The gentleman at front desk 5 rating and very informative and helpful and bartender in the evening. However the 2 staff young man and women was not helpful. I requested an extra towel in the evening and they said I have to wait for housekeeping at 9 am. They have pool towels behind the front desk but no white towel. I said if you can store pool towels you can certainly have other guest necessities as well. I pressed on and she did have keys to housekeeping to give me 1 towel. There were 2 staff that was doing nothing at the front desk than watch there phone and computer. To get iron and ironing board we had to carry it to our room. The room was extremely small and if there 2 travelers with each a check-in and carry on the room is cramp. Save your travel money and not stay here cause lazy staff doesn’t value your hard earn money. I think mgmt need some quality assurance how guest are treated at San Reno!

My only issue was with the listing on this site. It said that it included a bathtub. This was one of the reasons that we picked this hotel. However, it appears that not all of the rooms did include one. When we checked in, we discovered this. The staff was unable to move us to another room that night due to lack of availability, but the next day, they moved us to another room and moved our luggage for us while we were out for the day. They were extremely helpful. If we had known that not all of the rooms had bathtubs, we would have made a special request for one that did upon booking. The incorrect booking caused an unnecessary inconvenience but fortunately, the staff was extremely professional and helpful in assisting us.
