A really clean hotel throught the public areas and the bedroom room. Friendly staff at reception, room service and in breakfast room. decent choice of hot and cold buffet breakfast.Vey comfortable bed and excellent water pressure when showering. Great to have a hotel that still provides individual pots of shower gel and soaps. The hotel location is just a two minute walk from Anjos metro station, just a short 10 minute metro ride to the city centre and city buses also stop close by. The only minor fault was one of the two guest lifts was out of order; My room was on the top(7th) floor so sometimes had to wait a while for the lift to arrive when called. As other reviews have commented there is a rumbling noise from the metro trains passing below , noticable at first but the noise blends into the background and didnt cause me any concern for my 3 night stay. My room also had an outside patio area overlooking the street below which is a good hang out in fine weather. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit all weekend so didnt take advantage of this when i was in the room.

Glimrende, centralt placeret hotel. Godt værelse, god morgenmad, parkering i kælder til fair pris. Hvis man kun er i Lissabon behøver man ikke bil, da kollektiv transport fungerer fint i Lissabon. Uber er også en mulighed.

O hotel é muito confortável, bem localizado e um excelente café da manhã. O hotel possui uma área interna excelente e muito elegante que tem um bar onde você pode desfrutar de aperitivos. Também tem um pequeno jardim de inverno próximo à área do café da manhã. Embora esteja a quase 2km de distância dos principais pontos turísticos (Rossio, baixa-chaido, praça do comércio, etc), o metrô fica na porta do hotel, possibilitando fácil deslocamento para qualquer ponto. Ficamos hospedados 6 dias e será uma opção para próximas viagens à Lisboa.

Wir haben das Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon gebucht. Das Hotel liegt super praktisch um mit der U-Bahn schnell in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir hatten ein Leihauto dabei und nutzen die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Das war wirklich sehr praktisch, da man mit dem Aufzug im Hotel auch zur Tiefgarage fahren konnte. Negativ war, dass das W-LAN sehr schlecht war und der Safe 2€ extra am Tag kostete. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber nicht besonders. Wir wurden immer satt und man konnte im Innenhof draußen essen.

Inför en vistelse i Lissabon kring slutet av året så hade vi vissa problem med att hitta rum hyfsat centralt i staden. Men, efter en stunds letande fann vi detta hotell som erbjöd både frukost och parkering vilket vi ville ha. Parkeringen är en allmän sådan i anslutning till hotellet men ersätts vid utcheckning. Incheckning gick smidigt och rummet vi fick såg helt okej ut. Inte det bästa vi bott på i staden men dugligt ...tills man förstod bättre. Rummet vätte ut mot gatan så visst buller från trafik hördes. Men, ett mullrande fick oss att fundera lite över vad det kunde vara. Det visade sig vara tunnelbanan och de passerande vagnarna som mullrade sig hela vägen upp i rummet. Med andra ord, vill ni sova ostört så be om ett rum mot baksidan och högt upp... Frukosten var helt okej och erbjöd vad man kunde vänta sig. För att använda kassaskåpet på rummet så krävs en extra avgift och en liten nyckel som hämtas i receptionen. Precis bredvid hotellet ligger en mataffär så det var praktiskt. Hotellet ligger ungefär 20 minuters promenad från Praça Martim Moniz med en sluttande backe så på gränsen till vad man orkar ta sig uppför efter en hel dag på stan.

Eneste som mangler det er gratis parkering. Men det finnes en under hotel som koster 10 euro par dogn du kan kjøre ut og inn så mange ganger du ønsker. Alt var veldig bra TBane 50 meter fra hotel bra frokost renhold daglig man får nye håndklar daglig. Anbefaler sted

Das Hotel liegt nahe der City. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und groß genug. Das Frühstück für 10Euro perfekt. Man konnte auch draußen in einer Art Atrium frühstücken. Negativ war die Lautstärke der Strasse. Das nächste Mal würde ich lieber in Richtung Hof ein Zimmer nehmen.

Die Zimmer sind nicht schalldicht. Man hört alles aus den nachbarzimmern. Zudem lag das Zimmer noch an der Straße was extrem laut war. Es lagen noch Haare von andern im Bad als wir kamen.

