SANA Reno Hotel

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend SANA Reno Hotel to others. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and excellent service.

Nice place, good food, pool on top of the hotell eas nice

Our stay would have been perfect if only the airconditioning is better. We were initially assigned to a room with a broken AC. They moved us to another room with a working AC the next day. Controls for the AC are in a main switch in the reception. They seem to have specific temperatures at certain times and for us it still wasn’t cold enough. We opened the window with little effect to cool the room. But we still slept soundly so it was fine. Rooms were clean. 1st set of tea and coffee in-room was free but they charge if you request more. We didn’t really need more as they serve good coffee and tea during breakfast. Good selection of food at breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Location was good. Close to a convenience store, cafes, restaurants, and shopping mall. Very cheap Uber/Bolt ride too if you want to get to the tourist spots. Oh, and the rooftop pool is a plus! Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel!

Overall a good stay, with nice and helpful staff and so. The rooftop pool was nice. Only 2 things really stood out as bad. 1. We had a spill in the room and when we wiped it up the towel became very dirty. Hopefully that's just a one-off occurrence with such a dirty floor. 2. The sauna didn't function properly as parts of the heating element wasn't actually heating, and some of the hot air escapes to a very noticeable gap in the wall and from the door not fully closing.
