We loved this hotel. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in Lisbon and nearby cities. It’s right near Marquês de Pombal Square and Avenida da Liberdade. The Marques de Pombal Metro station on the Blue and Yellow lines is very close to the hotel. The Rossio and Cais do Sodré train stations are within walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe. The hotel itself is very clean with tasteful decor. We stayed in the Junior Suite. It’s spacious, with panoramic windows and a small balcony that open onto a quiet and pretty street. The suite has a separate area for tea and coffee that includes a sink, a kettle for boiling water and a microwave. The hotel has a pool, a steam room and a sauna which are included in the price and we really appreciated. Breakfast is good, we liked that it includes eggs over easy in addition to scrambled eggs, not just scrambled eggs like most other hotels do. Also really liked the rolls, croissants and pastries. They were all fresh and crispy. But above all we would like to commend the staff. They really go above and beyond for the customers. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and linens crispy clean. The breakfast offered good choices of food and everything was fresh. Staff members were absolutely excellent: Caring, polite and very professional. The location is also excellent.

This hotel was excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful. Giving my highest recommendation ever!

Clean room everything we needed inside. The reception staff and door man very helpful and friendly . The only thing there was a little noise coming from outside I think it was the ventilation. But overall very happy.

No heating. Toilet flush not working
