Our room was block d, we had the sea view. It was amazing during sunset time. The staffs were amazing. Answered any question we had. As we arrived early, our room wasn’t ready but we was told we can use the other facilities until our room was ready. It was walking distance to the strip. I would say around 10 minutes. The beach walking distance too. The only negative thing I would say is the food option could be better. Sadly I wouldn’t say all inclusive was worth it when u see the food option. Breakfast was good though. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend it to others :)

A lot of steps don't go if you need a lift. Beach inaccessible for me too steep.. Good food plenty of it. Bar service slow in evening. Went end of May bitten terribly. Take mossi spray..

Had a lovely break here. Excellent location right on the beach. Hotel food and drink was very good and all areas inside and around the pool were very clean. Not lots of noisy guests either.

The communal areas and rooms were clean, but need updating. We stayed during the recent storm, and were confined to the hotel, the entertainment guy was fabulous. The restaurant was clean and quite modern. There was a good choice of food. The indoor pool was great

Die Lage auf der Klippe über dem Meer ist unschlagbar. Direkter Zugang zum traumhaften Strand. Personal ist super freundlich. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionell in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, aber leider wird sehr viel Einweggeschirr (Pappbecher) verwendet. Komischerweise werden nur für Bier Mehrwegbecher verwendet. Die Abendunterhaltung ist grauselig und sehr laut, die Moderatorin ist nur am Schreien.

The place is spotless, lovely staff and an amazing position overlooking the ocean. 3 pools ( two unheated ) . We opted for all inclusive which was great , plenty of food options and alcoholic drinks from noon to 11pm too. The beer very refreshing. Room comfy and clean with a small balcony looking out to see. 100% great value

Helt ok rum med flera kanaler. Fin utsikt från balkongen. Mycket bra med kylskåp och litet frysfack på rummet. Kollade aldrig om det fanns grejer för att laga mat då det även fanns två plattor. Frukost buffe ingick. Ok men mycket folk och högljutt. Lite av Finlands båt känsla. Provade även en middags buffe. Var medelmåttig kvalitet på många av rätterna fritt öl och vin av sådär kvalitet på vinet. Dessert bordet var helt ok. Mycket aktivitet på både dagar och kvällar. Finns både en inomhuspool dock inte så stor så det kan bli rätt trångt. Fin utomhuspool och bra bar och cafeteria. Parkering utanför hotellet och inga problem med plats. Gratis bussar till gamla Albufeira tre ggr om dagen. Dock inte på kvällen. Finns några restauranger i närheten så man kan variera sig. Finns stort disco som dock är öppet bara på sommaren. Bibliotek med lämnade böcker finns. Butik med lite olika utbud av drycker, leksaker, badkläder och annat finns. Okej priser och mycket alkohol om man vill sitta själv. Mycket engelsmän och även andra länder. Vid receptionen finns en bar där många satt efter middagen på kvällen och det var även musik och underhållning vissa kvällar. Går att gå ner till havet och det är fina stränder att gå längs med. Är lite för stort och för mycket av Finlands båt för min smak. Men bra priser både på hotellrum och i baren. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, as instalações são ruins, começando pelo cheiro de esgoto dentro do banheiro. as roupas de cama e travesseiros ruins e no primeiro dia fiquei sem toalha de rosto e tapete no banheiro. Precisei ir atrás de toalhas de banho, pois também não tinha. Não é um hotel recomendável.

Property is ok rooms are fine. Housekeeping could be better, i (found all they was doing is emptying the bins) and when i did find that they had changed the sheets on last day i then had to call up to reception to inform them the new sheets was actually dirty! Upkeep of hotel could be better No real amenities, food is do-able. Not enough choice but enough not to starve. Have to leave deposit for basic things even the room key! Had bad loud neighbours, they did not move them or me! No real Entertainment/activities for adults or KIDS. Overall could do with a freshening up but do-able for short stay.

First of all, I never leave bad reviews and I’ve traveled to over 20 places outside the US. This was the worst all inclusive I’ve experienced. I don’t even know where to start. The safe in the room had no key pad so clearly couldn’t be used, they didn’t inform us you had to use your key card to get electricity, the room was so hot when we got there because the AC was off, There’s ONE bar open all day/ night, it was 11-5 at one place then 6-11 at another. The lobby “bar” was soft drinks only. There’s one restaurant (buffet) for breakfast lunch and dinner and they give you 1-2 hour time slots for each. And “self service” is 11-5 it’s basically chips and burgers every single day. They had a speaker out by the pool with terrible music. No entertainment by the pool or basically anywhere. The “activities” were like ping pong and stretching. So we didn’t do any of that. The buffet “staff” just cleans up when you’re done they don’t get you drinks or ask if you need anything at all, you aren’t allowed anything (not even soda) aside from water or juice until 11am. I’m not sure if the staff didn’t understand us well but we all felt they were terribly rude. The WORST part of the resort was the rock hard beds. We had 3 people to a room and it was two twin beds pushed together and a couch. They were so uncomfortable we all woke up with broken backs. The tv of course only had a few channels and since the wifi barely works you can’t watch anything else. Now I know why it was so cheap.