Room was nice and clean, clean flooring and bed. The bathroom wasnt great, shower curtain was grubby and shower kept leaking all over the bathroom which was really annoying. Safe in room but it didnt work. I think i would stay again overall. 3 star definitely but not a 4. Good area, downhill 20 mins walking roughly to the centre and easy to get a metro back as the station is so close, walking back was tough as its all uphill. Breakfast was nice and super easy. Would recommend.

The room was spacious with a bathtub and I could open my suitcase. It was renovated, so it was new and clean. The breakfast was crispy and had a lot of fruit. The man who carried my suitcase to the car on the morning of March 23rd when I checked out was incredibly kind and I am grateful.

Nice hotel overall, location ok. You can walk to the very center within 30-40 min. Easy access to the airpot. HOWEVER, it was a bit noisy. Even in the room facing the internal yard, you can feel the vibration and noise from the subway. But still bareble. The rooms that are facing the main road are much noisier. The subway station is few steps from the hotel. going kind of beneath it.

Overall a nice hotel very close to a Metro stop, and a food store next door. The breakfast buffet was really good with a vast selection. There were a few minor items of note: 1. The Lisbon Metro is a very shallow depth system. My room was on the 6th floor, and at that height you could hear, and somewhat feel the train as it passed under the hotel. I wasn’t bothered by it, but if you’re a light sleeper it may cause an issue. 2. The WiFi was very spotty on the upper floors. Again, a really good location for transportation!

Hotel vicino al centro molto bello e curato, pulito, servizio gentile e disponibile, colazione abbastanza varia, servizio in camera ottimo, materassi molto comodi (cuscini poco comodi invece). Unica pecca sono le camere non insonorizzate: si sente tutto, ma praticamente tutto come se si fosse in unica stanza tutti insieme: ultima notte abbiamo dovuto urlare "SHUT UP" a una coppia che litigava fortissimo nella stanza a fianco. Un vero peccato.
Hotel vicino al centro molto bello e curato, pulito, servizio gentile e disponibile, colazione abbastanza varia, servizio in camera ottimo, materassi molto comodi (cuscini poco comodi invece). Room was nice and clean, clean flooring and bed. The bathroom wasnt great, shower curtain was grubby and shower kept leaking all over the bathroom which was really annoying. Safe in room but it didnt work. I think i would stay again overall. 3 star definitely but not a 4. Good area, downhill 20 mins walking roughly to the centre and easy to get a metro back as the station is so close, walking back was tough as its all uphill. Breakfast was nice and super easy. Would recommend.

Perfectly located next to the metro, but unfortunately you can hear every single metro on the 1st floor (where I had my room). In addition, the beeping of the cash registers of the supermarket in the same building could be heard, as could every louder guest who passed by the reception. Unfortunately, there was an error in the billing for the breakfast, which seems to be not correctable because the hotel does not respond.

Staff at check in where not very welcoming and they where not very forthcoming with information upon checking out the lift was not working and we had to lug all our bags down the fire escape will no assistance from hotel staff my partner & I are in our late 60,S and we had some younger guests help bring our luggage down after going down one flight our selfs and when we did check out they didn’t even ask how our stay was I would never recommend this hotel again

I had booked a room for three days accidentally I put one person in the room. I was traveling with my wife they would let her stay in room unless I paid extra 110 euros extra for her staying with me. Vey bad policy. Other hotels honored my mistake.

Ficamos muito satisfeitas com a nossa estadia nesse hotel. A poucos passos da estação Anios da linha verde, que nos levava diretamente ao Cais do Sodré e à Cidade Baixa - Chiado, o hotel é novo e tem tudo que nós precisamos. O café da manhã é farto, o quarto espaçoso e confortável, a limpeza foi impecável e a equipe maravilhosa. Deixo o meu agradecimento especialmente ao João que nos acolheu, nos deu várias sugestões maravilhosas e foi extremamente gentil em fazer algumas reservas que pedimos a ele. Sem dúvida uma ótima opção para se hospedar em Lisboa.

