Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Je ne comprends pas la note de cet hôtel, à mon avis la notation n’est plus valable. Cet établissement est équivalent à un 3 étoiles et non à un 5 étoiles. L’hôtel se targue d’une des plus belle vue de Lisbonne, mais les fenêtres des chambres sont tellement sales que l’on ne peut pas profiter de la vue. La salle de bain était usée au possible, le marbre taché, la baignoire fendillée, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, bref, au global, le mobilier est marqué par le temps. Les équipements du spa sont dévastés. Une grille d’évacuation de l’eau du jacuzzi est cassée de longue date, ce qui est dangereux. J’ai manqué de me blesser! Malgré notre signalement, plusieurs jours plus tard, aucune mesure n’avait été prise. La moisissure présente dans le jaccuzzi interpelle sur la qualité de l’eau. La piscine extérieure était quand à elle impraticable du fait d’une eau estimée à 18°, pourtant la piscine est sensée être chauffée. Les enfants de moins de moins 16 ans ne peuvent pas accéder ne serait-ce au jacuzzi, alors qu’il nous avait été affirmé l’inverse avant notre arrivée. L’étage panoramique était fermé pour raison d’une transformation en salle de restaurant pour le réveillon. La salle de restaurant dans laquelle est servie le petit déjeuner présente une moquette avec un sol déformé par de nombreuses aspérités, par endroits la moquette est trouée. En conclusion, si cet hôtel a probablement été au standard 5 étoiles, cela n’est plus le cas, son rapport qualité prix en devient déplorable.

Great hotel good swimming pool and spa facility

Reservei um quarto club pelos beneficios anunciados de check-in separado e acesso a lounge porem não existe nem check-in separado nem lounge! O check-in é lento devido ao pouco número de funcionários para tantos quartos, o lounge não existe mais e o pequeno-almoço é servido no lobby, com muita confusão e demasiados hóspedes no mesmo espaço. A sensação é mais de um all inclusive de 3 estrelas do que um hotel de 5 estrelas. Não voltarei e não recomendo este hotel.

Excelente hotel com um spa maravilhoso. Atendimento bom, preço alto para o que oferece. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização ruim.

Amazing stay at Sheraton Lisboa with a large group of friends, all running the Lisbon marathon 2022. Loved the pool area - Nuno in particular is a true star to service your customers there! Fantastic breakfast buffet and enjoyed the spa section as well.

Our room was super quiet and peaceful. The house keeping was good. The pool and spa were really nice and the pool guy was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the staff weren’t particularly happy. Most didn’t seem to enjoy their work.

We had to find a hotel for one night after our flight was canceled. We were stressed and tired, and we needed a nice place to relax, take a breath, and regroup before trying to get home the next day. This hotel was the perfect choice. It has a super nice and helpful staff. Everything is clean and new, and they have a spa and pool. We were able to relax and unwind after a stressful day at the airport.

Amenities are good. Staff are nice. Breakfast is fair.

Everything was wonderful. One hickup with helping us order a taxi. Otherwise 5-star experience- clean, comfortable rooms, modern decor and very friendly staff.

I did not like : Old scruffy and worn out towels, no shower gel or soap in the shower, no refill for Nescafé capsules, no shoehorn, no shoe shine glove, no bath robes

The hotel was conveniently located to the main city of Lisboa. Staff was very courteous and helpful. be it breakfast time or room upkeep, everything was being taken care of superbly. Room and bathroom were amazingly fresh as if this hotel was recently constructed.

The hotel was very welcoming & quiet. No too much overly crowded. The staff was very attentive & nice. Very humble people! The cleaning team needs to be more attentive than just hurrying the job of under cleaning. The bathroom was cleaned ok but time & time again they FORGOT to fill up the soap dispensers. Had to complain 3 times over 3 days to get it sorted. Nevertheless they gave me enough soap & shampoo etc to last me over a week . To be fair the Manager couldn’t be any nicer who extended the courtesy of giving complimentary breakfast for two for the rest of the week we were there. Hats off to Nuno the pool person very humble & jovial & very hard working chap who looked after everyone at the poolside. Overall loved it & definitely would be back when I can. A round of applause to the whole staff who do go out their way to make one’s time SPECIAL there . A big thank you guys.

Hotel was nice but the cleaning staff wasn’t the best. Didn’t fill shampoo and conditioner so I had to ask twice. Then, they took our pillow cases that were colored (so as not to get mixed up with white linens). Staff at front desk couldn’t get them back until we were checked out. Seemed very disorganized

Beautiful, modern rooms with excellent service. An unusual 'club room' setup when paying extra, but the food and drinks were generous. The noise from the kids area could be heard from the bar and restaurant.

Comfortable beds.

Hotel was underwhelming for a Sheraton. Hallways are dark, rooms have dark carpet. Staff were very helpful. Gave us restaurant recommendations which were very good.

Quartos espaçosos, atendimento cordial

The property is wonderful overall. Charming and luxurious. Sadly it is slightly dated and some things need to be renovated. I'd certainly go there again, but it needs to either improve or it's prices must be adjusted to reflect it's deficiencies.

Odalar soguk, vanity kit odaya konmamıştı. Duş suyu az akıyor. Genel olarak odalar karanlık ve çok konforlu değil. Ayakkabı çekeceği odada yoktu. Genel olarak tek kullanımlık otel ürünleri pek sunulmuyor. Odalarda gardrop yok yerine perdeli bir dolap alanı var. Personel güleryüzlü ama hizmet yavaş. Odaya istemen şeyler gelmedi veya atlandı/unutuldu. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık Sheraton un daha iyi olmasını beklerdik. Otel metroya cok yakın ve akşamları lobby de canlı müzik var. Bunların dışında pek bir numarası yok.

Hotel excepcional! Melhor atendimento da minha vida, em especial aos funcionários do bar do lobby: Carina, Larissa e Gonçalo!

Sheraton Lisboa is just fabulous. 5 stars to the Staff there, they are so friendly and welcoming and customer service was absolutely amazing.

Un bellboy pesima actitud viajo con mi papa en silla de ruedas y en dos ocasiones se nego a abrirle la puerta enviandolo por la giratoria. El servicio de limpieza en habitaciones pudiera mejorar y hacerlas mas prontoveran las 3pm y seguian sucias. La hostess del restaurante muy amables,atentas y agradables.

A little further from tourist attractions than I would’ve liked but not too bad. Was a fairly unremarkable stay, everything was fine but nothing really wowed me. Desk staff seemed fairly disinterested and as an aside, someone went to the desk speaking Portuguese and they responded in English that nobody at the desk actually speaks Portuguese (in a Portuguese hotel). Strange but didn’t affect me as I’m an English speaker just through it was interesting.

A little further from tourist attractions than I would’ve liked but not too bad. Was a fairly unremarkable stay, everything was fine but nothing really wowed me. 2022年12月31日にポルト観光カウントダウンのため宿泊しました。早めの夕食を取るため、一か所しかないレントランに赴いた処ドリンクしか出せないと食事を断られた。ホテルレセプションに行き理由を聴くと そんなことはない とレントランとやり取りをしていた。大丈夫とのことで再度レントランに行くも結局食べれなかった。外は雨でレントランも少ない場所で本当に困った。ホテルに一か所しかないレストランが使えないとはホテルの体をなしていない。また、事前に何の連絡もないこと、ホテルレセプションとレントランの意見違いも全くおかしい対応です。なにがbyHilton
