The hotel was beautiful with antique furniture. It’s small enough that it felt like a mansion rather than an impersonal business. The porter gentleman was friendly and professional, giving great advice. The front desk staff were polite, efficient, and accommodating. They have 24/7 self serve coffee yea and flavored water. Breakfast was tasty and with enough variety. Parking is €16/day around the corner outside and gated. Breakfast is €14 pp. gym is small but equipped with dumbbells and cardio machines. There’s a comeback terrace on the fifth floor for a romantic rendezvous. Walls are thin due to age of the building but quiet unless someone is screaming. Good water pressure. The private sitting room by the lobby is beautiful and quiet. Good location. About 30 min walk to the waterfront and the old city.

This hotel was a real find! It is kept exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The room size was perfectly adequate for us. There's shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion provided and the shower is lovely and powerful. There's aircon and the windows open wide for those who love a bit of fresh air!.There is a comfortable lounge area on the ground floor where you can purchase freshly made snacks and drinks. The roof terrace is a relaxing area to sit after a long day of exploring. There's a little bar which I think must be seasonal so we brought our own drinks up there to enjoy the evening sunset. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who enjoy exploring on foot. It is walking distance to the Old Town, the castle, museums, etc. Also, there are numerous shops, markets, cafes & restaurants nearby. Please note: try to avoid the airport taxis if you can! They will rip you off!! It should cost max 15-20 Euros to get to the hotel (approx 4miles). Airport taxis charge in excess of 45 Euros.

Very clean room, my clean freak wife didn't spot any issues and that's rare. Beds were super comfortable. Had the best 2 nights sleep in ages. Booked a family room, there wasn't one available so they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms which was better but staff were still apologetic over it. Complimentary sparking wine and orange juice was a lovely touch and they made it feel special. Nice to have robes and slippers provided too, not everywhere does that. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is beautiful if a little in need of updating. Overall we were given a 5 star experience for a budget friendly price.

Location was very good for this hotel close to all the luxury shopping and within a 30 minute walk to the water front and main attractions. Room was a good size with plenty of space for 2 of us and our luggage. One thing was the room definitely had a strong smell to it, almost like an old smell/musty. Not sure if it was something used to clean the room since the bathroom and hallway outside the room didnt have this smell. Front desk staff was amazing and answered any questions we had. Didnt like that they don't offer an iron inside the room, you have to go to a specific room near the lobby to iron your clothes if needed

Staff was wonderful, I arrived early from my flight and Anna at the front desk was able to have my room ready early after a short wait. The room was clean and spacious, I received an upgrade. Breakfast buffet was huge and great variety, everything of good quality.

This is an old building and with a nice touch. I thought I was transported back in timethe early 1900 Sheets and bed were clean, pillows did not to smell bad, as in some hotels. The details of the ropes and the sleepers make you feel high class. I think the bathtubs are a bit unsafe even with the grab on n bar. The bottles of shampoo are tiny specially for a family of four. Breakfast was okay, I spotted a little roach roaming the breads table, nothing that the heat of the toaster wouldn't kill.Breakfast was okay, enough to get you statted to a long day of dining and wine. It was closed to everything, location is convinient to walk around Lisbon center. Staff at the chekin was really sweet and recommended top notch experiences you can do on your own. Parking was easy, you need to drive the car to the end of the block a ring a belland they will open the door from the reception, no roof in the parking. I recommend this place for family and couples.

Hotel lobby is nice but rooms are outdated. They’re still using shower curtains that stick to your body! Beds are really small which seemed to be the case in all 3 hotels we stayed in Portugal. Here they still have grandma’s blankets, not the average hotel comforter. The hotel however is well located within walking distance of an amazing street fair on Sunday if you’re looking for antiques and vintage items.

Overall, a great stay! The staff were super friendly, and the hotel offers excellent spaces to work if you prefer not to do so in your room. We also received great VIP Access perks and definitely felt like VIPs. The only drawback is that the rooms are not well sound‑insulated.