Wir waren mit einer fünfköpfigen Gruppe für fünf Tage in Lissabon zu Besuch. Das Hotel liegt quasi direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station der grünen Linie; vom Flughafen ist das Hotel quasi in 20 Minuten mit einmal umsteigen ganz einfach erreichbar; man kann bequem, innerhalb von 20 Minuten in die Altstadt laufen. Kleine Supermärkte und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr hilfsbereit; das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir drei Geburtstagskinder in unserer Gruppe hatten, hat uns das Hotel auf alle drei Zimmer eine Flasche Sekt gestellt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Zwei kleine Aspekte zur Verbesserung: Der Zimmer-Safe sollte im Preis integriert sein. Wir mussten extra pro Tag zwei Euro Miete bezahlen. Das ist auch international nicht üblich. Beim Frühstück ist in der Auswahl bei Wurst, Käse noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben. Das war alles sehr Standard. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem uneingeschränkt für einen Besuch von Lissabon 🇵🇹✈️ weiterempfehlen. Ein sehr ordentliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne wieder. Stephan

The location of Hotel Travel Park is excellent. It is very close to the metro, which we used all the time, as it was reliable, cheap and fast. Also walking distance to many restaurants. Lots of options for food choices and very tasty. The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from, they even had hot options. Our room was clean, and had everything we needed. The front desk staff in Lisbon, did not seem as friendly as we have experienced in Nazare & Porto.

Nous avions une chambre avec baignoire, mais il n'y avait pas de bouchon pour celle-ci, donc pas de bain. L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier populaire, qui ne laisse pas se sentir en insécurité et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Il est situé à une petite trentaine de minutes de marche de la rue Augusta et des quais. Pastéis de nata du petit déjeuner excellent.

Inför en vistelse i Lissabon kring slutet av året så hade vi vissa problem med att hitta rum hyfsat centralt i staden. Men, efter en stunds letande fann vi detta hotell som erbjöd både frukost och parkering vilket vi ville ha. Parkeringen är en allmän sådan i anslutning till hotellet men ersätts vid utcheckning. Incheckning gick smidigt och rummet vi fick såg helt okej ut. Inte det bästa vi bott på i staden men dugligt ...tills man förstod bättre. Rummet vätte ut mot gatan så visst buller från trafik hördes. Men, ett mullrande fick oss att fundera lite över vad det kunde vara. Det visade sig vara tunnelbanan och de passerande vagnarna som mullrade sig hela vägen upp i rummet. Med andra ord, vill ni sova ostört så be om ett rum mot baksidan och högt upp... Frukosten var helt okej och erbjöd vad man kunde vänta sig. För att använda kassaskåpet på rummet så krävs en extra avgift och en liten nyckel som hämtas i receptionen. Precis bredvid hotellet ligger en mataffär så det var praktiskt. Hotellet ligger ungefär 20 minuters promenad från Praça Martim Moniz med en sluttande backe så på gränsen till vad man orkar ta sig uppför efter en hel dag på stan.

The room was spacious with a bathtub and I could open my suitcase. It was renovated, so it was new and clean. The breakfast was crispy and had a lot of fruit. The man who carried my suitcase to the car on the morning of March 23rd when I checked out was incredibly kind and I am grateful.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip, direkt an der Metrostation Anjos gelegen, damit in wenigen Minuten überall in der Stadt. Außerdem direkter Nachbar ein Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig.

Good location, underground station just around the corner, lots of shops around. The rooms are very clean, toiletries provided. Friendly staff. I didn't like the breakfast, it was very limited and if you are not a fan of eggs and beckon you will struggle. Not much choice for vegetarian and no milk alternatives. Also we travelled with a baby and the underground station has no lift or escalator ( like most of the stations in Lisbon) bear this in mind.

The staff was very helpful. We had to wait only 2 hours to have our room ( 12h00 ). Super breakfast and we could eat inside or outdoor on a terrace. The room is small, but functional. Beds are OK. Inadequate television placement. We had a room in the backyard and ther was 3-4 dogs barking for no reason in the evening, morning or night. Reserve a room in front of the main street. Hotel with a metro station at 300 feet. Super ! The is a little market next door + restaurants.
