Very good location in the marina. The pool area with a pool bar was really nice.

Trevligt poolområde utomhus dock inte uppvärmd pool vilket drar ner helhetsbetyget. Barn får ej bada i inomhus poolen. Stor fin lägenhet med jätte stor terrass. Saknades lite utrustning i köket men det gick att lösa. Trevlig personal!

Lovely hotel and pool was perfect and pool bar was great Annie was great and friendly at all times can’t wait to go back in the future

Central location was convenient. The property is showing its age and could benefit from some refreshing. Would have had to pay extra to use the indoor pool.

The property was perfect for us with a very large suite as standard. The pool area was particularly good as "saving beds for later" is definitely not permitted. The only one minor niggle would be that you have to pay €10 per day to use the gym. Apart from that it was fantastic

No advance notice of the pools being shut for refurbishment and a right rigmarole to finally be allowed to use the very small indoor pool. Staff were extremely unhelpful and inflexible

L’appartement était très propre , le personnel hyper gentil . La piscine est très grande mais pas chauffée je pense car elle était très froide . La résidence est très bien sur la marina , proches des bars et restaurants et le centre est à 10 min à pieds par un pont .

We were without hot water for the first two days of our four night stay. Finally after telling us for two days that the problem was fixed they gave us other rooms in a different building that had hot water. There was no indication on Hotels.com that the outdoor pool was closed for the winter OR that the inside pool area incurred an additional fee. The Hotels.com website indicated that we would receive a free spa service each but in actuality we were to only receive one free day at the indoor pool area. The outdoor was not only out of service but was filthy and the seagulls used it regularly as their private bathtub! The area around this hotel is fantastic! There is quite a selection of delicious restaurants to choose from and easy access to some fun excursions. Most of the staff were quite wonderful and were apologetic for the extreme lack of hot water. Miguel came right to our room to make sure there was nothing we could do about the hot water situation… he was AWESOME!! Thank you Miguel, you saved our vacation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Marina Club Suite. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Le ménage à chaque jour était parfait. Proche de tout, la plage, la ville, il ne manque rien pour passer l’un des plus beaux séjours à Lagos. J’y retournerai certainement. Merci à tous les employés qui sont aimables et serviables.

Allerdings lag das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes, sodass wir durch den Poolbereich, der voll mit Gästen war, gehen mussten, um es zu erreichen. Das empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm! Als wir spätabends von der Stadt zurückkamen und duschen wollten, stellten wir fest, dass die Duschbrause defekt war und wir daher nicht duschen konnten. An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Problem erst am nächsten Tag gelöst werden könne. Zum Glück hatten wir ein zweites Badezimmer. Allerdings war auch hier die Tür defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen, und der Türgriff im Elternzimmer fehlte von innen, sodass man die Tür nicht öffnen konnte. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber dem Hotel und die ausgezeichnete Lage, die es uns leicht gemacht hat, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Außerdem fand ich es sehr gut, dass der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eine Kopie per Mail akzeptiert hat, als meine Frau ihren Ausweis vergessen hatte. Beim Check-out meldeten wir die Mängel nochmals, aber anstatt uns entgegenzukommen oder sich zu entschuldigen, nahm die Dame an der Rezeption die Hinweise nur zur Kenntnis. Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, wollten wir die Angelegenheit nicht eskalieren lassen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt daher leider nur befriedenstellend.

This hotel was clean and well located to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Our room was spacious and had a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. The staff was helpful in providing assistance in planning our excursion to the caves. We are able to take advantage of the beach towel service.

super clean, easy chech-in, frinedly staff, we had everything we needed and it was a lovely stay. it has a very convenient location with a 5 min walk from the train station and the town, 10 min walk to the beach.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Very clean in both the room and common areas. Asked for two travel cots and the hotel arranged this with ease. Would definitely stay here again

Towels supplied by hotel for beach and pool which was brilliant. Drinks at bar were very well priced. Rooms were spotless. Can’t fault this place, would highly recommend. Close to old town Lagos also which is full of shops and restaurants. Beach about 10 minute walk away.

Hotellets läge är mycket bra. Vår lägenhet var väldigt omysig, knappt någon inredning, inga textilier inget på väggarna. Läget på balkongen gjorde att vi aldrig fick sol. Vi klagade och ville byta. Det kostade 50 E och var möjligt när vi bara hade 5 dagar ( av 14 dagar jvar) Tråkig attityd i receptionen . Vi bokade 6 månader i förväg och fick ändå hotellet sämsta rum när vi var där i november. Dåligt tyckte vi. Kolla läget på lägenheten innan du bokar om du vill sitta i solen på balkongen.

