Excellent hotel close to the airport with onsite parking. Staff was extremely nice and friendly, hotel is located in a nice area and had one of the most comfortable beds of all the hotels we stayed in Portugal. Bathroom was also equipped with a full size excellent hair dryer, not the typical hotel hair dryer. Very convenient for business travelers or for those like us, who were coming from another region by car and had an early morning return flight the next day.

Large room, unusual for European standards. Comfortable room. Area is business so not much to see. If you go on business, this is a practical and good option. Parking on property was good and not expensive. But garage is very small and takes good parking skills!

The continental breakfast is out of this world. Definitely worth every penny. Restaurant staff are amazing. Your slightly outside of the main tourist area so we found a cafe that was insanely cheap compared to tourist prices we had been paying but definitely less options within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay though.

I have stayed at this property before and really like the location. Importantly though, the staff at the hotel is excellent. I can't say enough positive things about them, which made my stay of a week very rewarding. Only one small thing. The parking under the hotel is far from easy, to get into and out of. This is clear to all the staff. I will definitely return to this hotel on subsequent trips to Lisbon.

Solo tuve un problema la primera noche, me pusieron en el primer nivel ( habitación 101) y fue mucho el ruido de máquina y elevadores, pero lo comenté al día siguiente y de inmediato, muy amables, me cambiaron de habitación! The Good: location, away from the crowded historic area but accesible via public transportation. The Entrecamoos Metro station is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are large with lots of natural light, nice views and very clean. The rain shower is excellent, good AC. There is a very convenient grocery store just a block away. The Bad: the beds are not the most comfortable, too firm for my taste and in some spots you can feel the springs. The front desk personnel does their job and that’s it! I never received a hello or any kind of acknowledgment when returning to the the hotel each evening.

Directly next to a hop on hop off bus stope, near two grocery stores and pharmacy, nice restaurants in walking distance, and close to the metro. The bed was very comfortable and the room had excellent sound proofing

This was a fabulous hotel that I would compare to Marriott or Hyatt. From the outside, it is non-descript, but the room is large, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. There is even a bathtub which is rare in Europe! It was only €10 taxi from the airport but €15 back due to traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Close to Metro line and walking distance (20 minute) to the Grey line Hop-on busline. Small grocery nearby for bottled water and snacks.

During the heat wave in July, the air conditioning was most welcome. Our room was a comfortable size and had a large terrace (which it was mostly too hot to use). The hotel is very close to the airport, but there were double sliding doors that really blocked out the noise.

The gym was closed the whole time we stayed, and there was no prior communication to us about it. They didn’t want to compensate us in any way either. The reception staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Also, super long waits at the elevator.

The hotel was very nice clean and staff was nice and helpful. It was close to the airport so planes flew over head. It was in the city and was loud during the day. You needed to take a bus to the city center about 3 miles away. Our stay served its purpose.

It wasnt just a hotel room it was a suite. Amazing. Totally unexpected. Staff were extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. A wide variety of breakfast offerings. Rooms clean, hotel welcoming. What more could you ask for From the airport is about fifteen minutes on the bus, or thirty minutes on the metro, both extremely easy to use. The hotel location is approximately seven minutes on the bus from city centre but i have to admit this was a bonus being away from a typical cities hustle and bustle
