Hotel confortável, com estacionamento pago, ótimas instalações, próxima ao centro.

This is Not a 4 star hotel. Sorry to say but this hotel is a disappointment. The only things that keep the standard is the breakfast wich was good. No coffe in the room, no bathrobes. Water goes from hot to cold all the time, parking was overbooked. Hotel was not?. Tv was 15 years old Feels like standard 3 star hotel

Hotel lejos del Centro , decía estacionamiento disponible y no es así , se supone que si lo ponen es por que hay , al llegar simplemente me dijeron busque por fuera , en una muy mala actitud, lastima para un Eurostars.

Me agradó mucho la bienvenida ya que tenue a nuestra habitaciones listas para entregar. Pudimos arreglar con ellos el poder estacionar las 7 motos dentro de solo dos cajones de estacionamiento con un costo. Las habitaciones amplias y el desayuno extraordinario!

Muy buena experiencia tienen el detalle de dejarte una botella de agua a la entrada y una consumición en el bar para cada huésped

Hotel maravilhoso, café, equipe, estacionamento (não me foi cobrado nada)

Apesar de a rua do hotel ser meio escura à noite, ele fica bem localizado, possibilitando conhecer boa parte da cidade a pé. Há vários mercados e restaurantes por perto. O estacionamento fica no subsolo do hotel e para entrar é necessário tocar a campainha. No período em que nos hospedamos (novembro) ele foi gratuito.

This hotel is in a great location, the personnel is terrific, the rooms comfortable, have a great garage at affordable price i a areas that other hotels don't . I did not give it a strait 5 because I think it needs a renovation, everything is clean and works but it is showing its age.

Habitación en la zona vieja del edificio Pequeñísima no tenía más de 12 m2 Armarios de madera mala y descuidada Agua de la ducha tan pronto fría como que te quemas Escritorio lleno de migas desde hace años, no por encima, pues tiene un cristal y todo alrededor pegado Hotel que no se merece 4* por lo menos en la parte antigua del edificio

The social area in the hotel were nice, the parking was easy and the staff friendly. We had 2 rooms booked, one room was ok the other smelled really strongly of curry, it wasn’t pleasant. We did complain and they brought an air fresher up but didn’t do much. Only there for one night thankfully.

Room's condition in terms of comfort was good but there was dust around and under the bed. We realised when we dropped our daughter's toys under the bed. Also shampoo was not refilled when we entered the room. Also water bottle wasn't refilled after day 1. Service ok but location is good.

Great location but the worst Eurostars property I have stayed yet. Room representation on Expedia was wrong. Triple room said one double bed or three twin beds. We found the third bed to be a rollaway with the most uncomfortable mattress. I would have booked a separate room had I known. Expedia customer service was unhelpful and said I had to resolve with property. Girl at front seat was clueless and there was no supervisor or manager on site. Rooms were shabby. Shower gel empty. Neither reception or room service answers the phone. I went down to ask and they sent shampoo instead. Did not receive the free bottle of wine in any of the 4 rooms I booked. Wi-Fi does not work well in most of the rooms. One girl at the front desk and took thirty minutes to check in. No supervisor or manager available in the morning or evening to resolve issues. We were out on tours 8 am to 5 pm. Entry way small and we have to carry luggage up the stairs at the entrance. I only booked this hotel because of prior fantastic experience at Eurostar hotels in other cities. This was a disaster and I would not recommend it. Expedia also needs to fix the room description . They need to verify property description . Except location, nothing about this hotel was good. This is the only time in my multiple travels that I had to give a one star review

Bra frukost med, mycket sött och frukt. När vi först kom luktade rummet mycket svett och instängt och saknade täcken. Detta lyftes med personal och vi fick byta rum efter en stund och efterfråga täcken på nytt. Nästa dag när vi varit ute och kom tillbaka hade personal varit och städat men lämnat vår dörr öppen på glänt! Detta lyftes ännu en gång med personal men ingen återkoppling skedde. Känns inte säkert och hade inte kommit tillbaka. Personalen vid frukosten var super trevliga.

