiful rooms. The location directly around the hotel doesn’t have much to offer, but there are plenty of great places to visit within a 10 to 15 minute drive. And of course the train station is next door.
