This Hotel is a great value option in the City Center of Lisbon. The Rooftop bar is a great place to enjoy a drink at night and enjoy the view of the City. We truly enjoyed our stay and the size of the rooms are generous, when compared to other Boutique Hotels.

Estadia de 4 dias: 1. esqueceram de arrumar o quarto ( a noite pediram desculpas estavam sobrecarregados e enviaram uma cortesia - pratinho de doces. No dia 2 limparam o quarto mas levaram duas bandejas metáicas nossas por équivoco" e uma faca de queijos. Reclamamos as 9 hs da manha na portaria. As 6 pm não tinha aparecido as nossas bandejas. Fechamos as malas com códico por insegurança. Chamamos novamente a manutançao por um torneira da pia que ficou fechada depois da limpeza e não podiamos abrir. FALAMOS novamento das bandeijas desaparececidas as quais foram-nos entregue no dia seguinte. O Hotel é excelente, bem localizado, assustas as perfurações de bala na vitrine da loja em frente, assusta também a falta de controle dos funcionarios que podem "por engano"pegar coisas do quarto. Ficamos em outros `NH nesta viagem e todos excelentes, se reparos. Foi causualidade do azar.

We upgraded so that we could have our room early. Great view but terrible bathroom for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was moldy and smelled like skunk and raccoon combination. Maybe something with the plumbing. But bathroom not in good condition. Bed could have been more comfortable as well. Staff was very nice so that was great. Amazing rooftop view. Just disappointed in the room overall. Good location.

Good location, friendly staff. But, Theyvputvus in the room with the broken heating. After moving to another room, heating worked but it was impossible to control the temperature. While taking shower, water temperature fluctuated from very hot to lukewarm. Property needs some serious maintenance in the technical department.

Venlig og professionel modtagelse i lobby. Vi fik et glas hjemmelavet limonade i ventetiden. Vi mødte tidligt frem og værelset var naturligvis ikke klar endnu, men vi lagde et telefonnummer og ca. en halv time efter fik vi en sms, at værelset nu var klar. Super service. Desværre var det ikke muligt at få værelsets TV på internettet, hvilket betød, at vi ikke kunne se den fodboldlandskamp, som vil gerne ville. i 2025 er det enormt skuffende.

The Hotel staff were completely and utterly amazing during our time there. They honored our early check in which was amazing as we had just arrived on the red-eye from New York. The Hotel itself was clean and trendy with a beautiful bar in the lobby and had a gorgeous scent throughout the place. Our room was beautiful and we had a lovely view.

A wonderful short break. The hotel staff went above and beyond expectations. At breakfast manager Rui even insisted on getting a carton of the brand of oat milk that l drink as it wasn’t in the selection there and sure enough he had it all ready and waiting for me the next morning! Also a very nice touch in our room on my husband’s birthday- a delicious cake and a bottle of bubbly with a handwritten card - all without a mention from us about his birthday. The hotel staff literally couldn’t do enough for us. The location of the hotel is excellent- great shopping, fantastic restaurants and transportation very close by. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are an added bonus too - with great views of the city.

Super hotel. Wij verbleven hier 4 dagen. Alles is goed verzorgd. Erg vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam bij alles. De klant is hier echt koning! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum aan een prachtig mooie laan. Wat wij ook heel fijn vonden was het zwembad op het dak met een leuk terras. Een prachtig uitzicht vanaf daar. Echt genieten!

It didn't feel value for money, there was nothing I could describe as VIP access selected property. The room given was just next to the big conference room, that staff was cleaning up until midnight, making noise. The room itself quite specious, with normal amenities that any other hotel provides. The most shocking experience was sat the from desk, when requested later check out, by one hour and I was decided. The way it was handled was just appalling. I came to run marathon in Lisbon on the day of the check out and it was extremely important to me to come back to the hotel and take quick shower. This was explained to receptionist who robotically was answering the same phrase all over agin that it is not possible, firstly because the room is already allocated to someone else and when challenged that the housekeeping will still have 2 hours to clean the apartment before 3pm check in rules, the receptionist changed his approach saying that this is the management decision and he can't do anything about it. When came back to the hotel to collect my luggage, I was forced to clean myself up in the public toilet of your hotel. It was rather humiliating, something I have never experienced in my life. I am coming every year to Lisbon 2 or 2 times to take part in various activities. You're the only hotel that denied my late check out. Horrible experience. I should have stick to My Story Hotels chain.It's nothing VIP about this hotel that Expedia promises to deliver. Never gain!

La habitacion es mas bien chica y estrecha. La cama es cómoda y con buenas sábanas. El closet es pequeño pero bien diseñado Lo peor es la recepción pues la puerta de entrada al hotel no da exactamente a la calle sino a una entrada tipo mall, por lo cual no hay portero que reciba ni taxi que se acerque a la puerta

Stayed for 7 nights in july 2024. Loved the location, which is close to the metro for easy acces to the airport (around 30 minutes, and very easy to figure out), and also central enough to walk around town to everything you need to see. A bit uphill from Baixa, Alfama and Bairro, but nothing really worth mentioning in this town. A good selection of restaurants nearby, and lots of expensive shopping if that is your vibe. Some cosy kiosks as well, where you'll find both turists and locals enjoying a snack and a cold drink. Rooftop is perfect for a swim, a drink or just enjoying the sun. We used the pool some mornings and some afternoons, and never found it crowded even though the temperatures were above 30 degrees C. Staff is friendly, accommodating and helpfull. Nothing bad to say. They have this nice feature where you "earn" two drinks (sodas and beer) in the bar, if you skip cleaning of your room. Very clever. Some reviews mentions that the hotel is a bit dated. We found some very minor dings, but really nothing to worry about. Overall we loved our stay at Lisboa Liberdade, and will be back.

The staff (especially Mr. Nicholas) were very helpful. The location was perfect, breakfast was great with a wide variety to chose from, room was clean.
