The Hotel 3K Barcelona was an okay stay. We stayed there twice during or visit to Portugal, a 1-night stay and then later in the week a 2-night stay. Check-in was a bit of a bummer. We did arrived a couple hours early and our room was not ready; understandly, and we didn't mind waiting. They do store your luggage if you want to explore the city while you wait, wo we did. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility with early check-in at all. When we returned to the hotel and about 10 mins before check-in they still said our room wasn't ready, but, 10 mins later our room was ready. The bar in the lobby was technically open while we waited but there was no one around working the bar. The first room we stayed in was a newly renovated room on the first floor with a patio. The room was nice and clean. The second room was not renovated and showed its age, including the refrigerator. Also, not a lot accessible outlets for charging devices. Most of the outlets were behind the beds and the desks and we had to unplug lamps in order to use them. The breakfeast was ok. Not a lot of options and quite small. Too bad the restaurant is only open for breakfeast as it does not offer a dinner option.

The man working in the reception was rude and in no way attentive or service minded. We called about a briken sink in the bathroom that couldn't flush, but it didn't get fixed. There is no gym despite the pictures. It's been removed. Overall a less then mediocre stay, and we are never coming back.

I love the art deco theme! Please don't change that. The bar on the main floor could be stocked a bit better, with the wines routinely checked to ensure they have not spoiled.

Plus points: 1) The blackout curtains in my room were fantastic - extremely effective and definitely helped me get a good night's sleep. 2) Unfortunately, I checked in on the day of the powercut, but the staff kept guests well informed and even allowed guests to charge their electronic devices in the lobby area which had emergency power running to it. That was very kind of them. 3) The hotel is located around many shops and restaurants, plus the nearest metro station is a 5 minute walk away - very convenient. El Corte Ingles is also only a 10 minute walk away which was great. Minus points: 1) Biggest let-down was my room's cleanliness - there was leftover hair and dust from the previous guest when I first entered. 2) The hot and cold water in my bathroom sink had the wrong colour tap. 3) I ordered room service and was told that my food would arrive within 30 minutes, but it arrived after an hour. The burger was cold, the potato wedges were dry and cold and there was a hair in my fruit salad. 4) The room's decor is quite outdated and some of the furnishings (e.g. carpet, bed frame, surfaces) could use some modernising in line with the hotel's art deco theme.

Think twice! Mold in shower. Air didn’t work. No shampoo provided. Dim lighting in bath. Old grimes carpet. Only 1 elevator working. Furniture dated. Front desk not very informative. This is a 5/10 at best.

The bedside tables don't have electrical outlets for charging phones. The design of the corridors, rooms, and bathrooms is ugly, from the 80s. The TV signal at room is constantly freezing. I can't watch any channels. Plastic pipes exposed in rooms. Towels smelled bad, very bad. In my opinion, it's not a four-star hotel. It must be three stars or two stars. This hotel urgently needs modernization to keep up with current hotel standards.

The AC was very week, we could not sleep since the room was so warm, very uncomfortable for sleeping in a hot summer time. Also the washroom needs renovate, countertop was old. The shower was not fully enclosed, only half open, so water got spilled out to the floor regardless how careful we tried to shower. Bad design.

kaum Steckdosen für private Ladegeräte. Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksraum recht ungemütlich und entsprach atmosphärisch eines Bahnhofs. Frühstück war qualitativ völlig in Ordnung. Für 2 Nächte war die Übernachtung ok.

The front desk staff from the night shift did what they could to help us but our stay was terrible due to no AC. We slept 4 nights with our windows completely open because the room was unbearably hot. We were not the only ones. Other guests were complaining too but they were unable to fix the problem. 4 nights and they didn’t fix the problem.

A wonderful hotel located in the heart of Lisbon. GREAT front desk staff. Especially Layla and Felipe. Felipe went to a great deal of trouble one evening in order to try to rectify an issue we had with our rental car agency. He is an example of impeccable customer service!

It was terrifying. The second day of our stay we had problems unlocking the door to our room. We asked the front desk for help and after 10 minutes of trying, she got it open. My husband and I are senior citizens and asked if we could be moved to another room but she said there were no rooms available and once we locked the door we would not be able to open it until the locksmith will come early in the morning. We spent the night awake because we were afraid of a fire since we were locked in our room until 7am! We moved to another hotel. I think they should reimburse my money since it was a terrible experience!

Hôtel très beau avec ascenseur (essentiel) et excellent petit déjeuner qui débute tôt le matin donc très pratique. Près de l’aéroport et juste en face d’une station de taxi (7 euros se rendre à l’aéroport wow)! Nous sommes arrivés tard vers 22h40 et le check-in s’est fait aisément et rapidement. Les chambres étaient impeccables. C’est un peu loin des attractions touristiques par contre donc il faudra vous rendre en voiture pour accéder à la vieille et belle ville.

Great Location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great, near the metro and close to attractions. Sometimes the AC was a little slow to work. Would be nice to have more than one plug, but we used the one in the bathroom as well. Very comfortable beds!

Right location, close to public transportation and downtown. Located in a very safe area and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was poorly insulated and you could hear noises from outside and other rooms all night; the room had very few outlets and far away from the bed to charge electronics; Staff was ok. The hotel charges an extra city fee but they were not able to explain the purpose of that fee. Breakfast was ok! Poorly replenished

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und mufft ein wenig. Die Fenster sind seit langem nicht mehr gereinigt worden und das Frühstück ist sehr einfach / billig und es war immer sehr laut. Der Preis ist für dieses Hotel auf gar keinen Fall gerechtfertigt.
