Mini bar left a lot to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, requested a balcony couldn’t get one, no ice machine ( had to go to the bar everytime), great location near hop on hop off buses and buses to Sintra, staff were friendly but so many couldn’t speak English very well. Lovely little restaurants nearby.

Quarto muito escuro. Falta iluminação. Quarto sem isolamento acústico. Tem ótima localização, o que traz o problema de estar exposto a trânsito intenso, esse trânsito gera muito barulho, indo até a madruga e iniciando o dia tb com muito barulho.

The rooms are not renovated and even with the ac on it was abit hot. They can’t do much as the building is old Staff was fantastic We had prob w the water draining while showering as well

The actual bedroom was a good size & well laid out, but the bathroom was just too small with an old bathtub & an adjustable shower head. The powdered coffee sachets in the room were not of a particularly good standard. I was disappointed not to be told about a planned event very near to the hotel on one night that had loud banging music on until 04.00. To compound this, police used the hotel to presumably oversee the event and were audibly going up & down the corridor directly outside of my room until 06.00. I was also unable to take public transport to return back to the hotel because of metro station closures. Surely customers booked into the hotel should have at least been told about such an event about to take place.

Me & my wife stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. On our arrival at this hotel at about 11.15pm, and tired from our travels, we just wanted to go to our room and sleep. But the hotel reception informed me that they had only a twin room left for us. This happened despite the fact that we had booked this hotel 2 months in advance and had requested for a double bed at booking time. Was surprised and very disappointed as such a reputed hotel could not get their act together even with 2 months notice about our double bed requirement. Some reception staff in morning shift did not acknowledge guest presence at Reception desk. That's rude.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Excellent location, very central with easy access to all tourist sites via public transport or walking. The only feedback we have is that the Lady at the reception desk didn’t really know basic information that reception staff should know. We got stuck when a taxi driver wouldn’t accept card, and when we asked at the reception to exchange money, they said they can’t, and said the nearest atm is 15 mins away. We later saw the Santander less than 1 minute walk away. Reception staff should really know about basic facilities in the area e.g. banks, supermarkets. Other than that everything else was fine in the hotel.

Super great service all the way! Very nice comfortable room, beautiful hotel and Luana at front desk was super helpful with sites information and restaurants on the area. Great location just steps away from main stop of tourist bus, and great shopping stores.

Located on the main central roundabout in Lisbon, the location is excellent for the Hop on Hop Off bus services and a short walk into the centre proper. Clean, friendly with a good atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant once and it was good value. It is a little noisy (the traffic outside mainly), but that didn't bother us. Would book again when we re-visit Lisbon.

The hotel has perfect location in Lisbon, I can easily walk to subway station within 5 mins. There is a huge park near the hotel and the area around the hotel is very nice but busy too. The room they provided to me was clean and tidy, but it was quite noisy when trying to sleep at night, I can hear the traffic and police car at night clearly.

El hotel en general y el cuarto estaban muy bonitos y cómodos. El personal súper atento y dispuestos a ayudar y ofrecer consejos de tours, restaurantes, etc. El desayuno estuvo bastante bueno y variado. Pero creo deben mejorar su menu para la cena: solo tienen 4 cosas en el menu y las 2 que pedimos nos resultaron malas, la sopa no sabia a nada y la hamburguesa tampoco estaba bien presentada con el pan aguado porque estaba todo mojado en el jugo de la carne. Sigo recomendando el hotel por su ubicación, su personal, los cuartos y precios, pero es mejor pensar en comer afuera. Hay bastante oferta de comidas de precios varios en las cercanias