Gratis bussar till gamla Albufeira tre ggr om dagen. Dock inte på kvällen. Finns några restauranger i närheten så man kan variera sig. Finns stort disco som dock är öppet bara på sommaren. Bibliotek med lämnade böcker finns. Butik med lite olika utbud av drycker, leksaker, badkläder och annat finns. Okej priser och mycket alkohol om man vill sitta själv. Mycket engelsmän och även andra länder. Vid receptionen finns en bar där många satt efter middagen på kvällen och det var även musik och underhållning vissa kvällar. Property is ok rooms are fine. Housekeeping could be better, i (found all they was doing is emptying the bins) and when i did find that they had changed the sheets on last day i then had to call up to reception to inform them the new sheets was actually dirty! Upkeep of hotel could be better No real amenities, food is do-able. Not enough choice but enough not to starve. Have to leave deposit for basic things even the room key! Had bad loud neighbours, they did not move them or me! No real Entertainment/activities for adults or KIDS. Overall could do with a freshening up but do-able for short stay.

First of all, I never leave bad reviews and I’ve traveled to over 20 places outside the US. This was the worst all inclusive I’ve experienced. I don’t even know where to start. The safe in the room had no key pad so clearly couldn’t be used, they didn’t inform us you had to use your key card to get electricity, the room was so hot when we got there because the AC was off, There’s ONE bar open all day/ night, it was 11-5 at one place then 6-11 at another. The lobby “bar” was soft drinks only. There’s one restaurant (buffet) for breakfast lunch and dinner and they give you 1-2 hour time slots for each. And “self service” is 11-5 it’s basically chips and burgers every single day. They had a speaker out by the pool with terrible music. No entertainment by the pool or basically anywhere. The “activities” were like ping pong and stretching. So we didn’t do any of that. The buffet “staff” just cleans up when you’re done they don’t get you drinks or ask if you need anything at all, you aren’t allowed anything (not even soda) aside from water or juice until 11am. I’m not sure if the staff didn’t understand us well but we all felt they were terribly rude. The WORST part of the resort was the rock hard beds. We had 3 people to a room and it was two twin beds pushed together and a couch. They were so uncomfortable we all woke up with broken backs. The tv of course only had a few channels and since the wifi barely works you can’t watch anything else. Now I know why it was so cheap.

The place is spotless, lovely staff and an amazing position overlooking the ocean. 3 pools ( two unheated ) . We opted for all inclusive which was great , plenty of food options and alcoholic drinks from noon to 11pm too. The beer very refreshing. Room comfy and clean with a small balcony looking out to see. 100% great value

I liked the location of the property but hotel has bad customers service, room doors, bathroom was not working properly. No electricity in the room, the fixed it on our complain but it went out again in the morning.Food quality and taste was terrible. Would never stay in this hotel again.

Our room was block d, we had the sea view. It was amazing during sunset time. The staffs were amazing. Answered any question we had. As we arrived early, our room wasn’t ready but we was told we can use the other facilities until our room was ready. It was walking distance to the strip. I would say around 10 minutes. The beach walking distance too. The only negative thing I would say is the food option could be better. Sadly I wouldn’t say all inclusive was worth it when u see the food option. Breakfast was good though. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend it to others :)

Die Lage auf der Klippe über dem Meer ist unschlagbar. Direkter Zugang zum traumhaften Strand. Personal ist super freundlich. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionell in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, aber leider wird sehr viel Einweggeschirr (Pappbecher) verwendet. Komischerweise werden nur für Bier Mehrwegbecher verwendet. Die Abendunterhaltung ist grauselig und sehr laut, die Moderatorin ist nur am Schreien.

The communal areas and rooms were clean, but need updating. We stayed during the recent storm, and were confined to the hotel, the entertainment guy was fabulous. The restaurant was clean and quite modern. There was a good choice of food. The indoor pool was great

The whole property needs to be updated. The quality of the food served in the buffet was poor.. All the bread and desserts were stale.. the only thing that was good was the coffee, the service and the ocean views.

The place is spotless, lovely staff and an amazing position overlooking the ocean. 3 pools ( two unheated ) . We opted for all inclusive which was great , plenty of food options and alcoholic drinks from noon to 11pm too. The beer very refreshing. Room comfy and clean with a small balcony looking out to see. 100% great value

The communal areas and rooms were clean, but need updating. We stayed during the recent storm, and were confined to the hotel, the entertainment guy was fabulous. The restaurant was clean and quite modern. There was a good choice of food. The indoor pool was great