The room ( room # 209), had NO A/C, period, something that we did not realize until late at night. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we didn't say anything. The staff was professional and we liked the location, but NO A/C is a NO GO.

Overall a great stay. The location is fantastic and close to the train. Tucked away from the main street but walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. The only downside is the floors were creaky and the rooms were soundproof but considering its an older building thats to be expected. No complaints otherwise.

Staff in every area , were great ! EXCEPT evening dinner area / bar staff person was awful!! Looked bored ! He was very in different : not the right person to have in a restaurant: pub !! Need friendly staff : kind staff . The one man behind the bar made us feel uncomfortable! As if we were bothering him ! No smile ; no help . Just a grumpy man who really was totally disinterested in his role at your hotel .

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. First off, it’s a money grab. Despite having paid a premium for the extra bed, the check-in process was humiliating. The receptionist, Jaeo, interrogated us about our booking and even tried to charge us extra. It was only after one of my family members overheard the mention of my gold status with a booking platform that they backed off. I can't imagine the nightmare it would have been without that VIP access. The lobby had a terrible, moldy smell, but that was nothing compared to the room we were given. It was suffocatingly stinky, and the presence of a diffuser in that room made it clear they knew about the awful odor. My family members felt dizzy and nauseous from the air quality. When we requested a room change, the staff initially insisted there were no better options. It wasn’t until they checked my account that they suddenly found a “new” room available. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save your money and your health—look elsewhere.

Great location, but...tired bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was average. Staff at Check In were not very welcoming. They had a "matter of fact" aproach. Not sure about general atmosphere at Reception desk. Usually, staff in Portuguese service industries are warm and friendly, but I did not find this to be the case in this hotel.Was given a room facing a white brick wall for seven days.Not great/also, paid for another night for a friend to stay. Hotel could do so much better. Overall, disappointing.

Wonderful walkable location, staff & service in heritage building. Nice updated lounge including roof terrace. Hotel is old so not insulated from other floors & guest rooms & hallways are noisy! As well, there is theatre outside which was beyond noisy until late so impossible to sleep even with window closed & ear plugs. We had twin beds which were not that comfortable.

メトロ駅から近くて通りから1本中に入ったすぐの場所なのでわかりやすく、大きなスーツケースを転がしての移動も楽ちんでした。(ただし、メトロの昇降口は階段のみなのでそこは頑張って抱えなければなりません！)ロシオ広場までも平坦な道を真っ直ぐに歩け、街を散策できるので立地は良いと思います。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで優しく親切、お掃除もとても丁寧にしっかりされている印象でした。朝食もパンや焼き菓子が充実していて毎日美味しくいただきました。エクスペディアのVIP特典でアーリーチェックイン、レイトチェッアウト、朝食サービス、スパークリングボトルワイン、そしてジュニアスィートルームへのアップグレードをしていただき、とてもありがたく快適に過ごすことができました。海外でここまで完璧に特典がついたのは初めてです！ただ、客室は最高階でしたが、なぜか上のフロアーからバタンバタン、ゴンゴン、ドンドンなどまるで風で開いたり閉まったりするような音が夜遅くまでいつも聞こえたことだけが残念なので星4つにしました。でも調度品などとてもクラシカルな良質なホテルでお勧めです！お世話になりました。

Check in was quick and welcoming. Umbrellas were available when we decided to go out. Property is in a central location, close to the metro and surrounded by great little restaurants. Staff was welcoming for our entire stay through to our very early check-out. The room was clean and well furnished. Thank you Hotel Lisboa Plaza.

Hotel com as instalações bem antigas (no passado deve ter sido um grande hotel de luxo), mas muito bem localizado, com atendimento muito bom na recepção. Café da manhã bom e com horário maravilhoso, das 07h às 12h. Disponibilizam água, chá e café o dia todo no lounge da recepção, e as águas no frigobar também são cortesia. Permitem check out estendido, e possuem local para guardar as malas.
