Parking is tight, almost better to use a public lot nearby. Room is nice, terasses are amazing, but shower would clog up. At check-out, they called the room 3 minutes after check-out time which, although technically true, could've been dealt with differently. But location is top.

Super friendly staff, conveniently located to walk to the sites in Lisbon. The bed was very comfy (or we were too tired from exploring) and the rainfall shower was great. The breakfast was European and tasty. Three small cons: 1. They need more than one individual coffee/cappuccino makers for the breakfast area. At one point, the line was five people long. 2. Maybe think about getting umbrellas for the individual porches as the sun was brutal. 3. We bought a bottle of wine in town and wanted to enjoy it on our porch. They had no ice maker, but the bar was going to charge 10 Euros for a wine bucket with ice. Hotel Do Chiado is a boutique hotel and charging for ice seemed out of character.

Loved this hotel. Great location and great staff. We needed parking and it was very good with lift access to the car once parked. Lots of restaurants etc around. The hotel has an excellent rooftop bar. Highly recommended

Staff was all great. A special thanks to Alberto and Levi, another fellow gave me a great Fado recommendation. Rooms electrical needs to upgrade to facilitate not having to use adapters in order to power your usb devices. Location was excellent, busy but quiet in rooms. Alberto mad me feel like family.

Fashionable hotel with very good facilities in a very prominent location. Worth paying more to stay there rather than similar local options Food and staffing very good and cool rooftop bar which makes the Santa Justa Elevator redundant

The hotel was absolutely perfect, very nice room with a great view over the city. The rooftop bar is spectacular and a truly hidden gem in the city. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is perfect for a central location. However the reason we booked it was for the rooftop restaurant which wasn’t open. Breakfast in the room was disappointing. No plates to eat from and the order was wrong/late (i had to leave by 8am to get to the airport and it turned up at 07.50). The service from staff was good just no time to sort things before i left. Otherwise hotel has beautiful views of the city and the rooms are lovely and large.

We had a brilliant stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for discovering Lisbon on foot. We had a room with and incredible view of the city and it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

We had a top-class experience at Hotel do Chiado. The staff - to a person - was exceptional, providing a professional but highly personable service. The rooms were cleaned and maintained to a high standard, with additional extras such as free coffee and a welcome treat. Both the room-types - 'superior' (smaller street-side balconies) and 'premium' (spacious roof-top balconies) - were top-quality, with comfortable beds and double sets of window-doors that kept the noise from the city out. There was a great view from the roof-top bar, with this providing quality food and drinks, and a superb breakfast was provided in a separate breakfast room; this was well worth the inclusion as I'm sure it saved us a fair amount of money across our stay. Thanks to all at Hotel do Chiado for making us feel at home and providing such a great base for our stay in Lisbon.

The property really needs updating. Bathroom is from the 70s with very dated tiles. Room was outdated- no USB, dated AC and loud. Cleanliness was not really there either. The carpet looked dirty. Other that that, the location was really convenient and the staff are very nice!

It was a wonderful stay. The location is amazing. When you come out of your hotel, you’re right there ready to start your day. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of things. The bed was OK , a little firm. The pillow was my biggest thing. It was too Big and that was the one item that made me feel uncomfortable. And I think the carpets inside the room need a little work or cleaning. It was excellent overall. The employee there go above and beyond to help you and they’re very nice and polite.

This is a lovely hotel in a great position - the Metro is nearby and there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a Premium Room on the 7th floor with a private terrace with beautiful views over Lisbon. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - and very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and served by very helpful staff, particularly Miguel. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and polite.

Overall, wonderful stay in the heart of Lisbon. The only issue was our bed was not comfortable at all. The room was huge, but the bed was a Murphy bed, which made no sense. It was uncomfortable for the price we paid for the room.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff couldn't be friendlier, all really lovely. Our room was a superior apparently. It felt very dark with one small window in the corner. Nothing to stop that being much bigger and it would transform the room as the view was excellent if you went right into the corner! Would stay again but would be after a lighter, brighter room. Breakfast was good and place was spotlessly clean. Roof bar an amazing spot any time of day.

All the staff members are courteous and friendly. Always a smile on their faces. Our room and hotel itself was very nice. Well kept. Breakfast was included and was delicious. My only complaint is the pillows. They could be nicer, more supportive. Overall, it was a great stay.

localização perfeita, atendimento cordial. Os quartos com vista para o castelo são nota 10!Café da manha simples, mas muito bom. Já me hospedei lá 3 vezes, e pretendovoltar sempre que for a Lisboa. A única reclamação é sobre os travesseiros que são muito ruins.

This is an amazing hotel with great service in a convenient location, right next to the Baixa-Chiado metro stop. Staff were very attentive and thoughtful, right down to housekeeping noticing that I slept with two blankets and making up my bed that way. My umbrella broke and they let me borrow one. They have a nice bar and restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast has a wide variety of hot and cold options. Rooms on the 7th floor have stunning views of Lisbon, the River, and San Jorge Castle.

