Plenty of variety hot and cold for breakfast which uou ha e to book at reception. Most of the reception staff were great, friendly and helpful except for one with curly hair and glasses, who was quite rude and barked orders about using the pool and brwakfast room, like a dictator

We booked this hotel because it had a roof top pool and was more reasonably priced than others with the same facilities. We were not pre warned that the pool would be closed during our visit, despite it being closed for a prolonged period of time for refurbishment. There was work being done in what sounded like the room next door all day every day from before 9am. Lots of drilling and banging so no possibility of having a lie in. There was also no shower gel in the bathroom and despite house keeping coming in twice during our stay, it was never replaced or refilled. When we arrived there was no toilet roll in our bathroom. I called reception who said they will send some up- I then had to call a further 3 times before someone brought it after over an hour.

Für einen Städtetrip, bei welchem man Uber als tägliches Verkehrsmittel nutzt, ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Größe und Einrichtung des Zimmers waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider konnte man das Fenster aufgrund der Geräusche der Klimaanlagen, die am Hotel hingen, nicht offen lassen. Gleichzeitig war die Lüftungsanlage des Hotels, die standardmäßig in jedem Zimmer verbaut ist, laut, was beim Schlafen gestört hat. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund des Pools und des „Fitnessstudios“ gebucht. Das Fitnessstudio ist ein kleiner Raum, indem alte Geräte stehen, die nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig sind. Den Pool muss man reservieren, was lediglich eine Stunde pro Tag möglich ist. Das heißt, wenn man spontan von einem langen Spaziergang aus der Stadt kommt und sich noch gemütlich an den Pool legen will, ist dies nicht möglich. Die Reservierung muss meist einen Tag zuvor gemacht werden und dabei muss man hoffen, dass die gewünschte Zeit frei ist. Der Pool ist super klein und auch leider dreckig, ansonsten gab es dort 5 aneinandergereihte Liegen, Ende. Es ist wirklich sehr schade, dass man so viel Geld für ein Hotel mit Pool ausgiebt und ihn dann nicht nutzen kann. Nächstes Mal würden wir das Geld für ein zentraleres Hotel investieren.

Ett fyrstjärnigt hotell som inte lever upp till sina stjärnor. Snarare två eller tre stjärnor motsvarar kvaliteten. Obefintlig ventilation på rummet gjorde det fuktigt och illaluktande. Frukosten avstod vi och åt på närbelägna Manifest Lisaboa. Poolen stängd men hade storlek badkar. Gymmet, öppet 09-20, gjorde ingen glad.

Quando abbiamo notificato alla reception la scarsa pulizia della camera (quando abbiamo cercato un anello che era finito sotto al letto è stato trovato addirittura un calzino non nostro).l'abbiamo fatto presente alla reception, ed alla sera al nostro rientro le 2 camere non erano state fatte.

Room was extremely loud. We could hear other room's showers and when they flushed the toilet extremely loud, like there was a waterfall inside out room. Also ventilator was so loud on the Lowes level, like s metal sound, and every morning they would turn on some kind of bathroom ventilation that was a non stop engine sound. The room was very poorly cleaned, under the bed was quite filthy, there were hair falls on the corners, showers could use some extra cleansing too.

The Pool was closed and there was no option to only use the rooftop. Also the room was not clean, unfortunately there were hair on the bed… would not recommend. Also expedia did not make it clear on the booking page that the pool could not be used. Therefore its way too pricey.

Gute Lage, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Bus hält vor dem Hotel, Metro 15 min entfernt. Alles in 30 min fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zimmerservice leider nur mit Türschild oder auf Anfrage, Kacheln im Bad wiesen Spuren von Schimmel auf, Armaturen der Dusche defekt. Abzug.

Great hotel, really just excellent, really recommend and would stay there again in the future, had a amazing experience, only thing I would improve is the ac there, was really hot and even with their ac on there was no difference in fact room got hotter even though ac seemed to be on cooling.

If you expect a 4-star hotel, you'll be disappointed. This is not a 4 star-hotel, however, it offers a cozy and clean room to sleep and relax in, AC, good and not too expensive breakfast, and the staff is friendly. It's just a 30-minute walk to downtown Lisbon and during the walk you can enjoy a less touristic part of town, just as charming and impressive. The only downside is that the walls are very thin, however, during summer when the weather is hot, this is not too much of a problem since you'll probably have the AC on, which will cover the noises. So I would recommend this place for a cheap and nice option if you aren't planning to spend your days in the hotel.

The room was ok, bed not so comfy, bathroom ok, it was clean. But no isolation at all, a good inch under the door, you can hear everyone coming at all times … a lot of people come in at 2-3 am and for some reason have a big chit chat in the hall so not such a good night sleep.

Very very basic and a far cry from 4 star I would think. The room was reasonably clean and functional but there was just one towel made available (!) and the rooms are dark and a bit dreary. The rooms are also not insulated from noise and you can hear every door open and close. You can get somewhere much nicer for the price so I would recommend shopping around

The room was pretty basic, but I knew that making the booking. It was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to the blue line on the metro, with many shops and restaurants close by, but it's on a quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Lisbon.

The hotel itself is nice. The staff, not so much. For starters they screamed in the face of one of our party for simply taking his towel to the pool (more like a cold bath). A total unnecessary and inappropriate reaction to a simple mistake. At one point I saw a member of staff tell somebody in reception to “shut up and be silent” for simply talking with his friends. To top it all off, on our check out, the woman behind reception told us we had to pay an extra 30€ and arrogantly told us she was just going to take it off our card anyway. This additional charge was apparently due to a last min price change of the room???

Arrived to a building site. Had to wait to get into room as a new floor was being laid. Night staff unfriendly and uncooperative when I asked for notes to be changed for a taxi. Area not great compared to previous visits to Lisbon. Absolutely won’t return to this hotel.

Had an amazing time in portugal, the hotel made it even more fantastic. It’s very convenient and walkable distance to shops, restaurants and metro stations. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was what I’ve expected, but wished it was a tat bit more updated. Nevertheless, I had good nights sleep, and very pleasant stay.

Good hotel for the stay in Lissabon - location is good (just 10 minutes work to Champ Elysee of Lissabon - Avenida da Libertade). The room was also good - clean and comfortable, with the needed amenities. Breakfast was on the verge of being good and mediocre, but again - it depends upon personal tastes. Hotel has a parking which is a huge plus if You travel by car with the price tag being generous to what You expect to pay on public parking. Staff was friendly and full of assistance during the check-in and check-out.

The room was pretty basic, but I knew that making the booking. It was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to the blue line on the metro, with many shops and restaurants close by, but it's on a quiet street. The hotel is not in a prime tourist location. There is a smell in the corridors and the rooms are not clean. The bathroom needs to be renovated and is not 4 star quality. The cleaners tend to clean the room at 3pm and not earlier that day. The Hotel don’t offer you complementary water and you have to buy it for 2 euros, which I felt is unfair. The walls are very thin and I could hear water pipes running through the bathroom. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and I did not bother with the breakfast service because I have read the reviews mentioned the food tastes awful

Solides Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Stadt.
