I realize it isn’t specific to this hotel and that it seems many of them in Portugal do the same but it’s beyond annoying to not have an iron and iron board for guests. When you check in late, have meetings early the next day and need to refresh your shirts ( not an unusual occurrence in a business area) laundry services aren’t an option because of the lack of time, leaving aside the steep costs. Not having a solution in that case is frankly unacceptable. Besides that, the hotel is a bit run down.

This was a nice hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent and the desk staff were superb. My room was fine. Great bed and linen, good shower, but the window barely opened, the air conditioning barely worked, and it was too hot to sleep. The room was quite dingy brcause there was no view from the window and light was obscured by close, tall buildings on 3 sides. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again, but would prefer a lighter more airy room.

This hotel is well located in an area of Lisbon with high end shopping and restaurants. I stayed one night before flying home and the hotel served its purpose. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I received a voucher for a free drink upon arrival which was a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet was ok. My only comment for improvement is that the hotel needs an update, the facilities and furnishings are dated. However for the price I paid in such an upscale area, that is to be expected.

Good value for money. Rooms are small, but comfy beds, good air conditioning (after you figure out that you need to tell reception the temperature you want) and soundproof. Location is good if you want to take the motorway often. But, despite being at Av. Liberdade there is not much around the hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado mas muito barulhento por conta da rua e da gente ter ficado no 1 andar. Não era possível fechar as janelas pois o sistema de ar-condicionado no inverno trava a temperatura em 24 graus ficando insuportável se dormir com ededrom com as janelas fechadas

Vi havde book det dyrest værelse på hotellet med altan. Der er meget støv fra maskinerne fra aircondition stillet på taget lige oven på vores værelse. Vi bad om at blive flyttet, da vi ikke kunne sove om natten for larmen. Vi kom torsdag og kunne først flyttes om mandagen. Vi fik så værelset ved siden af (der er kun to værelse m/balkon på hotellet) og fik af vide at her var ingen larm. MEN her var der endnu mere larm, idet udsugningen fra hotellet gjorde, at der hver 8 minimut kom så meget støj, at vi ikke sov hele natten. Vi fik så anvist et værelse - uden altan - og da vi sidst på eftermiddag - godt trætte - kom til vores nye værelse - virkede køleskabet, TV og safeboks IKKE. Vi måtte vente en time på at tingene blev lavet. Kan ikke anbefale dette hotel

Nous sommes restés plusieurs nuits. Chambre petite, mais propre qui avait l’avantage d’avoir une grande terrasse. Qualité-prix honnête. Équipe de l’hôtel très accueillante et serviable, services professionnels. Tapis et installations un peu vieillotte. Quelques bruits de plomberie dans la salle de bain. Nous étions au dernier étage sous les mécaniques de ventilation, le bruit peut être vraiment dérangeant si vous avez le sommeil léger. Le reste de l’hôtel est très calme. Belle salle de sport. Nous avions le déjeuner (petit déjeuner) inclus. À tous les matins le menu devient vite redondant quoiqu’il ne manque de rien. On aurait aimé plus de changements dans le choix des pains, des fromages, par exemple. Bref si vous y restez 1-3 nuits c’est un bon endroit avec un accès facile aux transports et au centre de Lisbonne. Plus longtemps que ça j’opterais pour une autre localisation, un peu plus en-dehors du centre.

특급호텔이 필요없는 여행객이라면 좀 좁더라도 여기 호텔을 선택하면 좋습니다. 경제적이고 합리적이면서 모든게 갖춰졌어요. 다만... 샤워실에서 나는 하수구 냄새는 좀 해결해야할것 같습니다. 개인차가 있겠지만... 제겐 좀 심각했어요 ;)

Great property. Hotel is in a nice clean area on main road with many luxury shopping. Hotel and rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Buffet breakfast was great and selection was good. Close to Metro and 10 minutes walk to main square and train station for going to places like Sintra.

Hôtel bien placé, bus/métro pas trop loin, restaurants à proximité ainsi qu'une supérette. Assez bruyant même si pas directement sur le boulevard, et le bâtiment d'en face éclaire toute la nuit. Rideaux occultants mais il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Le pdj très tardif, 7h15, petit mais frais et ce qu'il faut. Par contre ne payez pas à emporter en cas de départ anticipé car c'est minimaliste. 1 seule prise au bureau fonctionelle. Clim ok. Sdb ok. Wifi ok. Aucune mention des petits plus liés à mon statut.

O hotel é bom, assim como o café da manhã. A localização é excelente, junto à Av. da Liberdade e da praça Marquês de Pombal. O problema é o quarto pequeno. Mal cabe a cama de casal. Não há nenhum espaço para abrir malas, só em cima da cama! Corredores barulhentos.

I first visit to Lisbon and traveling with a group of 6, booked three rooms. When we checked in, Ernesto and his staff were helpful with the process of getting us situated. Most of all, I appreciated the recommendations for dinner and booking tickets for hop on hop off. The hotel was located in an area that was accessible to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The breakfast provided in the morning was excellent with a nice buffet selection. I would highly recommend Dom Carlos Liberty and would come back again.

Great location, nice hotel and clean. Check in staff were amazing. very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in our package. They advised it started at 7:15 am. We told them we were heading to the airport at 7 am, any chance to get a bite first. She told it depends on the mood of the morning staff. Sometime they were not nice. That’s exactly what happened. Came down at 7. Front desk attendant said no, it’s not ready although 2 staff members were in restaurant laying out food. Yogurt, fruit and coffee were already out on counter. Asked if we can go get one and he said. NO. Very rude and not accommodating. That’s too bad. Ruined our whole experience at hotel and Lisboa

The bellboy introduce himself introduce room in the middle of the night « by mistake » they said. It could be really dangerous for him because the bellboy star to run and my husban follow him. It’s was horrible feeling to stand up in hurry in my bed. I wish a refound but they don’t care. As the front desk said « everbody does mistakes and we have to accept ir.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e o quarto nos foi disponibilizado, sem custo extra, antes do horário do checkin. Quarto com bom tamanho para casal. Sistema de ar condicionado fumcionou muito bem. Cama confortável e limpeza excelente. Bom café da manhã com os itens essenciais. A localização é imbatível: 2 estacões de metrô próximas, a parada do ponto do ônibus turístico também a curta caminhada.

Perfect location, metro just cross street. The hotel neighborhood is Cartier and others brandy stores also many restaurents. U can window shopping walk 15 munts or 2 stop of metro arrive old town, many interesting action around just by foot. If u arrive with fly, metro station just out side of the airpot, take red line untill the end , then change blue line get off 2 stops, as lisbon metro 4 lines, it is\xa0 easy and clear to take, it just cost 2 euro, keep the pass and next recharge less 0.50 euro. The hotel's stuff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with many choices. My room is small but with big balcony (never go).Bed is very comfortable, clean, shower pressure is very good, everything is very close to perfect. During low season it is very quiet but I guess if someone talk in corridor and u will hear it. P,s to travelers,\xa0 pls keep quiet in the public area as other traveler has different schedule, leave or arrive try to keep silence possible

Good location, nice staff. Room very small, shower tiny, pillows absolutely awful - hard as rocks after a few minutes. Couldn’t get the heat in my room to work. Overall good hotel as I wasn’t there much, easy to get to restaurants, small grocery and cafes, a laundromat just two blocks over. Breakfast had good variety of options too.

Nice place, easy access to transport, very good costumer service. Breakfast very good. My room was small but perfect for one person. Cleaning of the room excellent. Close to meeting points for day trips. Walkable and pretty gardens close by. Thank you for your hospitality . Will be back