In this hotel, it's imperative not to leave any belongings unattended in your room. Unfortunately, we experienced theft firsthand when our earpods were taken. Despite providing evidence of their location to the manager at reception, he failed to take appropriate action to recover them or offer compensation for the theft. His response was dismissive, merely stating that he spoke to the cleaner, who denied any involvement. Additionally, other items such as clothing accessories were also missing. If you choose to stay at this hotel, exercise extreme caution with your belongings, as manager's lack of concern for the integrity of the establishment leaves much to be desired.

We had a great stay at Hotel Do Chiado. The reception team were amazing - sorting dinner reservations at recommended venues - all of which were amazing, great quality food and drink. They organised a car service to and from the airport and sorted holding our luggage leaving us to wander the city. The roof terrace gives a gorgeous view of the city, we found ourselves spending a lot of time in the evenings here pre-dinner. The private terrace we had with each room was a lovely touch, and the staff were happy for us to take drinks back and provide glasses for bottles we purchased off site. The location is perfect - everything is a short walk away and it's really easy to get to all the tourist attractions too.
We had a great stay at Hotel Do Chiado. The reception team were amazing - sorting dinner reservations at recommended venues - all of which were amazing, great quality food and drink. They organised a car service to and from the airport and sorted holding our luggage leaving us to wander the city. The roof terrace gives a gorgeous view of the city, we found ourselves spending a lot of time in the evenings here pre-dinner. The private terrace we had with each room was a lovely touch, and the staff were happy for us to take drinks back and provide glasses for bottles we purchased off site. The location is perfect - everything is a short walk away and it's really easy to get to all the tourist attractions too.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was great. The white port and tonic welcome drink was surprisingly good. The champagne and chocolates for anniversary were a meaningful touch. You cannot beat the location for convenience to EVERYTHING.

Staff was all great. A special thanks to Alberto and Levi, another fellow gave me a great Fado recommendation. Rooms electrical needs to upgrade to facilitate not having to use adapters in order to power your usb devices. Location was excellent, busy but quiet in rooms. Alberto mad me feel like family.

Great location - above a metro station and well situated to all tourist areas. The staff were all very nice and the room was very spacious. We had a very quintessential European juliette balcony which was very sweet.

Fantastic location right in the centre of town with everything on your doorstep and great views from the room and the rooftop. The staff were lovely, the room was big and not noisy at all despite its location. We would have liked a kettle in the room because we are British after all, and the bar could do with staying open after 11 but these are tiny things. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was at a stop on the Metro. Rooftop patio views were amazing. Walking distance to a lot of shopping, museums and monuments. Would definitely stay here again due to the location.

Super friendly staff, conveniently located to walk to the sites in Lisbon. The bed was very comfy (or we were too tired from exploring) and the rainfall shower was great. The breakfast was European and tasty. Three small cons: 1. They need more than one individual coffee/cappuccino makers for the breakfast area. At one point, the line was five people long. 2. Maybe think about getting umbrellas for the individual porches as the sun was brutal. 3. We bought a bottle of wine in town and wanted to enjoy it on our porch. They had no ice maker, but the bar was going to charge 10 Euros for a wine bucket with ice. Hotel Do Chiado is a boutique hotel and charging for ice seemed out of character.

Really liked the stone in the bathroom. Good size room and the hotel feels spacious and quiet which is welcome in a busy city. Love the roof terraces! Breakfast was disappointing but adequate; recommend wider/better range of fruit, yoghurt and pastries. The coffee machine needs urgent attention/product replacement and would have liked the option of Prosecco and Brown Sauce ( of course not mixed together) Although will say that staff were most attentive and welcoming ( breakfast staff bringing replacement ‘proper’ coffee from the bar and everyone’s member of staff greeting us genuinely.) Will be sure to return!

No geral, okay! Time do concierge foi excelente! O quarto é muito bom, amplo. Localização é o ponto mais alto. O ponto mais baixo é alimentação e o time do restaurante. Poucas opções, não há reposição de alimentos, nunca tem ninguém do time no restaurante (só aparecem para perguntar o nro do quarto), não há nenhuma possibilidade de personalizar o menu, por exemplo, pedir uma omelete. Café em pó solúvel! Uma experiência muito aquém do esperado para um hotel desta categoria e preço.

This hotel is perfect for a central location. However the reason we booked it was for the rooftop restaurant which wasn’t open. Breakfast in the room was disappointing. No plates to eat from and the order was wrong/late (i had to leave by 8am to get to the airport and it turned up at 07.50). The service from staff was good just no time to sort things before i left. Otherwise hotel has beautiful views of the city and the rooms are lovely and large.

As previously rated, the property is clean, well maintained and the staff, all of them are well trained, professional, friendly, and very helpful. We are an older couple so the hilly neighborhood perhaps was not our best choice. We did manage to see all that we planned via Uber. Again the staff was helpful even with that. The view from the restaurant/bar is stunning. St Jorge Castle.and the cathedral in full view. The wait staff here also very welcoming and helpful.
