Fint hotell med tillgång till garage, lite trångt så ingen stor bil att rekommendera att köra ner i. Mycket fint badrum i rummet vi fick. Metro och bussar finns på gångavstånd från hotellet.Vi bokade en till natt men fick ett annat rum nästa dag, var inte planerat.

Hotel staff is very friendly and it was very clean- breakfast was wonderful as well as self park facility. Due to construction in the area it was a little difficult to get around the hotel and it also has no gym. No snacks or restaurants for lunch or dinner- only a bar with limited snack selection

Hotel excelente. Elevadores foram substituídos por novos. Atendimento impecável. Café da manhã farto e com muita qualidade. O único ponto negativo é a garagem apertada, que custa 12 euros por dia. Inadequada para veículos de grande porte, o que não me atrapalhou, mesmo estando com uma van, pois havia vagas na rua lateral todas as noites, onde meu veículo pernoitou sem qualquer problema.

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpfull and respectful. check in and out was easy and convienient. The only thing was we were suprised to find that we did not recieve parking on location which was suprising because it did not state that anywhere on the hotel website. Finding parking around the hotel was very difficult and required an additional payment every two hours. Asside from that, the breakfast was good and the rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. If you come without a car I would definintly recomend and if you do, you will need to figure out the parking before hand.

Had an excellent stay. Room clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Staff at check in were very pleasant and we were able to check in 45mins early. Mall and food court close by but other amenities easily accessible via uber, transit or a moderate walk.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful but it's a little bit out of the way, although not too far from the Metro. There really aren't very many places to eat in the area. The air conditioning did not really work very well, maybe not at all.

Excellent sleep quality, lovely large bed and even with our daughter on a single bed sharing the room, it was a perfect size for our small family. Expedia perk of a free bottle of wine was redeemed at the bar (but we took it to our room). Minibar fridge was useful (for our own drinks!) and transport options to the centre were plentiful with a bus stop close by and metro 10-minutes walk away. For £56 a night, unbeatable value and would highly recommend.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de metro (max. 10 min). Bushaltes zijn er op 400 meter van het hotel. Kamers zijn netjes en schoonmaak is goed. Ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar is zeker goed te noemen voordat je je dag begint. Kamers zijn erg warm. Ramen kunnen open maar verkeer raast de gehele nacht voorbij. Een goed hotel voor een paar nachten porto.

Room was fine; bathroom is poorly laid out in that the toilet is basically right in front of the sink with little space in between. Very disorganized check-in even though arrived after check-in. Not convenient to tourist sites in Porto.

Vi boede på 6 sal- ud mod den fine Boavista A. Og alt var godt DOG er der et lyskryds som bibber 24 / 7 for at hjælpe svagtseende og blinde. Dette så højt at vi kunne høre det gennem lukkede vinduer. Vi talte med personalet om det som erkender det er et problem- og fortæller de har talt med kommune og alt uden held. Vi fik en gratis morgenmad 1 dag- og fint nok- men de gener med den forfærdelige lyd- konstant ...ja det var med til at ødelægge vores ferie. Vi havde 11 overnatninger- fordi vi også ønskede dage hjemme på hotelværelset- dette fungerede ikke med den larm- så vi måtte søge ud konstant. Vi ville gerne have vidst dette !

Good location, close to nice restaurants. Some rooms are modern and some still have baths. Stayed here a few times in the last few weeks but I won't go back. Staff are rude, especially Tania who works at the bar. She does not understand customer service. We had to fight to get our VIP benefit. Wrote to the hotel manager and did not receive a response.

Hotel de 4 estrelas com boa apresentação inicial dado as renovações visíveis mas com pequeno almoço médio, e espaços sociais reduzidos ou inexistentes. Apenas um lobby com bar. O atendimento inicial não foi bom, e cobraram as taxas logo no Chek In, situação que costuma ocorrer na saída. Não tem parque para viaturas e há dificuldade de estacionamento na avenida. Pormenores que num hotel de 4 estrelas, situado numa das melhores avenidas da cidade, fazem toda a diferença.

Hotel bem localizado, fica próximo do mercado Pingo Doce e da Casa da Música, embora não seja tão perto para ir andando para o Centro Histórico. Quarto muito confortável, limpo e com ótimo tamanho. Banheiro amplo e com amenidades. Recepção muito solícita e gentil. Permitiram que fizessemos o checkin antes do horário previsto. Recomendo fortemente este hotel!

Lovely just a little far out! Booked this as we got a great deal for a 4star hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The property is just a little far out being a good 30min walk to the main sights. The upside is it’s only 10min from the airport and beach. Staff friendly and Lidl right near for anything you need

Very nice hotel that has no real faults but is not outstanding at anything. Located on the edge of town it is a long walk to the centre of town and the main tourist areas, but this is reflected in the price. We walked in and back from town but I would imagine some would want to take a taxi. Overall, I like the hotel, not so much the location.

L accueil de l hôtel était très bien, personnel parlant français . Le ménage était fait tout les jours ds la chambre. Le petit déjeuner proposait d’un choix varié. L emplacement de l hôtel est face a un arrêt de bus et a 10 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui est tout à fait pratique. Le bar propose aussi des produits de qualités . Very nice hotel and very good service. The area it’s ok not to much to do. Little far from the old downtown Porto however taking a taxi it good and fast to get there but overall love it.

The staff were so nice, helpful and the hotel is In great location. About 10-15minutes from the city center, 15-20min from the airport. Lots of little local stores and dinning options. Bus route and easy for uber to find. I would recommend a broader and more expansive breakfast options bc its little expensive 22$ when its only a basic contentional breakfast. Breakfast at the local restaurant off site have more options and lower price points but that is my only recommendation. I would stay here again