The place was very spacious, quiet and near an amazing grocery store. They only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no paper towels so we had to run out for supplies. There is pretty much no communication here but we figured if all out. Beds are VERY firm.

This hotel was clean and well located to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Our room was spacious and had a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. The staff was helpful in providing assistance in planning our excursion to the caves. We are able to take advantage of the beach towel service.

The 2 rooms suite is very roomy and clean. Walking to old town is about 15 minutes and 15 drive to Camilo beach

We considered this hotel along with another hotel across from the marina. We chose this hotel because of the kitchen in the room. Huge plus for us! We were traveling with a six year old who is a picky eater. With a grocery store within walking distance we were able to find food he would eat and prepare it in the room. A very nice benefit. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. The room staff always made it a point to check in at some point during the day to see if we needed cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. They were considerate and if we were not there they took care of the room for us. I will note, like other reviews, the beds are very firm and the pillows are very thin. The couches in the living room were less hard, but were "bouncy" like the old spring-formed mattresses. The hotel is walkable to the Old Town where there are MANY options for food and souvenirs. There are options closer to the hotel too if you feel like you do not want to walk the 10 minutes to get there. The pool area is perfect for all swimmers; there is a children's pool and a larger pool. The main pool has a zero entry walk in. The "Infant" area on the other side of the hotel wing was not operational (no signs posted, but water was emptied from pool and weeds were growing in the cracks). Very nice hotel and would recommend this to anyone considering staying in Lagos.

the room we had was very big and had plenty of room! very close to the marina and walking distance to old town as well! parking onsite was very convenient. but the pillows weren’t the best - very soft and didn’t provide good support to the neck. the aircon had some issues - it wasn’t cold. the room would get rather stuffy when the weather was hot as the aircon wasn’t very cold and couldn’t be adjusted.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Really nice location. Everything is a short 7-15 min walk away.... from the beach to the bus stop, to the town and restaurants. Some of the desk staff were a bit rude/unwelcoming, but others were amazing and very helpful. The pool was great and the room was very clean with all the amenities you need and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Service was exceptional. I left my favourite shirt and not until I returned to Canada did it notice it missing. I contacted the hotel and they mailed it to me without even charging me. This was an exceptional experience. Thx Jim

Perfect location at the Marina and the staff were so helpful especially Petra on reception.

We arrived late at night. Noticed that we had made an improper booking, booking for two not three. The female clerk upgraded us with very minimal fees. She was awesome. As well, each of the clerks at the desk was able to help us throughout our stay with answers to our questions, or suggestions of sights to see or places to go Made our stay so much better. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wonderful quiet apartment by the Marina with everything you would need, large bright and clean with a lovely balcony. Hotel is in a good location away from the noise and busyness of the town, and with a huge grocery store near by. There are also several restaurants and bars in the marina. The hotel is less than a15 minute walk to the old town where there's lot's of restaurants, shops, and bars and action. There is convenient parking across the street. We would stay here again.

Parking free and convenient, check in simple and informative. Bar served cheap drinks by the pool.

Room ok, spacious, bed a little hard. Drink at hotel bar, pool bar a rip off and lousy drinks. Loved the location by the marina, had great catamaran cruise on Discovery, and 2 great meals at the “ quay “ restaurant along the marina.

Great location. The Marina is where you want to stay as you can walk out the door and either eat at the immediate quieter restaurants or cross the pedestrian bridge to the heart of it all and join the hustle and bustle. Most of the ocean activities start and end right there. Family oriented pool and great for kids of all ages.

Location : excellent. Studio apartment marina / pool view. Reception staff very helpful. Domestic assistants very pleasant. Apartment spotless with all our needs met. Could have been more comfortable if comfy sofa instead of two chairs available to relax on. Ate in restaurant of hotel last night of stay. 0 stars. Order taken and forgotten. Ordered again. Long time waiting for food Sea bass dried out. Potatoes dried out Vegetables sparse Garlic mayo as sauce Ordered a drink. Didn’t come. No one asked if we wanted dessert. Had to go to desk and ask again for drink and then order dessert. Dessert: Apple crumble. More like apple rock Definitely wouldn’t visit the restaurant again

The room was great and the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is relatively central just a few minutes nearby the station. The town and beach are 10 minutes away. The staff was also very friendly and allowed us to check in early.