Quarto limpo e muito confortável, localização excelente, café da manhã delicioso e atendimento de primeira.

O Hotel é excelente, quarto amplo, confortável, tudo extremamente limpo e bem cuidado. Pessoal muito gentil e solícito, sempre pronto a auxiliar. Café da manhã sensacional. Muito farto e saboroso. Já me hospedei nesse hotel em 2019 e não tive dúvida na escolha dele, ao retornar agora em 2024.

Clean room

The personnel were very nice and the hotel was clean. The room size was good for a family of three. The bathroom equipment and design was old and needed some upgrades and repair.

Habitación grande, con King zide, aparte nos pusieron cama supletoria para mi hijo, aunque no era necesario. Personal muy amable. El desayuno lo mejor, variado y muy bueno

All staff on site were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The room could have been larger to accommodate 3 adults but otherwise everything was very good.

Friendly Personnel, (bar also) nice location, little noisy room you could hear neighbour speaking thru door/walls.

O quarto triplo era pequeno, a cama da 3 pessoa era um divã. A casa de banho pequena . Quarto com ar já de antigo e datado. Bom pequeno almoço e staff simpático

It was a hidden gem near the heart of the city. The room was pretty spacious and accommodated three adults very well

La colazione e il personale

Deux lits simples collés en guise de lit double. Ils ont voulu nous facturer les petit dej…que nous avions déjà payé via l’application. Et pire, nous facturer une 2eme fois le parking alors que nous leur avions payé la veille… Bref, un hôtel joli, bien situé, mais de gros efforts nécessaires sur le suivi et le service.

Tudo bem excepto que eu reservei com pequeno almoço e informaram-me na recepção que nao estava incluido. A recepção ficou de resolver a situação

Great hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was great and just a short walk to Rua de Cedofeita, a pedestrian area with tons of shops and great restaurants and then a pleasant walk to the University of Porto where you can pick up Tuk-Tuk or continue walking down hill to the water

Infelizmente, não foi a melhor experiência. Desde nos darem um quarto já ocupado, como o segundo quarto foi se calhar pior... No hotel estava um grupo de adolescentes, que resolveu fazer a festa até tarde, saiu e voltou da noite portuense já de madrugada voltando a fazer a festa. Infelizmente o Hotel nada pode fazer... mas não foi uma noite tranquila. Espero que se tenham divertido muito.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Eurostars Das Artes. O hotel é confortável, bem localizado e muito bem cuidado. O quarto era limpo, silencioso e agradável, ideal para descansar após um dia de passeio. O atendimento foi atencioso e profissional. Recomendo a estadia e voltaria sem dúvidas.

Great for a short stay in Porto. Very close to the Jardines del palacio de cristal and all the nice views in it. Good variety of coffee shops and afordable restaurants in the same block.

The hotel was a little hard to find from the outside it seems like there’s only a plaque for the sign near the front door but besides that the hotel was beautiful from the second you walked in. The room was clean and while a little on the smaller side still very nice same with the bathroom. The hotel employees were very kind especially the bartender we encountered the night of our stay he showed us a new drink and was overall just a very friendly guy.

Our stay was okay. The area around was very dirty. The street had dog poop everywhere. The staff was helpful for providing information about lical attraction.

The hotel rooms were good. Clean, staff is very friendly. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to mayor attractions but close to restaurants, etc. This is a quiet area of the city. If you enjoy quiet, this is a good location. We stayed in other central areas, and they were, to our preference, better. Although they were busier in nature. Overall pleasant stay, rooms are good. The lobby of this 4 star hotel may need a few repairs, but nothing that would detract from a good experience. I would stay again as we had an enjoyable experience. Staff are genuinely nice.

Great hotel, less than a 15 minute walk from the river. The only downside is it gets quiet around the area at night time. Overall a great stay, will come back again.
