The property is a little dated. It’s really difficult to get into and out of the bathtub. They charge for extra coffee in the room 🙁. The breakfast and lunch buffet were priced well and good quality. The only real down side was that our kids were in a separate room and the key they gave us wouldn’t open their door. Excellent spa! It was disappointing that the pool hours for kids under 12 were limited (although understandable). So glad to have the spa and pool as an option!!

We had a lovely stay at Dom Pedro Lisboa, the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a very good selection at Breakfast. The Spa facilities were very good and my daughter absolutely loved her hot stone massage at the spa.

I returned to this hotel after a nice stay 6 months ago on the strength of the pool and spa. However for this stay of 5 nights this area was closed for 'health' reasons. No explanation was forthcoming from any staff and consequently i was unable to swim. This is essential for me especially when i am staying and paying for 5 star service. On another point they should add a kettle in the bedroom as tea made usind a nespresso machine is unacceptable and undrinkable. I like this hotel but i would need guarantees before i return again.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und Anbindung a die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus + Straßenbahn). Gegenüber ist ein großes modernes Einkaufszentrum. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung hatte besser sein können. Es fehlten insbesondere Steckdosen. Der Wellness und Fitness Bereich ist überschaubar, reicht aber aus, wenn man nur kurz sich erholen will oder Sport betreiben ( Rad, Laufband, Crosstrainer)

Decepcionante esse nosso retorno ao Hotel Dom pedro. Hotel que se declara cinco estrelas, mas está bem longe disso. Parou no tempo. Quartos com carpete manchado e sujo. Parede descacando. Cortinas velhas e empoeiradas. Não adianta dar mimos diários aos hóspedes, mas cobrar caro por um café da manhã repetitivo. As fotos apresentadas no site destoam totalmente da realidade.

Clean room, the view was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They sent up champagne and cheese and fruit plate for the first day as a welcoming gift and the next day I was surprised with a bottle of champagne and dessert for my birthday. Excellent service and would highly recommend to stay here.

I want to know under what circumstance that expedia ranks it as a 5 star hotel. This hotel is as worse as a 3 star hotel, with a 5 star hotel price. This is definitely cheating. This is by far the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed with The hotel is extremely dirty, everything inside the room is insufficient and old. This is like a 1950 hotel, with no electrical appliances. There is even insufficient lighting. The coach and bed are full of bugs. I have numerous bug bites and even cause allergy to my skin and my lips. There is no air conditioning at night after 4:00 a.m. I have to order ice buckets to my room to lower the temperature. Even with that I cannot sleep the whole night. The bed blankets are old and dirty. The bed, which they claimed in King size, is so short that my feet are hang out of the bed. I am only 5 feet 10 inch tall I want to raise a complaint and I want my money back. I need to know how I can raise a complaint to your platform and to the hotel. I need someone from Expedia to contact me immediately

Das Hotel hat sich soweit präsentiert, wie es auf den Bildern zu erwarten war. Etwas altbacken aber gediegen. Das Zimmer war völlig ok und sauber. Das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück in Ordnung. ABER: wenn das Schallschutzfenster sein sollen!!! Es war unerträglich laut (10. Stock) und der Verkehr in Lissabon ist nun mal mörderisch. UND: die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht wirklich kühl bekommen. Positiv war, dass unser Mietwagen kostenfrei in der (fast leeren TG) geparkt hat. Positiv ebenfalls: mit Uber oder der Tram 24 ist man schnell in der Stadt; selbst zu Fuß kommt man gut hinunter. Scooter oder Ebike sind etwas für Mutige und Rüttelfeste. Lissabon: immer wieder. Dieses Hotel: nicht noch einmal.

Everything was 5 Star about this stay including service and accommodations. A short drive to the airport and a short taxi ride to cuidad centro so it’s easy to experience the city but a comfortable distance to enjoy a quiet stay and have easy access to parking. The city views from the rooms are incredible.

There are not enough good things I can say about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such hospitality, I automatically set the standard for my other hotels while in Portugal. The hotel gave us complimentary room service when we arrived, with wine and Nata's. They even gave me a had written note which shows the service going above and beyond for guests. After flying for almost 12 hours this was the sincerest thing me and my family received during the first day. I even had an issue with my bank card at the nearby bank and the receptionist was so helpful and provided to us international numbers for us to call to banks given the time difference to help us when we were in need. We had complimentary robes and slippers, along with small chocolates the housekeepers would leave when they came to clean the room. Outstanding service and hospitality. I would stay here again and recommend it to family who visit Lisbon. 10 out of 10.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years. I had a group of people joining me this year. This particular stay was not so good, it certainly has gone down hill since my last visit 18 months ago. The greeting from the porters is friendly and they were efficient in getting our luggage from our vehicle and to our rooms, and parking my vehicle. The checking in took a long time, as their processes seem very slow. The room was fine, however, the bed was SO uncomfortable and the pillows are bad. Flat and hard. We were there for 4 nights, and my bed was never made properly, as the sheets were not tucked in at the bottom and it was just uncomfortable. There was a bottle of complimentary water when we arrived, which was not replaced on a daily basis until I asked, and housekeeping also did not replace coffee pods or teabags, unless you paid 1.20 euro per pod. I complained to reception and I said that for a 5 Star hotel, this felt cheap. They agreed!! Breakfast was ok, busy, which is fine, however they seemed understaffed, so service was a bit hit and miss. Checking out, there was confusion over the account, which took a bit of sorting. I just felt for their star rating and the cost to stay there, that this time I felt quite disappointed and that Dom Pedro has a bit of work to do to get back to how I have remembered it in the past.

Dom Pedro was a truly amazing experience - they exceeded all expectations. The Customer Experience Manager was awesome - Gold Member room upgrade, champagne and birthday cake for my wife's birthday, fresh fruit and chocolates every day, access to the VIP lounge, special offers for dining and the spa. Large room, top quality bedding and towels, bathroom accessories etc Highly, highly recommended

Very friendly staffs and excellent service. We had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am for the airport. Since their breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 6:30, they packed us breakfast sandwiches, drinks and fruit! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lisbon.

This property is quite a bit away from the attractions and main parts of Lisbon so you would need to have a car or Bolt to wherever you are going. There is a large shopping center <5 min walk from the hotel which is nice. It seemed to us that this hotel caters more to families and older traveller which is fine but just a note for younger folks if that is something to consider.

O hotel é excelente e acabou de passar por uma reforma. Tem uma vista deslumbrante da cidade de Lisboa, com o Rio Tejo ao fundo. Localização ótima, perto da praça Marquês de Pombal, a 400 metros da Avenida Liberdade, quase em frente ao Shopping das Amoreiras e a quinze minutos do aeroporto. Quartos limpos, grandes e confortáveis. Funcionários eficientes e atenciosos. Hotel cinco estrelas com preços de quatro estrelas. Recomendo fortemente.

Gostaria de dizer que sou cliente do Dom Pedro e ainda gosto muito do hotel, mas já penso em mudar de hospedagem. Desde a 1a vez que me hospedei no D. Pedro, percebi uma falta de harmonia nos funcionários que cuidam do café-da-manhã (pequeno almoço). Nesta última estada, a mesma coisa, ainda pior. Por três dias consecutivos, sequer perguntaram o número do apartamento em que eu estava. Sequer serviram propriamente o café na mesa (eu mesmo tinha que pegar a garrafa de café para servir a mim e à minha esposa). Como se não bastasse, os alimentos que pedíamos quase nunca vinham, ou demoravam para vir, ou vinham incompletos. A impressão que tive é que, apesar do esforço de alguns em bem servir, a chefe dos garçons trabalha de relativo mau humor, o que talvez cause desarmonia nos serviços do resto da equipe. No apartamento, no último dia, tivemos que pedir para reporem a caixa de lenços, item básico no banheiro. No acesso à sala VIP, quase nunca tinha qualquer comida disponível, somente água e refrigerantes....Tal situação, por sua vez, destoa totalmente do staff dos serviços de balcão, recepção e garagem, que são muito educados, atenciosos e realizam o serviço de forma impecável. Parabéns a estes.

This was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness and room size however it is not geared towards family stays, much more of a business or convention hotel with little in the way of facilities for family stays. The staff were very polite and helpful apart from in the small swimming pool area which is not designed for children and my son was given out to for making noise in the pool. The breakfast coffee needs to be improved.

The hotel is run like a five star establishment. Robes, slippers and even an umbrella is provided. To top it all off chocolates are dropped off at night reminiscent of a chocolate on your pillow in the old days of luxury cruising. The staff is very helpful and their complimentary breakfast is superb. Loved staying there.
